Hotel berhampiran Anand’s park, Ulaanbaatar

Great location friendly staff and a clean and tidy room. I was always greeted by friendly helpful staff each day The rooms are safe in a relatively quiet location but close to the centre of the City. If you are here on business or pleasure a simple fuss free stay be it business or pleasure. If I have the good fortune to come back I will stay here again and certainly recommend it

The place was clean and good accomodation. Loved the hotel and its decor along with the area to relax and enjoy breakfast. Really liked the breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to recommend this place.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, checking in late on the first night and leaving very early in the morning off the second night. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with decent wifi. The staff were excellent - helpful and thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. If i am lucky enough to get back to Ulaanbaatar I will stay there again. There was one person in particular - the lady that worked the front desk on the night of Mar 7th into early morning Mar 8th (I didn't get her name unfortunately) - that stood out. She was an outstanding member of your staff and a wonderful ambassador for Ramada Hotels. Keep up the great work!

Christina at check-in was my first experience of Mongolian hospitality. Efficient and clearly helped where she could, to enhance my stay. Rooms are spacious and furnished well. The gym has a funny rule about sneakers. U have to wear your slippers in, and then change to gym shoes?

Приехали мы в подружкой в отель 29.10.22 в 7 утра , были уставшие после поезда и хоть заселение стоит в 11 часов утра , нас заселила сразу прекрасная девушка на ресепшн. Очень понравился номер на 7 этаже, на столе бутылочки бесплатной воды, чай -Кофе , в ванной комнате принадлежности для душа , все бесплатно и кстати пополняется каждый день. Убирали в номере тоже каждый день. В номере все стандартно , две большие кровати , чайный столик , чайник , холодильник , телевизор (Кстати много русскоязычных каналов) есть сейф, что очень удобно. На завтрак шведский стол , вполне разнообразные завтраки, очень доброжелательные девушки готовят омлеты;) Очень хорошая в отеле звукоизоляция, ночью очень тихо. Что хочется особо отметить , на ресепшене познакомились с девушкой по имени Мига, она очень хорошо говорит по русски, она же быстро заселила нас в первый день. Мига и потом очень нам помогала по всем вопросам. С экскурсиями , с такси , с покупками Лекарства , продуктов и даже где что купить. Дала свой личный номер телефона и мы конечно постоянно пользовались ее добротой. Она золотой человек , потому как никогда не отказала , а подсказывала где что дешевле и как будет удобнее. Мига , я только из за знакомства с вами очень хочу приехать ещё в Монголию , именно в ваш отель. Отель рекомендую , соотношение цена - качество , ну и прекрасные сотрудники! I stayed 11th floor with amazing view 6th floor restaurant provides order made breakfast with great coffee All facility was good, new and clean Big screen TV and stylish rocking chair was so comfy Location was great with airport shuttle, Emart City center was all walkable distance All staff were friendly and great Eng. The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

This hotel does not meet the standards of other Kempinskis. My family and I travel a lot, like A LOT, and we've been to many Kempinski hotels. The problems started with our booking, which we made directly through the hotels' website (not a 3rd party). The booking states a 12:00 check in, but the hotel told us this was a mistake and their check in time is 2:00 pm. They allowed us to check in at noon without a fee, but it took series of emails in advance. We also booked the breakfast meal package through the website. On our first morning in the breakfast lounge, we were told we didn't get breakfast because we didn't have the meal package. Once again, I had to pull out my reservation receipt and prove (in front of other guests) that we had paid for the breakfast. They of course accepted the receipt and realized they made an error, but it was another hassle we shouldn't have had to deal with. The day before our departure, we requested the hotel have a cab ready for us to catch our early flight (we needed to leave the hotel around 3:30 am). The young man behind the desk indicated he would do so and that we could expect a 100,000 tugrik (about 29.00 USD) flat rate for the taxi ride (this is also what we paid to get to the hotel). After spending the day on the town, buying souvenirs, and spending our local currency (but saving taxi money), we returned to the hotel. I double checked with a different guy at the desk that we would have a taxi waiting for us. Afterall, as the evening Front Desk Receptionist, it would be his job to call the taxi company. It was good I double checked, because the other guy hadn't taken action and hadn't passed along the request. Moreover, when the taxi arrived in the wee hours of the morning, we were told by the Front Desk Receptionist that it was actually a 200,000 tugrik charge (double!). We were also told the first ”receptionist” we had spoken to earlier in the day was actually a Bell Hop and we were informed that he wasn't even supposed to be working behind the counter. As a result, we had no choice but to withdraw additional local currency (taxi couldn't take a card) from the hotel Front Desk (for a nice fee) in order to pay the taxi. What's particularly irksome is that we had plenty of cash which we would have saved if we had simply been told the correct amount. There were other issues, but this review is already lengthy... Overall, we had a less than stellar experience at this Kempinski. If you're going to Ulaanbaatar, I'd recommend you stay elsewhere. If we ever go back we'll probably stay at the Shangri-la. It's closer to the airport as well as the heart of the city.

I will definitely recommend this place. It is clean, friendly, and cost-effective.

Very clean and kneat hotel. Polite staff. Very good breakfast. İt is located on the highway to the UlaanBaatar airport. I liked this hotel and would always stay there. The price is adequite and quite appropriate.
