Not that bad but no second time

The room is average, acceptable level of cleanliness. The aircon did not work which made the room very warm. The ventilation was not good so we could not stay long time in the room. We could have stay longer if the aircon works properly. No one has informed this prior to the check in, poor service. Not recommended. At lower price of guest house and hotel in Trang offer better facilities and services.
