This place is clean and good service but no keycards or any key for the door lock so you can’t leave anything in the room. Kind of weird!

It’s a fairly new Hop Inn, which is basically the same as any other Hop In in the country, lift seemed bigger than previous hotels we’ve stayed at, and the same high standard of cleanliness were present here also. Hotel is on the outskirts of town so not really convenient it you do not have a car. There is ample parking available but considering you will need a car to stay here, the carpark does get quite full by late evening. Nothing negative to say about our stay here, we have spent many nights in Hop Inns so we know what to expect.

Good in Ayutthya. Location is very pleasent. Rooms are very clean and Management is excellent

We only stayed for one night, but this hotel had everything we needed. The rooms were large and clean, and included a kitchenette with large fridge. The bathroom had both a tub and separate shower. There is an ironing room on the 16th floor with an iron and ironing board to iron your clothing. The 16th floor also has a beautiful pool (with heated jacuzzi) and fitness centre. We had dinner and breakfast and it was all quite good. The egg station at the back was quick and the food was good. This hotel seemed quite popular with golfers, as we saw several checking in while we were there. It is conveniently located with a shopping mall across the street, and a small food night market down the road. Accessing both requires crossing the road using one of the above-road pedestrian walkways.

Hello, that's Elli and Eyan. We've been looking for the place like this forever! Such a beautiful small apartment we were staying in, with a kitchen and nice shower, with a hot tub and a balcony. House keeping stuff and other services are so nice and caring. Pool and jacuzzi were also superb. We were enjoying each other SOOOOO much in this beautiful hotel, super atmospheric.... People! Also, breakfasts are the best! It's soo nice to go down for the breakfast every morning. Varieties of different foods and beautiful relaxing music... Caring stuff that fills your coffee or tea cup any time you are about to stand up and get it by yourself... Recommended from the bottom of our hearts 💓

The hot water was out of order, they did not do a daily clean of our room so we had rubbish piled up in our room bins and when we returned from a tiring full day of exploring, the room was as we had left it. Expected a buffet breakfast like all hotels do but instead was asked to choose from a couple of options at check in, so at breakfast, depending on your choice made at check in,they have either fried eggs or soup, plus toast ready to go as soon as you arrive. Eggs stone cold. Been travelling throughout Southeast Asia for months and this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Stay period 31/1/23-1/1/24, 1 night-stay at newly-opened hotel CHECK-IN. PROCESS As being one of top hotel chains, without delay I have pin-pointed this hotel to celebrate happy moment with my family because centara chain is thailand ‘s one of best qualified hotel. On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA. Always the first choice when having business trip to Ayutthaya. The hotel cleanliness were satisfied, food were delicious. The only one thing to improve is the light in the room, slightly dim. One thing surprised me is the dinner at hotel, we paid for a package of 499 Thai baht, for dinner set which include tomyum, fried egg and prawn, taste soooo nice!

In conjunction with a simple mall that operates till 8pm Rooms are from floor 5-11. You can get a room as cheap as 1000 baht on non peak dates. Room is super spacious and they provide microwave & utensils like bowls spoons. It also comes with a bathtub which is a great pricing. Only con side is the lobby floor which is at 4 and also where most of the events will be happening like functions, weddings. You may be able to hear some noise due to the design of the hotel is hollow in the middle and only build a few rooms around in a square . Other than that it is a recommended affordable location in Ayuthaya
