Had a room with a lovely seawiew. However, the front desk was unfriendly. And we even had to keep the luggage in the storage ourselves with no concierge or tags. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend. Stayed at Clarion the Edge and service was top notched. Don't stay here if you can.

酒店離機場非常近，最讓人驚喜的是在這裏看到了lofoten最美的極光，各種顏色跳動，這裏的早餐也很豐盛，這裏的工作人員很奈斯，還有免費咖啡屋，還有微波爐，真的是很喜歡

酒店位置很好，在海邊 ，天氣通透的話，在房間裏應該可以看到極光。設施挺新，衞生間很大，大堂有24小時咖啡供應，前台接待耐心，不錯的酒店。

Upon check-in, I was told that our booking of a twin bedroom was entitled to only one welcoming drink, providing one drink for two guests was disappointing.
For breakfast, the hotel advised that the first hour would be busy, but the non-rush hours were even more crowded, making it difficult to enjoy our meal.
Additionally, there was no kettle in the room; guests must go to the 11/F common area for hot water, which was extremely inconvenient.
On a positive note, the gym was reasonably good. The view from 11/F is stunning. Overall, while there were some highlights, key areas need improvement.

Didn’t take any pictures of our actual room, but it was as shown in pictures!
It was easy to spot the hotel. Also conveniently near supermarket, convenience store and petrol stations.
Our room faced the beautiful mountain so it was really nice to wake up to it.
Hotel buffet spread was just right and the whole place felt very homely. Staff were friendly as well!
Would definitely stay here again.

AAmy TsukaharaThe atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed.
The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control.
The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious!
The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room.
The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience.
Overall, the stay was amazing.
とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。
シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。
朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。
客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。
唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。
総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。

AAnonymous UserThe room wasn't huge, but I was quite satisfied. The view from the window was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied. Definitely recommend it! The hotel is right by the harbor and bus station, and close to supermarkets and shops.

GGuest UserThe location is amazing! All the pick up spots for the activity were 3-10 mins walk. However, the nightmare started when we got to the room to realise that the bin was full….
We tried to talk to the front desk but it was late in the afternoon and we were told no one from room service is there and we can’t change room cos they full….
Even though the next day in the morning a bus full of tourists came and I don’t believe that many checked out in few hours
Again location is good, but it is not a cheap price you’re paying for the bare minimum of cleanliness

AAnonymous User🩷 This hotel is brand new, opened in 2025, so its facilities are quite modern, with a very contemporary, clean, and simple design overall.
🩷 I think it's easily more than a 3-star hotel, and currently the most expensive in all of Tromsø.
🩷 The hotel has 12 floors. Generally, rooms on the 8th floor and above are considered 'superior' with good views. Be aware that lower floors and some orientations directly face the bridge. The best views are from rooms in the X15 series.
🩷 The hotel has convenient parking.
🩷 Breakfast is quite extensive, with salmon and avocado.
The price is indeed quite high, especially considering the rooms are less than 20 square meters.
Overall, it's good. We paid over 4000 (presumably NOK) without breakfast, which is definitely expensive. It really comes down to whether you're willing to pay for the view and location, as it is conveniently situated.

TTurkmenbashiAn unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room.
Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling...
With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

GGuest UserThe hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026.
The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters).
My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that.
Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep!
The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there.
The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them.
I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night.

SSTowI have upgraded to deluxe house from the hotel email due to adding two friends of mine are joining. I have paid so much extra to top up from the hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist said I have to pay extra NOK 200 because I did not inform them that I have 2 extra friends are joining.
Firstly, I did call to the hotel to check how much I need to top up due to two friends are joining. Second, the deluxe house is meant to have 4 -5 people to stay in, we have 4 people in total. Third, I booked this hotel on my first night and last night in my Tromso trip. I’m looking forward to stay river view and garden view. But unfortunately the service that I received is extremely disappointed and bad!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is near the airport, an easy 20-minute walk if the weather's good. On a snowy day, we opted for the bus to the airport, which was super convenient. The hotel was quite busy overall, and breakfast started at 6:30 AM, the earliest I've seen in Norway! The breakfast selection was actually quite varied, though the layout was a bit cramped. You do need to return your own tray. The coffee machine was very easy to use. There's also a stunning observation deck right next to the breakfast area.

GGuest UserA hotel that is located conveniently to many pick up points for tours. Grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants are also located nearby. Simple amenities such as shampoo/body soap, towels, hairdryer are available. Love it that there is breakfast and dinner that comes together with your stay. Nothing too fancy but good enough to fill your bellies considering the restaurants are quite pricey. You will need to get hot water on your own at the dispenser as there are no kettle in the room. Reception was always friendly in answering any questions, and even helped with my cab booking to the airport. Worth it for the price, would stay here again.
