A cosy room with a beautiful view of the greenery nearby! Room was clean with sufficient amenities provided. Consistent with other reviews, toilet & shower area were a tad small but still manageable. Multiple bus stops and a supermarket within 5 min walk from the hotel, else it's about 30 min walk from the Central Area. Lovely stay and value for money, would recommend!

If you consider booking Pensao Carmen, you should know that on the signage of the hotel it’s NOT Pensao Carmen! Remember that, otherwise you’re gonna have a hard time looking for this place)) I’ll add photos of the actual signage. Pros: conveniently located in Macau’s old town, it takes around 10 minutes to get to The Ruins of St.Paul on foot, and all other historical sites are just around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even if they didn’t speak English at all. I met the three of them and all were old ladies, super nice and cute. I left my luggage after check-out for the whole day before moving to Coloane village hotel. The bed sheets were of good quality and very clean, I enjoyed my sleep after a tiring flight. The bed, though, was kinda hard, not for everyone, but my back was grateful)) pillows were also comfortable, better than at some much more expensive hotels. You can get as much water as you want from the water station at the corridor. There’s a bus station 5 minutes walking from the hotel, the name is Ponte 16, it’s right in front of the famous Sofitel. CONS: The hotel is located on the second floor, there’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up there. My room was tiny, it’s really just for one person. The bed is kinda short, for me it was enough but I think a taller person might not feel comfortable enough there (my height is 162 cm) The bathroom is tiny, too, and given its dark green design, it looks rather dirty. I’m not sure if it was, but I found someone’s tooth brush in the shower and some hair in the drainage. Yuck!! Only one big towel was clean though. All in all, I didn’t expect much from it so neither should you 🤩

Penginapan yang bagus & mudah diakses ke jalan makanan, bas & stesen LRT yang terletak berdekatan. Walau bagaimanapun, lebih berhati-hati dengan barang peribadi anda, walaupun ia terkunci di dalam bagasi anda, terutamanya barang berharga.

The location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area, and there's good access to public transportation. Although the room was small, it was clean and all the amenities were in good condition. It is also cheap, by local standards. Overall, a great option for a short stay.

Lokasi Hotel adalah sangat berhampiran stesen bas M127 R. Da Guimaraes dan berhampiran dengan tarikan pelancong seperti Runtuhan St. Paul, R. Da Felicidade, dan Dataran Senado (anda boleh berjalan kaki). Bersebelahan dengan hotel ini, tepat 5 langkah dari hotel, anda akan menemui sebuah restoran kecil dengan harga yang berpatutan, juga berhampiran makanan jalanan. Penyambut tetamu sangat baik, bilik bersih dan selesa (hanya katilnya keras dan kadangkala air panas tidak stabil), tetapi saya ingin tinggal di hotel ini lagi suatu hari nanti. Saya cadangkan hotel ini!

I had a wonderful stay at Family Inn! The entire place was very clean, and the room was kept in excellent condition throughout my visit. The location is perfect—easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Amenities were simple but well-maintained, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I stayed with friends, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

Loved the decor of this hotel! The interior of the hotel was super chic and I loved the tiles used in the hallways of the hotel. The hotel room was super modern and chic as well. I would stay at this hotel again as it is a great location. Also would recommend to my friends and family!

The location is good. Near the tourist streets and spots yet in a quiet lane. Walk straight out to the main road and you get lots of buses to different places. Only downside was not soundproof. The shower and toilet flushes were so loud! It’s non-smoking but my nose is sensitive and could smell a little. Overall I’m happy with the place. If you like firm bed then this is good for you.

The hotel itself left a good impression - it was clean, the rooms were pretty spacious (compared to Hong Kong, for example), the bathroom had a special bag with dental kits and soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all provided for us by the hotel. We arrived quite early and the staff let us leave our luggage there in the reception area until the check-in time came. We did the same after checking out, there were no problems with that. The only thing we didn’t like was the cigarette smoke that woke us up at night, it was horrible, considering neither I nor my wife are smokers. We didn’t expect that, but decided not to bother and go to the reception, as it was pretty late, around 3AM. Other than that, everything was great.
