Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Great location. Restaurants within walking distance. Right off of main road. Gym is nice. Quiet. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Johnson City. Really enjoyed our stay.

Best hotel experience ever!

Overall excellent. Everyone from the the front desk at arrival and departure to the servers in the restaurant fully met our criteria for excellence. Notably, prices at the ”Burger Bar” restaurant were surprisingly reasonable and excellent in quality and taste especially for a hotel of this type. The only downsides were minor. The room could stand some updates such as having a small couch for two instead of a chair for one, a comfort height toilet, better bathroom lighting and more outlets and USB ports. The restaurant had no ”plain vinegar and oil” and I'm surprised as I can't imagine any restaurant that does not have ordinary white vinegar and olive or other oil in its inventory. When compared to our last stay in Johnson City at the Marriott, I was far more pleased overall. I would not hesitate to stay there again even though my Gold Hilton status is not as ”high” as my Marriott Titanium status was at the time I stayed there.

Excellent location, very nice heated indoor pool, clean and good size room, breakfast could use a little more options. Good parking easy access to downtown and very close to TN Hills. Highly recommend
