Inns di Macau, China

So I booked another room because of my flight being delayed, and yes I do not have any second thoughts booking this hotel. They gave me a different room this time and still they gave me a clean, well done and nice amenities inside the room. I love how it is easy to check in and check out. My flight is early so I checked out early as well. It was a 3 min walk to the bus stop. Also theres a 1 min walk 24 hrs supermarket! Like whaaaaaat? I highly recommend this place!

We were in Macau and chose this hotel. Excellent service, breakfast coupons, cleanliness, and a super room—that's what you'll find here. My boyfriend and I were delighted with the location and service! The receptionists were very kind and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I had a wonderful stay at Family Inn! The entire place was very clean, and the room was kept in excellent condition throughout my visit. The location is perfect—easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Amenities were simple but well-maintained, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I stayed with friends, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed.

Only two skinny pillows with paper disposable covers on a double bed - no towels just thin paper disposables - no coffee or mugs or spoon despite a kettle / no safe / no mini fridge / the tiniest TV ever - it may have been freshly re finished but it’s not a hotel … it could be so much better considering it’s great location - guess profit got in the way ….

Saya tidak pasti sama ada saya akan kembali lagi lain kali. Saya telah tinggal di sini beberapa kali. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat baik. Tidak mengapa. Saya akan kembali lain kali. Sikap kedainya okey.. bagus sebab persekitarannya sangat selesa.. pergi ke Hata Industry pun boleh.

Hotel yang bagus dan selesa. Sangat dekat dengan destinasi pelancongan seperti Venetian, Londoner, COD, Wynn palace, empat musim dan lain-lain. Beberapa destinasi boleh diakses melalui bas dan stesen bas terletak berhampiran dengan tempat hotel

Ia sangat baru. Lokasinya agak bagus. Ia terletak di lorong bertentangan dengan Sofitel Shiliupu Kecil dan TVnya agak menyusahkan untuk dicari. Lelaki meja depan membantu saya. Rasanya 80% orang di meja depan adalah warga asing dan tidak bercakap bahasa Cina, tetapi mereka mempunyai perisian terjemahan.

The location is good. Near the tourist streets and spots yet in a quiet lane. Walk straight out to the main road and you get lots of buses to different places. Only downside was not soundproof. The shower and toilet flushes were so loud! It’s non-smoking but my nose is sensitive and could smell a little. Overall I’m happy with the place. If you like firm bed then this is good for you.

The hotel is strategically located. Very close to Scenic areas and shops for those who appreciate a little retail therapy while touring. A lot of restaurant options in the area, including some street food. The rooms are clean but the windows don’t open. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, a more comfortable chair and some sound proofing. Linen and towels are those disposable ones. I didn’t mind the linen, but the towels bothered me. They leave pilling fuzz on the skin. Also, having an iron or clothing steamer at the hotel for guests to borrow when needed would be nice. All in all, my stay was quite good.

here for Macau Tower Race and I was here in Macau alone for the first time. There are plenty of walking to do after alighting from the bus. It was not easy to locate and need the help of local to bring me to the actual premise. There are three hotel of this properties all in the same area so need to be very careful for future booking
