This hotel is not great - I stayed 1 night for a layover and am glad that was all. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist booking a taxi and storing my extra bags. On the downside, the first room they gave me hadn’t been serviced from the previous guest. The second room was clean but the bed had only one sheet over the mattress and then nothing else other than a thin quilt - how many other guests had slept under the quilt with no sheet between 🫣. There is free WiFi but it drops out every few minutes so I gave up trying to call my husband or get any work done. Also, the restaurant has been closed since Covid and the pool is also currently closed due to typhoon damage. This isn’t made clear on their booking pages. Other than the staff, a bit of a disappointment all round.

AWESOME NEWLY RENOVATED BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN TUMON! Stayed at Hotel Tano for about a month, and the hotel was the perfect property for us while on remote work/vacation on Guam visiting family and friends over our kids summer break. The hotel had just completed their renovation and conversion to a newly renovated boutique hotel. We loved the modern design and concept of the property and of the Premier Suite we had stayed in. We also loved the view of Tumon Bay and It’s sunset from our suite. The property is also centrally located on Tumon, where we made the daily walk to Fujita beach which was about a 5 minute walk and the main Tumon shopping ***** which was about a 10 minute walk. Staff were superb, as others mentioned on here. They welcomed us with the Hafa Adai spirit, they were attentive to our family’s needs during our stay, and at times a couple steps ahead in insuring we had a great stay. They sure made us feel like family. These individuals includes (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, and Jamie) A couple specific individuals that made our stay extra special, were Oz and Misty. Oz Lobby Host, consistently greeted us as we departed the hotel to kick-off our day and welcomed us back in the evening as we returned back to the hotel from our fun filled day. Oz would also check in on us to insure we were having a great stay. Misty our room attendant, was consistent in servicing our room, and would consistently check in to see if we needed any additional room amenities during our stay. It was refreshing to come back from our day to a clean room. My kids also loved the care that Misty had put towards their stuff animals. Overall an AWESOME stay, and we are looking forward to staying again and will be recommending Hotel Tano to our stateside friends & family who are in search for a hotel on Guam.

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

This hotel is weird as hell. When you get there there is no concierge to guide you. The reception area is at the top so you are expected to figure this out yourself. The hotel staff not very friendly, any questions asked seems like an inconvenience to them. No coffee or tea in my room, had to get it from lobby the next day. The room itself was decent, the bed was uncomfortable, the room had a bath tub which is always a bonus for me. Other than that very average hotel, just make peace with the fact you get what you pay for.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

Okay, we're still here right now in the middle of a two month stay on Guam. Was at first hesitant as the Garden Villa Hotel has some mixed reviews regarding its age and some regarding service... Yes, it's a little old and worn down, but they do maintain the grounds well, the location is great, and contrary to some reviews: the staff (reception AND housekeeping) are wonderful and attentive. No it's not the Westin or Dusit Thani.... This is a safe and clean 3 star hotel for those who want to save some money and who aren't going to freak out because the air con isn't this year's model or that there is some dust on the window sill. For me I recommend this place for families or solo travelers.

After booking here the last minute, I read the review and changed my mind. Unfortunately, there's no refund so we are stuck. I figured, we can just give it a try and have plan B to change hotel on the next day. Upon check-in, our receptionists was young yet professional and friendly. It was busy with line of tourist awaiting to check-in. However, we didn't have to line up with the crowd as we were taken by another person on a separate area. No line. So our check-in was a breeze, which was already a plus. The staff was always cheerful, chatty and helpful. They even holler from the distance to say good luck to my son who was on his way to his Jiujitsu tournament one day. I thought that was cool of them to acknowledge that. Our room was lit, nicely decorated and comfortable, with 2 full beds. Everything was clean and had everything we needed - fridge, TV, etc. The bathroom was clean, full of amenities; shower with strong pressure and hot water. The parking was convenient for us who rented a car for the weekend and it's free. I like that I can just get in and out without having to worry where to park or pay for parking. The parking is also covered, within the hotel building. Really convenient esp. it was raining that weekend. There's a couple of fun restaurants in the building too, one is gaming bar with music. The other one was Tony Roma's which we went for dinner one night. We had guest who came to visit us and we sat at the lobby talking while enjoying the music from that gaming bar. It was an overall an upbeat ambience. We end up staying our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We will definitely stay here again soon for our son's next BJJ tournament.

I was wondering why I missed writing a review for our visit here. I think mainly because it was pretty uneventful (for me). When we visited last year, the place was pretty empty yet our room was far from the lobby. Long walk esp. for guests like us who rented a car for the weekend. Parking was also a hassle - such a long walk to and fro, esp. it was raining that weekend we visited Guam. For such a big resort, there's definitely not much choices for eateries in the area. Be prepared to drive in and out. Another hassle. Staff was hit and miss. Now you see them, now you don't. The room, bathroom and hotel amenities are all up to par - as expected. Clean and comfortable. No frills. It served its purpose. My teen son did enjoy some of their water activities but he informed me that he specially liked the PIC in Saipan better. I think this PIC is best for younger children than teens, who prefers bigger or more thrilling slides. However, my wife enjoyed taking lots of pictures around the resorts. Lots of scenery and ”instagrammable” spots for her. Overall, definitely not bad experience for us. No regrets. A must visit at least once in your lifetime esp. if you have frequented PIC Saipan.

I booked a night at the Guam Airport Hotel on a layover. I was traveling home from Japan so had heavy luggage. I checked in without problem and the first indication that it wasn't a modern hotel was the metal room key. I soon discovered there was no elevator and had to lug all my luggage up to the third floor. Then we got in the room. The air conditioning blew cool air but not enough to adequately cool the room. The TV didn't work, and there was no WiFi at all. No toiletries in the room. My son came out of the bathroom with ants on his neck. I looked and saw ants in the bathroom. I will be sure to avoid this hotel on future visits to Guam.

2.設施：大廳有星巴克和自己的小商店，一樓就是他們的海灘、游泳池！很棒非常適合去玩SUP
3機能:飯店就位於T字路口，對面有一個小遊樂園，ABC商店，超級好買！往右走就是DFS購物天堂了！
路程都在五分鐘內，一個有美景，又方便按摩、實彈射擊、海盜船、購物、吃飯的地方

I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Thank you.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama투몬 시내랑은 거리가 좀 떨어져 있어서 렌트를 하지 않는다면 조금 불편하긴 하지만, 리조트를 내가 빌린 것 마냥 조용하고 편하게 이용하고 싶으신 분들에겐 아주 좋은 선택지예요:-)
스탭들도 매우 친절했습니다.
리가로얄에서 2박 후 두짓비치로 옮겨 2박을 더 했는데, 두짓비치는 너무 시끌벅적한 느낌이 있었어요.
인피니티풀은 예쁘고, 룸 오션뷰도 매우 좋습니다. 조식같은 다이닝은 이용하지 않았구요, 룸 컨디션이나 시설은 좀 낙후되어 있긴 합니다. 하지만 기대를 안하고 갔는데 생각보단 훨씬 좋았어요. 너무 습하지도 않고 적당히 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋은 호텔이에요!

This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor.
There are some gripes with our room though.
There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead.
I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them.
They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down.
The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits.
This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit.
Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit.
Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there.
The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

I was wondering why I missed writing a review for our visit here. I think mainly because it was pretty uneventful (for me). When we visited last year, the place was pretty empty yet our room was far from the lobby. Long walk esp. for guests like us who rented a car for the weekend. Parking was also a hassle - such a long walk to and fro, esp. it was raining that weekend we visited Guam. For such a big resort, there's definitely not much choices for eateries in the area. Be prepared to drive in and out. Another hassle. Staff was hit and miss. Now you see them, now you don't. The room, bathroom and hotel amenities are all up to par - as expected. Clean and comfortable. No frills. It served its purpose. My teen son did enjoy some of their water activities but he informed me that he specially liked the PIC in Saipan better. I think this PIC is best for younger children than teens, who prefers bigger or more thrilling slides. However, my wife enjoyed taking lots of pictures around the resorts. Lots of scenery and ”instagrammable” spots for her. Overall, definitely not bad experience for us. No regrets. A must visit at least once in your lifetime esp. if you have frequented PIC Saipan.

JJoanne EjiptoThe location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.

PPengguna TetamuAfter booking here the last minute, I read the review and changed my mind. Unfortunately, there's no refund so we are stuck. I figured, we can just give it a try and have plan B to change hotel on the next day. Upon check-in, our receptionists was young yet professional and friendly. It was busy with line of tourist awaiting to check-in. However, we didn't have to line up with the crowd as we were taken by another person on a separate area. No line. So our check-in was a breeze, which was already a plus. The staff was always cheerful, chatty and helpful. They even holler from the distance to say good luck to my son who was on his way to his Jiujitsu tournament one day. I thought that was cool of them to acknowledge that. Our room was lit, nicely decorated and comfortable, with 2 full beds. Everything was clean and had everything we needed - fridge, TV, etc. The bathroom was clean, full of amenities; shower with strong pressure and hot water. The parking was convenient for us who rented a car for the weekend and it's free. I like that I can just get in and out without having to worry where to park or pay for parking. The parking is also covered, within the hotel building. Really convenient esp. it was raining that weekend. There's a couple of fun restaurants in the building too, one is gaming bar with music. The other one was Tony Roma's which we went for dinner one night. We had guest who came to visit us and we sat at the lobby talking while enjoying the music from that gaming bar. It was an overall an upbeat ambience. We end up staying our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We will definitely stay here again soon for our son's next BJJ tournament.

I was there for about a whole week for medical purposes and what made my stay extra special were the professional staff that work there. To Ms. Glenna n Ms. Mar of the front desk, thank you so much for the outstanding and excellent way you go beyond the call of service you all provide for the customers. Also to Ms. Stephanie from housekeeping, your cheerful n sincere personality is A++ The many reasons why I will always be a loyal client of Days Inn Tamuning.
