I stayed one night for business. A lovely looking hotel, only minutes from the M5, but set in lovely countryside. I checked in at about 4pm planning on doing computer work in my room, only to find the room not made up from the last guest. I was offered a free drink, and worked from the lounge/bar. This was lucky, as there are 2 wifi passwords - 1 for the bar/lounge (which worked well) and 1 for the rooms, which didn't work at all. Also, there was no phone signal, so couldn't even use 4/5G. I ate in the restaurant. Good service, but the food was very basic and fairly tasteless. Boiling hot (actually burnt my tongue which I can still feel no 2 days later) I paid £15 for fish/chips/peas, which was no better than you'd get in spoons. The breakfast was good. I'd suggest a tv or some music - 5 individual people sitting in silence trying not to eat noisily! The room was clean and had everything you need, but pretty dated, especially the bathroom. The shower screen on the bath leaked when having a shower. The off button did not work on the TV remote, so had to reach down the back of the unit to turn off at the socket. With dinner, this cost over £150 for 1 night, which was double what it was worth.

We booked directly, in January, with the hotel taking up an offer for our March stay. This is a 5 star hotel and we upgraded our room a few days before arrival. The room was lovely with a comfortable 4 poster bed and all facilities as expected. Breakfast was not as we had expected for a 5 star hotel. We had to choose a time to eat, did the earlier people have all the yoghurt? By the time (8.45) we arrived we were scraping the bottom of the deep jar and our cooked breakfast was a meagre portion. The potato cake was very thin, like cardboard, a single thin rasher of bacon and a slice of mushroom. Thank goodness I asked for a grilled tomato! We had to ask for toast that 1st morning. The coffee pot was barely enough for one, we had to ask for more! We had booked to eat in the Vellore Restaurant for my birthday but decided to cancel this, as seemed expensive and breakfast had put us off! So we chose to eat from the bar menu instead, taking the meal in the lounge. Unfortunately the room was pretty cold, we heard other guests complaining about this. Guests can ask for fresh milk to go with the complimentary tea and coffee, but be aware a tiny jug of milk is £6. However the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the hotel is well situated for the town.

Fantastic hotel, with plenty of facilities, the lobby restaurant and reception are immaculate, and the staff are extremely friendly, exactly what you need after a long day travelling The room itself was pretty clean. However, there are a few marks in the bathroom, and on the privacy curtain (net curtain?) behind the blackout curtains. Other than that, I really can’t fault it. I will definitely be coming back again and I will be searching for Leonardo hotels where else I’m staying in future, highly recommended.

We booked the hotel for our anniversary, It was a good hotel in a great location. The room was nice and spacious and the shower was big. Would have been great if they had a bathtub. We were very disappointed about the breakfast which had only 4 items to choose from. For a Hilton hotel that is unacceptable and they didn't even want to provide anything as they said it's a set breakfast. This was not communicated when booking so we only knew when we got to breakfast in the morning.

整體來説還是挺不錯的 衞生乾淨 服務周到 酒店也是精緻小巧 就是房間稍微再大一點點就好了 在巴斯 感覺性價比不算高 但還是不錯的一個體驗

Very small room, like a capsule hotel. But it was clean and had a big bed and tv! It’s also very central. Not the room for an extended stay but perfect if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable place to stop off for a day or two.

Recommend the breakfast so much! The staff are so friendly. Lovely place to stay.

My friend and I had a fantastic overnight stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by reception staff, offered a choice of floors where they had availability, we chose the ground floor. After check in was complete we were given a little ‘winter warmer’ package which contained a lovely little welcome note, candy cane sweets, hot chocolate sachets and packets of tiny marshmallows 😊. We found out the following day that they were the new managers idea and that she had had her children filling the bags for guests, this small personal touch for a chain hotel was so lovely and helped add to our enjoyment. All the staff we met were friendly, professional and a credit to the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable with a well thought out design, lots of sockets, complimentary toiletries, overlapping curtains that actually blocked out the entire window which meant we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice with a totally separate toasting section with gluten free bread if required. The hotel itself is a 15 minute walk to the city centre/train station but no hills to negotiate so absolutely fine to walk to with wheeled suitcases (car park available too). All in all it was a great place to stay for those want to explore Bath, I’d definitely recommend and would absolutely book again.
