The property is neat and clean but the biggest challenge is on the 1st floor and an iron staircase is there which is not good for senior citizens & families with small kids. Also the receptionist was not interested in attending the guest. He never bothered of guest inquiry or requests. Tv is not recharged it's just kept for show piece. The only advantage of this property is it's very close to ganesh & mahabaleshwar temple. Also gokarna beach just 5 min from this place.

We had booked 2 standard rooms and 2 deluxe non ac rooms. Standard rooms were really good and spacious and definitely worth the price. Bathroom and toilets were clean and decent enough to access. Deluxe rooms as the name suggests were better than the standard rooms. The bed sheets and pillows provided were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. They allowed a late check out for a very minimal price and did not create any hassle. The property is less than 100mts away from the beach. Unfortunately was not able to get hot water in standard room. The rooms have nice and convenient shelves which i dont see in other places

It's good hotel neat and clesn. It should improve service for tv. When entered was not working. It was said it will start with in half an hour. No stup box in the room. After following up in evening they started it. Beds are new. Toilet is neat and clean. Temple is about 1 km away. Temple serves food both time. Gojarnbeach is adjoining to temple other beaches are far away. One had to trek to reach beaches. Mostly foreigners are visiting this beaches. Bus stand is 5 minutes walk.

Lodge was good as per these price. No restaurant in room service is little bit problematic. Rooms had smells like smoky. Cleaning is good and the most favorable thing was it's location due to this i was choose it. If sometimes we need in room tea or food service then it will totally depends in availability of outside sellers. Rest all is good. Staff is very helpfull. Thanks to mr. D'sliva.
