推薦點： 1、服務人員態度非常好，總是盡心盡力達成客人們需求，即使再忙也能保持微笑和耐心。服務員大都是小姑娘，旅客們的行李都主動幫着拿上樓送到客房。網約司機定位不到酒店，也能耐心和司機師傅溝通。 2、酒店為蘇式庭院客房，門口已經成為了拍照打卡地。酒店裡麪也保留了蘇式園林特點，適合拍照取景。 3、酒店地處平江路上，所以我們去拙政園、獅子林、蘇州博物館和觀前街都非常近，全是步行前往。每天7點吃早飯，在平江路上溜溜達達去拙政園等園子，趕早上第一批入園遊覽，入園不用排隊，園子裏遊客也不太多，遊覽完再從平江路上溜達回酒店。早上來回的路上沒有擁擠的人流，可以觀賞沿路小橋流水人家的江南風景。 缺點： 1、房門不隔音，關燈後有很大的門縫能看到樓道里的光，樓道里敲門説話走路聽的一清二楚安全；房間裏有直飲機，可以直接出開水和常温水，方便喜歡喝茶的人，但是直飲機每隔幾個小時會自動上水還是幹嘛的，機器會發出一陣轟隆隆的聲音，以上兩點對睡覺輕的人很不友好； 2、酒店是2024新開業的 關窗户房間裏還是明顯有裝修味道 （雖然房間配備了小米的空氣凈化器，但總是想不起開，晚上開又嫌吵，我們平時儘量開窗，衹有晚上關窗）； 3、酒店是蘇式園林風格的 沒有電梯 對腿腳不好的長者 帶嬰兒車的家庭不太方便； 4、服務人員太少。早餐是半自助的，有中式套餐和西式套餐，要頭天晚上提前選好，但是在提前一天選好並且告知幾點用餐的情況下，上餐速度依然很慢。服務員全都忙得團團轉，但還是跟不上需求，如果定了景區分時段的門票會很着急，早餐遲遲送不上來很耽誤事兒。 5、作為一個園景房，窗外的景色衹不過就是和隔壁居民樓之間的一條過道而已（圖一）。 綜上，酒店有經營特色，有服務理念，地理位置好，但按照現有所能提供的設施和服務水平，離高級酒店還有距離。
