The hotel is like in hospital And no elevator Also the walkway is so long Our room is in the middle I need to walk 5 minutes to get outside the walkway The room has limited design, I think the room only like 3 star hotel In the other hand, It has many facilities Massage, swimming pool, buffet etc And it’s good for family trip It’s reasonable price I think it help it to 4 star

The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more.

Utk lobby banyak nyamuk dan kursi tunggunya sedikit. Kamar mandi lobby harusnya stand by OGnya supaya tetap bersih kamar mandinya kaya di mall2. Di bilik ke 4 pojok airnya ngembeng, trus tisu ditiap bilik habis ga diganti di tgl 21 nov. Kebersihan kamar mandi yg terpenting bagi saya dan keluarga. Tgl 22-23 nov saya ga pernah ke toilet lobby lg, lebih memilih ke toilet di kamar. Utk kamar superior sempit, shalatnya harus gantian. Kasur doublenya ternyata kasur twin digabung bukan pure 1 kasur karna saya pikir beneran 1 kasur jd yg tidur di tengah anak saya condong tidur mepet saya. Utk tv ga ada tv nasional cuma bisa youtube aja. Pas saya minta bersihin kamar tgl 22 nov karna banyak remah2an ciki anak saya, kamarnya tiba2 ada nyamuk pdhal tgl 21 nov ga ada. Pas tgl 21 nov ada serangga kecil kaya kecoa tp langsung saya matiin dg sendal saya.

This hotel located in a strategic location. In the complex there are ATMs and a clinic. The room was spacious and clean. The parking area was also spacious and there was a security guard will help to find an available parking lot. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. They had two restaurants. Terrace restaurant and another one is chinese restaurant. The food were tasty and the price was reasonable. Staffs there were so helpful like Indri and Melly. Check in and check out were also fast. Rere, Devina and Dolly were very helpful. I might come and stay again there if I am in the area.

Traveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

We arrived in Jakarta after more than 24 hours of traveling in the late morning and had an early flight out the next morning, so staying here was a good choice for us. The hotel is super easy to access, unlike the city. (Although there is some train connection, it's very complicated to figure out. And the city's awful traffic can make getting into the center of town problematic.) The breakfast was very good and the room very clean and comfortable. We could hear some noise from planes taking off, but earplugs worked to block that out.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Nice restaurant which is open until 1am, we arrived on a late flight with jetlag so had a meal at 12:30am. Everything very new and clean. Big lg TV in room. Had a very good sleep, lovely comfortable bed/bedding. Good to be near the airport. Easy to arrange late check out which helped with the jetlag. Well done to the staff!
