Mijn verblijf in B&B HOTEL Hasselt was aangenaam en zeker een fijne uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen, op wandelafstand van het centrum, winkels en horeca, wat het ideaal maakt om Hasselt centrum rustig en zonder auto te ontdekken.
De kamers zijn netjes, modern en verzorgd, met comfortabele bedden en een goede hygiëne. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf is aanwezig. Wat ik persoonlijk nog fijn had gevonden, is een flesje water op de kamer een kleine attentie die het comfort nog zou verhogen.
Het personeel verdient een bijzondere vermelding: de receptioniste was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat meteen zorgde voor een warme en welkomende sfeer bij aankomst.
Het ontbijt bood een degelijke keuze qua broodjes,venvoiserie al zag de fruitsalade er op dat moment niet helemaal vers uit, wat jammer was.
Ontbijt ruimte was ook mooi, modern ingericht.
het is goed om te weten dat de parking vrij duur is: €20 per dag.
Al bij al biedt B&B HOTEL Hasselt een correcte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, via trip.com met een uitstekende ligging en een zeer vriendelijke service.

Beautiful Castle Hotel make even greater with the use of good quality products within the room. A fantastic stay which included the private use of wellness facilities (has to be reserved), drinks in the mini bar and a nespresso machine.

I have get a free upgrade of my room. I have had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and it was great and also fast. The room was very clean and was very comfortable and modern.

Badkamerlamp achter spiegel flikkert, moeilijk om te schminken
Verwarming airco wordt niet warm; gelukkig die in de badkamer wel. Was dus wel voldoende.
Aangename kamer (105) en lekker ontbijt.

The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

GGuest UserPOS: Very central location; large property in historical building; very quiet; AC in rooms; nice design of bar area; thoughtful design of fairly sizeable rooms; comfi beds and bathrooms; free use of (good) coffee machine in reception area; free supply of drinking water; overall good price-quality ratio for BEL.
NEG: No gym or pool; no fridge in rooms; quite surprised to see dogs walking around in corridors... and walking into neighbour's room, with the odd little bark once in a while as a result. Being allergic to dogs made me wonder... Management should at least inform, and ask, and perhaps organise better (rooms for dogs clustered somewhere?)

0013GPremium looking room. Big TV, mini-fridge, spacious and beautiful bathroom. Welcoming drink on arrival.
Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones.
Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.

GGeThe hotel has a great location. Very central to all the restaurants. The hotel is clean and the check in process was smooth. The only downside is there’s no parking onsite so you need to find surrounding parking area. We were lucky to find a nearby parking and because it was Sat evening it was free after 6pm and all day Sunday.
Overall a great stay.

GGuest User[Exceeding expectations] The hotel facilities are modern, the front desk reception is warm and professional, and the check-in procedures are smooth. The room is spacious and bright, quiet and hygienic, the design is considerate, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard for a good night's sleep. It comes with toiletries, and the details are perfect! The breakfast is OK, close to the subway station, and the transportation is convenient.

GGuest UserWe stayed in the hotel for 2 days. On Saturday, at 3 p.m., we can start sleeping by noise from the surrounding cafe and noise calls in the street. Breakfast buffet was not regularly supplemented. We had to ask for, for example, fruit juice, charcuterie and/or other ink, and if it was supplemented it was just put on the scale with the hands directly from the plastic packaging. So not so hygienic. The night of Sunday and Monday was very well sleeped with nearby coffee. Breakfast was better.
