Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

The hotel was very nice. However, to use the swimming pool, I was given a locker key to change into a swimsuit, but there was a charge(room charge.)
I was embarrassed because there was no explanation in advance that a fee would be charged.
I hope to be informed enough in the future.

This was a decent stay in Tokyo Ginza area. We are a couple and stayed here for 5 nights. The location was superb being a few mins walk from Simbashi station and a little further from Ginza station. These 2 stations are super convenient. There’s a direct train from Simbashi station to Narita Airport.
The service is typical Japanese. Very strict with the check in and out timings. Having said that, the staff allowed us to store our luggage so we could still do some last minute exploring.

閨蜜4人出行，臨時改了這個公寓，第一次住公寓開始有擔心，進入房間後除了進門通道有點緊張，房間裏面設計使用率非常好，有客廳，一張圓桌4個椅子。兩個床兩個床墊很寬鬆，大大的櫃子放三個28寸大箱子一個小箱子不緊張，密碼鎖安全。乾濕分離，有冰箱微波爐烤箱全套餐具特別方便。很安靜，不吵。出門右手邊往前走一百多米就是築地市場，週末人非常多。離銀座走走十分鐘到，築地本願寺地鐵站比東銀座地鐵更方便些，1號口有升降機搬運大行李箱方便些。退房了可以寄存行李，有會中文的前台，態度特別好。很不錯的一次體驗！

The Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 is part of the Cruise Terminal Complex ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. If you are familiar with Cup Noodle museum, then it's right behind it. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the other Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. The closest stations for both these hotels is the Minatomirai station on the Minatomirai line. If you are coming by JR, the closet station is Sakuragi-cho on the Keihin-Touhoku line and from there about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Yokohama Grand and a further 10 minutes to Pier 8. From the Hammerhead, you can clearly see the iconic fin shaped Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. It's in a good location with shops and restaurants in Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk and the famous Red Brick warehouse. The hotel is a rectangle building with an open area in the middle (garden) of the building from level 3. The ”outside” rooms are the City and Bay View rooms while the ”inside” rooms are the Garden View rooms. There's also a rooftop garden where you have a great view overlooking the bay and can just sit and relax in the sun. The staff were exceptional and the rooms amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the spacious room and being on top of a metro station with direct trains to Shibuya. Great to have a kitchen and nice view of the harbour. It does take a bit longer to Tokyo but good to avoid the crowds and get to spend more time in Yokohama. Walking distance to Chinatown (although the food there isn’t great) and to Red Brickhouse. Does get busy with the cruise goers so be prepared for longer wait times for check-in and check-out and for elevators. Minor point but there’s nowhere for taxi to stop out front, a bit of hassle if carrying large luggage.

PPengguna TetamuShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. HHaohao007Hotel ini mestilah hotel bertaraf bintang lama dengan kemudahan dan perkhidmatan dalam talian. Bilik ini agak besar untuk hotel Jepun. Terdapat dua kedai serbaneka dalam jarak tiga minit berjalan kaki dari hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli makanan dan minuman. Bas lapangan terbang terus ke pintu hotel, yang bagus untuk saya yang sedikit keliru selepas turun dari pesawat.

AAri_A cosy find in Akihabara! Really beautiful hotel, friendly staff and comfortable room. The location is ideal as it's just a short walk to the JR Akihabara station. Would definitely recommend this to travelers who are looking for comfort amongst the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
Also, Akihabara is quite central, so if you don't mind subwaying across the city, I would recommend staying here!!! Enjoy. I'll definitely be back!!!

Meja penyambut tetamu dan sarapan kedua-duanya berada di tingkat tiga Walaupun sarapan pagi tidak sepelbagai hotel domestik, ia sangat Jepun dan menang dengan kualiti. Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik 1108. Kepala katil dekat dengan tingkap bilik itu menghadap ke kereta bawah tanah, jadi saya boleh mendengar dengan jelas bunyi landasan kereta api ketika tidur disyorkan untuk tinggal di bilik di baris 08, 09 dan 10. Kawasan sekitar sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah Tidak ramai orang Cina di hotel, tetapi kebanyakannya penduduk tempatan dan warga asing, jadi hampir tidak ada bunyi semasa sarapan.

Hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally small. I booked a 2 beds (with bunk beds) to have more space for us.
There are pillows for you to choose next to the life lobby and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Very convenient.
Nothing much for the breakfast. ¥1,000 can eat a lot more outside.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home.
For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!
