Great rooms. But horrible service In an effort to be stylish, digital and modern, they have got rid of any personal contact, which basically means if you are an international guest traveling from another country, you have to talk to their bot on watsapp. If they cut down the receptionist, atleast they should have real people respond to watsapp and not a robot. Rooms are ok. The ac in our room was not working and it was a nightmare to get it fixed. I exchanged some 50+ messages with the robot on watsapp and finally gave up and slept in a heaty place. It’s in a decent location if you can take train to city center. Parking on the street is a big hassle. Just an average hotel that misses the point by trying to be digital. As a traveler, I want to speak to people at a hotel and if I have an issue deal with real people.

A clean apartment house with pleasant neighbors just 200m from a metro station! Everything you need is available in the apartment- new, clean and stylish! Self check in is suitable and goes smoothly here. We’re a family from Ukraine and we’re very grateful for the two nights given to us free of charge in the time of need! Thank you, Numastays’s personelle- kind and responsive! I recommend Numa stays and sure will return to its rooms throughout Europe in future.

Fantastic apartment. Well equipped, very warm and comfortable. Only negative - when we booked it via Tripadvisor it said breakfast included in price. However this was not meant to be as apparently I did not select the correct rate. So beware! I had to pay for our breakfast on the first day which is available in the Sky hotel around the corner. It is €14 per person and it really is not worth it. The Sky hotel dining room smelled of cigarette amoke and there was very little on offer to eat and we had to ask the staff to bring out some bread. On a positive note, it was far more relaxing to make our own breakfast in the apartment for the rest of our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect for public transport and local takeaways and supermarket. There is a free Covid home testing drop off centre available in the local Billa centre. Very convenient to do our own pcr tests in our apartment and then drop samples off at the Billa before ggetti g on the underground to go sightseeing. While there is no reception in the building, we could communicate with the numa team via whatsapp and their replies were always prompt and helpful. We would gladly stay in the apartment again. Appartamento confortevole e molto pulito. Bene arredato. Posizione molto buona, lo stabilimento è vicino alla fermata della metropolitana e in circa 5/10 minuti sei in centro. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per soggiorni tra amici o in famiglia.
