Hotel is very conveniently located near the main train station. Perfect for getting around and the are many food options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and good as well. Would recommend!

The hotel is RIGHT IN FRONT of the main Central Train station. Behind the hotel is the shopping belt and the old town where you can walk to see the various architectural buildings. The staff there were helpful especially in the early morning getting me a taxi to the airport. Cleaning staff replenishes the toiletries daily without fail. Is a great hotel location and place to stay in Zurich.

My family of 10 (we had 5 rooms) visited hotel Storchen in June 2023. Proper to the visit, I emailed with the concierge several times and am blown away by the service provided. The concierge helped me plan all of my activities and was able to reserve transportation for us months prior to our arrival. We took the train from Paris to Zurich and walked to the hotel from the train station (easy walk). Check-in was super efficient and simple. We received some drink coupons so we headed to the rooftop bar for cocktails and lunch. Everything was amazing. The food was delicious, the drinks were cold, and the service was friendly and quick. Breakfast was included as I booked through amex. I LOVED their breakfast. They had a continental buffet (including self-serve mimosas) and a menu to order hot items from. Everything was delicious and it was a great start to our day every day. I would definitely stay here again!

位置很好，去附近景點走路就行，在出租車昂貴的瑞士，真的省了不少打的費。瑞士真的很美，就是這個酒店的🔑實在太重，可能這就是特色吧。

5 minutes walk from Zurich HB. Supermarket such as Coop is jus 1 min away fr the hotel. The breakfast was simple and suitable for people who doesn like it to be heavy. Overall is a nice hotel but yet can be improved for their customer service

This hotel is beautiful! It has a lovely garden with many art pieces. The hotel is classic. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a perfect hotel for people wanting a central location in Zurich! It was a short walk from the train station along the river. It is close to the lake with lots of walking and dining areas closeby. The hotel suggested restaurants and areas of interest for us to explore and they were spot on! The room was clean, functional and perfect for our stay! They even threw in some complimentary beverages in the mini bar! We will stay here again!

Hotel ini terletak di pusat Zurich dan sangat artistik. Dianjurkan agar semua orang tinggal di bilik mereka dengan mural, yang sangat retro. Perkhidmatan yang baik, tidak banyak kategori untuk sarapan (hampir 5 hotel di Switzerland seperti ini), tempat letak kenderaan valet hotel! !

酒店位於蘇黎世湖附近，這個價位在蘇黎世來説整體性價比沒什麼問題。抵達酒店後基本的行李服務都能達到柏悦的水平，check in的時候前台很熱情服務也很周到，積極為我們提供幫助並且帶我們介紹了酒店的各種設施，在我以為我把錢包忘在之前的酒店的時候立刻主動提出可以幫忙聯繫。酒店房間在瑞士算得上很大了04年到現在維護的也很好。美中不足的是浴室是歐洲這邊比較常見的傾斜角，也就是沒有可以完全關閉的門隔開淋浴區，我個人不喜歡這種設計。總的來説800-1000瑞朗一晚的預算來説蘇黎世柏悦算是一個還不錯的選擇。
