Hotel Perniagaan di Tokyo

I recently stayed at the Hotel Gracery Ginza in Tokyo and had a delightful experience. I booked two rooms: a double and a triple. While the double room was indeed very small, this was the only drawback of an otherwise excellent stay. The rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a cosy lounge in the lobby where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and juice, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Best of all, the hotel provides ice, warm and cold water, and vending machines on every floor, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very well connected with many different train lines. All the train stations are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. Situated right in the middle of Ginza, the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of shopping options, from luxury brands to popular street brands and local favourites like Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. Don Don Donki, a popular store, is open until 4am, which is perfect for late-night shopping. Additionally, on weekends, the main road in Ginza is closed to vehicles, allowing pedestrians to enjoy a leisurely stroll. Overall, despite the small size of the double room, I highly recommend Hotel Gracery Ginza for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities. It made our stay in Tokyo truly enjoyable.

This hotel is fantastic. My teenager son and I stayed at Standard Twin Room for 7 nights. Wonderful comfortable stay with good housekeeping staff who changed our bedsheets daily. We also love the helpful and polite front desk staff. They were very accommodative to our request to top up a some difference to stay in same room as we had multiple bookings as the same room type wasn't available at point of booking. Big plus point for having a smart pack machine which we used to compress our clothings and soft toys for 100yen per pack. Its the best thing for a hotel to have! Location was good. Short & easy walk to 3 train stations. Surrounded by popular restaurants and coffee places. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we return to Tokyo in ffuture. Con: room doesnt come with bottle water but u can request or get beverages from the beverage counter next to front desk on L2. Combini has alot of beverages to choose from so we weren't too concerned about it. Compact bathroom but it serve its purpose

kelebihan: 1. Lokasi hotel ini sangat mudah, sangat dekat dengan Stesen Shinjuku, terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah berdekatan, dan terdapat restoran Cina bertentangan dengan hotel, walaupun rasanya biasa saja. 2. Air pancuran mandian sangat besar dan tempat mandinya sangat selesa. Kopi segera pun sedap. 3. Bufet sarapan pagi yang dibeli secara berasingan berharga 2750 yen seorang, dengan pelbagai pilihan dan rasa yang enak. kekurangan: 1. Bilik terlalu kecil, tetapi hotel Jepun biasanya kecil, jadi ini bukan masalah besar. 2. Saya tidak tahu mengapa, tetapi penghawa dingin mempunyai bau yang sangat tidak menyenangkan saya mematikannya serta-merta selepas menghidupkannya selama beberapa minit. Mujurlah bilik itu tidak tersumbat atau sejuk walaupun tidak menghidupkan penghawa dingin. 3. Apabila tetamu pergi mengambil makanan mereka, kakitangan bufet sarapan pagi mengemas meja dan menu tetamu sementara menu masih ada di tepi tempat mereka makan. Perkhidmatan perlu diperbaiki.

Close to Tokyo station. Less than 10 mins walk. Has happy hour at lobby cafe from 4pm to 9pm with refreshments like soft serve ice cream, drinks and nuts. Look forward to chilling out after a long day. We took the connecting room and it was really small. The good thing is each room has its own bathroom. Hot spring is a bonus. Great to experience this in the hotel. The amenities like facial mask, body lotion, pillow gallery etc at the lobby was very useful. Helps to make ou stay more enjoyable.

Apabila saya datang ke Tokyo buat kali pertama, saya sangat gementar dan memilih Hotel Prince Kerana hotel yang saya tinggal di Kansai sebelum ini sangat kecil, saya sentiasa bimbang Tokyo akan menjadi lebih sempit, tetapi saya berasa sepenuhnya. lega masa aku turun dari kereta. Perasaan keseluruhannya sangat luas dan cerah, sama seperti hotel mewah dalam drama Jepun Susun atur bilik juga sangat baik, dengan sekatan kecil, banyak ruang berehat dan pengalaman yang baik.

Bersambung terus ke Terminal 2 Lapangan Terbang Haneda, aksesnya sangat baik. Pintu masuk adalah di tingkat dua bangunan terminal, di tingkat yang sama dengan kaunter daftar masuk. Nampaknya ada pintu masuk dan keluar khas untuk waktu lewat malam. Terdapat mesin daftar masuk automatik selain kaunter berawak, dan anda boleh mendaftar masuk di sana juga. Bilik itu luas, bersih dan selesa dengan bilik mandi dan tandas yang berasingan. Air mineral percuma adalah dalam tin aluminium, yang saya tidak pernah lihat sebelum ini, dan ia segar.

Right above the train station, close to everything. Rooms are a bit small with toilets even smaller. But you get a decent room for a reasonable price. Tons of food nearby

I love the location it’s super convenient. Staff are super polite and smiley. Service wise is not good too many strange rules firstly, there is no phone in the room. In case u need one it’s near the elevator on each floor to speak to the staff. The twin bed are way too big for us 2/3 of the room. I can’t even open my suitcase easily. Only one elevator in this 14 storeys hotel right next to their emergency stairways. There is a sign saying if you are in a rush please use the stairways but we were on the higher floor and it’s so cold February a few degrees Celsius ???? Well no thanks I shall wait patiently then…… No daily cleaning service we stayed 5 nights the hotel offered one time cleaning during our stay. All the dirty linens and garbage have to be placed outside your door by 10am if new towels needed. Strangely one bottle complimentary water was given to 2 guests daily together in a bag of towels and slippers toothbrush garbage bags. Only one washing machine ¥600 35mins, dryer ¥300 60mins available (cashless payment only) Onsen too small and poor facilities.

Very convenient with airport limousine bus, free Disney shuttle (good neighbour hotel) and minutes’ walk from Kinshicho train station and Nippon rent-a-car. Lots of food options available at most times, and not too crowded. Great view of Tokyo Skytree from our room window. Suitable for people who want to travel around but wary of crowds, but not for those who want to live in the heart of action and/or chaos.
