Hotel berhampiran Lotus (Changying Branch), Xi'an

I was a disappointment to see that they had a pool in the pictures but did not actually have one. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel did look like it is a bit outdated and falling apart. The hallways smelled of cigarettes. I think this is because of parties that were happening downstairs. Overall I did enjoy my stay because of how the staff took care of us.

服務：在網上看了好多家店，最終選擇了他們家店面，一進前台服務人員熱情上前迎接，有禮有賓的熱情接待，讓人感覺到回家的感覺，親切，，早上還有早餐，隨時過來都有，品種比較多，選擇性也業比較多，早餐比較可口， 環境：環境優雅，高端大氣，最重要的是他們家還有個休息區的户外，幾個朋友可以一起喝個茶水，空氣清新， 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，所有物品擺放整齊有序，讓人一眼就可以找到自己所需物品，住的比較舒適， 設施：房間裏面的設施設備比較齊全，沒有他們做不到的，衹有我們想不到了，所有值得推薦，下次還選他們家，

西安的街道很寬敞、整潔，有點像一座新興的城市，也很有幾分大都市的感覺。顯然還是下了很大功夫搞城市建設，使西安在不失古都文化底藴的同時，也很有現代氣息。這次入住的西安建國飯店也讓我們很舒服，不管是從酒店的建築風格、裝修風格還是員工的服務上，都顯得與這座古城那麼的相互映襯，大廳的張輝經理和前台小姑娘張文靜的服務給我們留下了很好的印象，對我們照顧的向家裡人一般，讓我們也有了回家的感覺。

they change our room to sixth floor with tatami design..but the room really disappoints us…shower with low pressure water and can’t feel the warm water… The reception look simple,but they are really friendly to help out when we ask for assistance….this is the club opposite luckily it close down so we can sleep nicely at the night..

超出預期的絕佳住宿體驗，酒店位置十分優越，周邊交通便利。無論是乘坐公共交通還是打車都非常方便，附近還有多個景點和購物中心，出行遊玩和購物都極為便捷。從辦理入住開始，工作人員就展現出了極高的專業素養和熱情周到的服務態度。他們耐心地解答各種問題，讓人感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。客房服務也非常及時，有任何需求都能迅速得到響應。清潔人員把房間打掃得一塵不染，為客人提供了一個舒適整潔的居住環境。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣。床品舒適柔軟，保證了良好的睡眠質量。房間內的視野也非常好，酒店的早餐也不錯，種類很豐富；總的來説，這次在大明宮諾富特酒店的住宿體驗非常棒。無論是位置、服務、設施還是餐飲，都超出了我的預期。強烈推薦給其他旅行者，相信你也會在這裏度過一個愉快的假期。

A friend & I stayed in a private 2-bed room with private bath. The beds and pillows were excellent, & the room cooled quickly due to good air conditioning. It was July and hot outside. The hostel has a great laundry room, including detergent and dryers! There are many young people staying here, so the environment is fun and lively, with billiards, live music, & a bar for enjoying coffee, beer, or adult beverages. The breakfast (optional) was adequate but very simple. Since Xi'an is a great foodie destination, probably most guests don't eat in the hostel. Our Chinese language skill is very low, but the front desk was helpful and patient, even though the hostel was very, very busy. Oh, the location is perfect: next to the bell tower, super-close to the metro, and a short walk to the Muslim food streets.

我們刻意選擇住在鐘樓邊上，這家酒店的地理位置非常優越，就在鐘樓邊，附近夜景很美，離鐘樓、鼓樓、回民街等熱門景區步行到，價格還很優惠，酒店內裝修精緻美觀，房問隔音效果不錯，各種設施比較齊全，床品很新睡着舒服，衞生間熱水温度和水量都美，空調也很給力，前台和保潔阿姨非常客氣禮貌，Wi-Fi很順暢，整體推薦性價比很高！早餐種類豐富，味道也比較好吃！還有免費健身房提供！ 晚上享受夜景打卡古城西安西安，必須推薦，前台還有小禮物提供，飲料管飽。

The hotel is located in a really convenient location for travellers. It is located between the drum tower and Bell tower.. in addition, the Huimin Street ( food street ) is behind the hotel ( 2 minutes walk). The staff at the hotel are really welcoming and kind-hearted, and help with anything you need during your stay. The front desk staff speacilly (Mrs. Lei yu) is really hospitable and kind. her kindness and welcoming face made this trip a memorable trip. The hotel rooms are hygienic and beautiful. the rooms are cleaned daily.. and the commodities ( for example, water bottels, tissue, comb, etc) are renewed every day. Although i did not use some, every time the room is cleaned, the attended puts new ones... this really reflected the staff commitment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel has an eating area, where breakfast is provided to the guests.. the food is tasty, and both Western and chinese dishes are available. In the hotel lobby, there is a tour guide who can arrange for you to visit attractions in this beautiful city. The tour prices are cheap and the tours are really convenient. And they arranged for me an english speaking tour guide. Overall, the hotel location, hotel staff, rooms, and services are excellent.. will recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to xi'an.

I really liked my stay at the hostel. Because of a train-cancellation I had to extend my stay spontaneously. The rooms were big and had enough privacy. The staff does not speak english which was no problem since there are good translation apps. The only thing I have to admit is, that the address of the hostel is different than the actual place. It might take you a while to find it. Especially if you can't read Chinese characters.
