This is a decent place to stay but there is nothing special about it. The Haven Inn is very dated. The room was large and had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. There is a restaurant onsite which was good for breakfast. There aren't a lot of options for meals in St Anthony so having a restaurant onsite was a plus. The room was downstairs at ground level and had a window but still it was quite dark. Many rooms we passed seemed to have no natural light at all. The bedspreads were horrendous floral affairs. The bathroom was clean but clearly in need of a refurbishment. On our first day, our room was not made up because we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on...until 10 am! That certainly gave them plenty of time to go back and clean our room but that did not happen. The front desk staff were not terribly friendly but not unpleasant. There was an added marketing charge on our bill which I didn't catch at the time. These charges were not mentioned in our quoted rate nor were they government taxes. Overall, I would not recommend this place but if you have no other options, it is safe and clean.

Arrived at hotel at 5pm for a 3 night stay having had a 3am start , although I’d had a reservation for two weeks prior to arrival was told my room was not ready they needed 30 minutes to clean the room . At 7pm my room was finally ready , the room is reasonably clean and well furnished but the hallways are filthy look like they haven’t seen a vacuum in weeks. The receptionist left the front desk unattended twice for approx 10 mins while I waited smoke break !! While she was away two people entered the hotel looking for rooms and left without speaking to anyone The reason I choose this location was because they advertised a restaurant on the property, was told it was closed because lack of supplies might be open the following evening. Disorganised , disrespectful, in professional Will never stay here again

環境不錯，基本沒有什麼服務，從下午五點開始基本上看不到工作人員，完全是自助。房間太小，提供早餐卻沒有顯示早餐時間，配套服務不到位。
