Friendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, easily accessible from Toronto Pearson International Airport by UP Express and the subway. And has lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly service and thanks for the free, warm cookie! The room and furniture were a bit dated, and the bedding was not as smooth as I wanted it to be, but I could bear with it for two nights. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Toronto. :)

It's a hidden gem. The hotel is really nice. It has perfect location, convenient parking (paid ~$50/night though). There is 24/7 coffee, tea in the dining area next to the lobby.
We had a room on the 6 floor, new and clean (room itself and the bathroom), the view from the room was also nice.
Beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. There was refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Hotel provided very nice breakfast!
Staff on the reception was nice except for one girl. When we tried to check in, she said we have to provide credit card, we told her that we have debit card or cash ( to leave as a deposit). Her reply was - then you can change the hotel, there is plenty nearby. (BTW, the room was prepaid online already).
Other than that girl everything was great!

The check in was quick and came with two complementary waters. The design of the lobby was nice and the room was very spacious and well furnished, especially for its location in the busier areas of the city. I liked how there was a full body mirror in the room and in many places other in the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants and transportation options nearby so it was very easy to navigate as a tourist.
Unfortunately the door/walls had bad noise insulation so I kept mistaking the sound of doors/keys for people trying to enter my room which made me feel quite uneasy and paranoid. This is the only reason took a star off each category of this rating.

I’ve been extremely disappointed during the check in process, as I’ve been told that they accept only credit card and no debit. It was a big mess for me to find any credit card. And then I tried debit and it was working, very unprofessional from the stuff side.
Be ready to hear constructions from the street at 7:30 in the morning. I do NOT recommend you this hotel

Hostel has great location- walking distance in most attractions in downtown. Close to restaurants. Beds are comfortable.
The only thing I don’t like is that they have only one computer for check in, so I had to wait more than 40 minutes, because there were a big group before me.

The hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient.
On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done.
The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk.
Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!

酒店應該年代久遠，房間應該重新裝修過，房間不大，燈光不算亮，沒有拖鞋 牙刷牙膏，但是有熱水壺 杯子。床高，床小，隔音不好。衞生間比較大。大堂古色古香，很有味道，酒店前台和吧枱連在一起，也是別緻。

This hotel is the total package of;
Awesome, extremely, kind, and considerate employees and that is everyone! From the super happy and helpful Beth (Bethlehem) at the front counter, the cheerful and funny room service gentleman, the sunny and bubbly wait staff in their dining facilities, and of course the all-important behind the scene cleaning staff which kept this hotel the cleanest I have ever seen!
The lobby was welcoming, clean (you will read this word a few times in my review), and well-appointed.
Check-in was a breeze and Beth got us to our room quickly after traveling for over 12 hours on the train.
We were too tired to go out to eat so we called room service. The food was excellent, timely, and plenty of it.
The room was spotless, everything was so clean you could feel it when you first entered the modern and beautifully decorated room. The layout was so unique, with plenty of storage, extensive use of glass throughout the room, and, customizable lighting. A huge glass shower with a large overhead rainfall showerhead.
The breakfast buffet was great, hot, and filling, and the restaurant was very, very clean and had a great cup of coffee as well!
The only issue some people may have is the price. For the area, it was located in and the local attractions just minutes away by walking, well worth the price as you get top value for your money. A 2-minute walk to Union Station Via rail, GO train, and the Pearson train was a bonus.
Our go-to hotel for Toronto!

FYI, I am no stranger to hotels whether here or abroad having traveled extensively as a military crewmember as well for our pleasure trips. Stayed in 0 stars to ”Dubai” star hotels from cheap to expensive and everything in between.

YyatsenenokWe stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car.
To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

SSallyGood location. Near union station where you can catch the UP express train to the airport Bed is comfy room is clean and spacious. Opposite to the KEG steakhouse and bar and many other restaurants so location wise is great. Walking distance to art St. Lawrence market

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located within 10min drive from Toronto airport, which is very convenient for transit passengers. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes. The restaurant opens till 11pm and has a reasonable menu to choose from. Overall, good experience as we only stayed for one night for our onward journey.

PPengguna TetamuSuch a beautiful spacious room with a view. Lovely service from Denise on the reception. Sadly there were no facilities available to use apart from a very basic gym on a shabby floor and this floor seemed very smoky but the rest of the stay was lovely. Take a walk around the picturesque grounds.

AC was on during the summer, though there were no controls.
The room was not equipped with many kitchen basics.

PPengguna TetamuI want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.
