During my stay in Uyuni I stayed in a very high end hotel prior to the 3day expedition and then when we returned that hotel was booked up so we stayed here. I was apprehensive however I had the best service I had in my entire stay in Bolivia. The lady at the front desk helped me, I was not feeling well she made me a coa tea and brought it to my room, her son even took my son to the airport! she was super professional and nice! The hotel is simple and clean. It does the job!

The staff was super helpful and accommodating, the hotel is warm (that matters there, it matters sooo much), the restaurant is very good (a bit pricey though), the rooms are lovely, we had a great time there.

The hotel is normal, it is more like a house with rooms. The rooms are comfortable, the sheets and towels could be better. The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. José, the owner is only friendly if you hire tour services with him. The moment you tell him that you are not going to contract with him, the kindness disappears. Breakfast is fine. The heating is poor. Something very uncomfortable is that it does not accept card payments, only cash. The hotel is 12 - 15 minutes from the center of Uyuni, which is where all the restaurants and bars are.

La ubicación es muy céntrica ya que se encuentra a solo metros de las empresas de turismo y de varios restaurantes. La limpieza, la variedad en el desayuno, la atención en general. El wifi tenía buena señal. La habitación triple tiene algunos tomacorriente que no funcionan. Si necesitas adaptador, en recepción lo puedes solicitar. La TV tiene canales limitados, puedes acceder a TV streaming. Una nota adicional: El baño de algunas de las habitaciones (triples), se encuentra fuera de las mismas (puerta con puerta). El único detalle al hotel, fue que al hacer el checkout, me cobraron dos veces el parqueo. Una en el hotel y otra en el parqueadero (por solicitud del señor que nos atendió en el hotel) Le hice la salvedad de que ya lo estaba pagando y me confirmó que debía pagar nuevamente en el parqueadero. Ya que por la atención pensaba dejar una propina mayor al monto de lo que me cobraron doble, opté por no discutir y dejarlo así. De no ser por este detalle, tendría las cinco estrellas, a pesar de ello, en una próxima visita a Uyuni, me volvería a alojar

We really liked the hotel. The staff is very helpful and they can call Fatima to help you in English. She can advice and help with all kind travelling issues. The hotelrooms are warm, warm water in shower and bathroom. One appreciates this ”oasis” especially after the trip to salar lake etc. The rooms are beautiful, the common areas are decorated with beautiful taste and giving nice athmosphere of the best style in the country. Breakfast is nice giving choices of serials, breaks, juice, hot drink. We enjoyed really the spiritual and physical warmth of this hotel.

After staying for a night at the Cristal Samana this was a very nice upgrade! Interesting design of hotel with seating areas outside the rooms for you to take in the scenery. Service was mostly very friendly. I did have one complaint, on arrival we were given two vouchers for a welcome drink - nice touch I thought. However I soon learned that they could not be exchanged for a simple bottle of water. I could have had alcohol, soft drink, teas etc but not water. Why? Really can’t understand the logic unless perhaps they make too much money from selling water …… but please change this policy for future guests.

Foi a pior hospedagem da minha vida. Nos colocaram em um quarto onde só cabia a cama (não tínhamos espaço para abrir as malas e caminhar na frente da cama) e o quarto NAO TINHA JANELA (Nem no banheiro). Falando do banheiro, era pior do que de um botequim na Lapa (RJ). As roupas de cama estavam com cheiro ruim e sujas. Pedimos para trocar a acomodação (pois não tínhamos reservado aquilo) e nos destrataram. Passamos uma noite toda sem dormir em um calor de 40 graus e um quarto com odor pessimo. A descarga do banheiro parou de funcionar a noite (parece que a água foi fechada de madrugada..). Por fim, no jantar recebemos uma batata pequena cortada ao meio e um pedaço de frango do tamanho da palma da minha mão e nada mais. Trocamos para o hotel Rey Davi no dia seguinte e a experiência foi outra. Quarto amplo, limpo e atendimento excelente (além de mais barato).
