"Kakitangan hotel sangat ramah dan membantu.
Bilik itu dilengkapi dengan baik, luas dan selesa untuk seorang. Ia termasuk gel mandian, syampu, berus gigi, sikat dan tuala.
Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah usia bilik; jubin lantai retak dan kepala pancuran berkarat. Tempat duduk tandas juga basah semasa saya mendaftar masuk.
Mereka menawarkan storan bagasi semasa daftar keluar dan anda boleh menempah kereta ke lapangan terbang melalui hotel. 👍👍 Lokasinya sangat baik, di pusat bandar, dengan banyak kedai dan restoran di tingkat bawah.

"Hotel yang sangat bagus, sangat kos efektif, dan di lokasi yang baik, tetapi kebersihannya tidak begitu baik. Saya tidur di sana selama dua malam dan badan saya sangat gatal. Gatal-gatal berlarutan lebih sepuluh hari. Digalakkan memakai pakaian sebelum tidur."

Semasa menginap di Q3 INN, anda akan berada di lokasi terbaik untuk meneroka Semporna.
"在仙本那考潛證和fun dive，特別早開始研究住宿，看了十多家，非常慶幸選了Q3。首先位置很方便，離我們的潛店和碼頭都不遠。樓下就是飯店，稍微走幾步的grace酒店樓下就有711。因為連續潛4天，每天要早起還要精力充沛，所以睡眠成了頭等重要的大事。也有可能是我們趕上的鄰居都很安靜，5個晚上從來沒有聽到過隔壁傳來任何聲音。每天晚上確實能聽到附近飯店有唱歌的聲音，但是比較遙遠，不會影響入睡。我早上有時會早醒，樓下潛店會有輕微的拖氣瓶的聲音，但沒有響到能把人吵醒或者不能入睡的程度。房間打掃認真細緻，所有的東西都收拾的整整齊齊。每天還有贈送的小零食，成為了我們幾潛之間主要的能量補給，相當貼心。大床間的浴缸也是碼頭附近其他酒店幾乎不會配備的設施，趕上下雨潛水的日子，在船上凍得透涼，回來泡個温水澡，瞬間暖和了。潛水穿的衣服還有陽台方便晾乾。意外驚喜是酒店有咖啡機，滿足了我每天起床一杯濃縮的需求。
有一點小小的不足，是衞生間地面的坡度不是很合理，如果淋浴的話，地上會形成積水。
總之，幾天住下來相當滿意，還推薦給了我們的教練，如果再來仙本那潛水，還是會選擇Q3。"

Anonymous UserStay at 4th floor. Water pressure is nice, the bed is too squeaky at even slightest move but its very comfortable, pillow is good too. Not sure why but everytime i got back from outside I always smell cigarette smell in my room huhu. But other than that i enjoy the stay!

I arrived in Tawau at 3 PM, but the airport didn't allow overnight stays, so I had to head to Semporna three hours earlier. Coincidentally, the front desk staff that day didn't speak Chinese or English, so we communicated using a translation app. It went smoothly; they allowed us to rest in the lobby and use the public restrooms. They were really kind and friendly throughout. After daybreak, we left our luggage there and went island hopping. We checked in upon our return in the evening. The cleanliness was good, and I didn't find any mosquitoes. My only minor regret was not having a place to hang my washed clothes, but thankfully, summer clothes dry quickly. The location is great, with plenty of food and drink options downstairs, including restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, for the price, I was very satisfied. If I go back, I'd definitely consider staying here again. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'll just use my island hopping pictures instead.

Really great stay, excellent wifi, hot shower & clean bathroom. Staff at check in were very kind and even let us check in early. One of the best night sleep we’ve had so far on our trip - the room was dark, very quiet, and the bed was seriously comfortable, could stay here just to sleep in the room

Great Location, Resraurant downstairs, supermarket nearby, 10mins walk to waterfront anf all the waterfront/ water sports attractions.
Bed/warm showers OK.
Room very small, just enough to walk in/out, no wardrobe, glass door opens outwards, thin walls, can hear noisy neighbours.

Guest UserI stayed here for two consecutive nights. As soon as I pushed open the downstairs entrance, a pleasant aroma wafted out. The body wash here also smells particularly nice. Since it's a newly opened hostel, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Staying here is perfect if you're doing the Xinhai island hopping tour, as the departure point is right here. Fat Mama Seafood Restaurant is next door, but we didn't eat there. We had our seafood prepared at the Starbucks area instead, and eating seafood while feeling the sea breeze was a wonderful experience. This place thoughtfully provides snacks for guests, with water and drinks in the fridge, and a note on the table indicating they are complimentary.

Nguru69The hotel is located at the city entrance, and there's no proper sidewalk to walk to the center, which is something to keep in mind. One advantage is the shop located on the ground floor of the same building. The room is standard, budget-friendly. According to the sign next to it, the elevator is turned off at night, but we didn't personally check.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and easy.
The front desk team were helpful and professional throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Everything was well explained and handled efficiently.
Thank you to the hotel team for the excellent service, and thank you to Trip.com for making the booking process smooth and hassle-free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Conveniently located near the island-hopping pier, just a 10-minute walk away. They can also arrange affordable shared transfers to the airport. Cons: The facilities are very basic, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Breakfast was also extremely simple, offering only a few items: plain congee, bread, fried noodles or eggs, and rather cheap sausages. There were no fresh vegetables or fruit available at all.

very convenient in terms of location. rate per night is also reasonably affordable. friendly and helpful staff. cleanliness is very good. room is quite spacious. facilities is good. only have to walk up the stairs for those with luggage is quite a hassle. overall is really recommended.
