Absolutely awesome for the amount of money paid. Location, service, breakfast, cleanliness, bright rooms. Place to book again with no doubt.

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.

La ubicación del hotel es buena. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación que no estaba muy limpia, los cristales que dan a la calle muy sucios , habia un sillón de polipiel todo pelado, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, lo dijimos en recepción y el chico muy amablemente nos dió otra habitación. Al ir a la primera habitación para recoger las cosas para cambiarnos a la habitación que nos ofreció el recepcionista, estábamos dentro y la Sra de la limpieza , una Sra con cara de pocos amigos abrió la puerta de la habitación sin llamar estando nosotros dentro recogiendo las cosas, me parece de mala educación entrar sin permiso , mirando a la cama , teníamos la maleta abierta para recogerla y suelta la Sra de la limpieza, si os vais a cambiar no ensucieis la cama , le dije que no estábamos ensuciando nada, las ruedas de la maleta sobresalian de la cama. Una señora muy desgradable.La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, cama cómoda , pero los cristales que dan a la calle igual de sucios. Resumiendo los chicos de recepción muy amables y resolutivos, el hotel normalito, las camas eso sí cómodas, el baño muy oscuro sin espejo de aumento. Ah se me olvidaba, las toallas olían fatal, aunque las presentaran en saquitos cerrados , olor a lavandería no tenían. La cafetera que tienen al lado de los ascensores , podías tomar café e infusiones a cualquier hora, yo me cogí un chocolate y sabía malísimo, no sé si era el agua de la cafetera o qué, pero no me lo bebí.

Hotel que la recepción, planta baja está en obras. Las plantas de arriba, la primera en la que estuvimos todo bien. Habitación reformada y baño también. Recepcionistas muy bien. tranvía en la puerta y sino 25 minutos andando a Basílica Pilar.

What an amazing find, we where very happy staying here. Rooms are fantastic, just as shown in the pictures, clean tidy, spacious, large bathroom minibar in the room with reasonable priced items. Check in was very easy and we left our bags as we where early, staff very helpful checking us in and offering directions of places to visit. Hotel located close to town, stations and eateries, we had a great base for exploring Zaragoza. Breakfast was good, plenty of items to choose from, good selection of food and coffee (via a coffee machine). The hotel is superb itself, not dated, not in need of updates its just perfect. We didnt use the in house restaurant as we ate out in plenty of the others in the area.

El hotel es tranquilo y se puede descansar bien. La cama estaba bien sin ser espectacular en cuanto a comodidad. El baño estaba limpio, un poco pequeño porque la puerta estaba ajustada al milímetro con el mueble que tenían del lavabo. El desayuno era variado: tostadas de rebanadas de dos tipos, bollería varia, cereales, embutidos, bizcochos, tortilla de patatas, varias mermeladas en envases individuales, zumo de naranja de máquina pasable. La mujer que estaba en el salón en los desayunos muy agradable. En recepción también agradables, nos indicaron qué ver por la zona.

Todos fenomenal, al subir a la habitación teníamos dos camas individuales i lo comenté en recepción que había pedido una de matrimonio y rápidamente nos buscaron solución, con desayuno incluido que era buffet a la carta todo genial y pudimos comer todo lo que quisimos , volvería a repetir.

Quiet room with friendly hotel staff. Checked in late and checked out early in the morning with no problem. The hotel is in the middle of Sabiñánigo on the main street only a short 5min walk to the train station.

Ubicación excelente, para visitar el centro histórico y con todas las opciones de restauración. Parking pequeño, pero hay otro muy cercano. Buena atención por el personal de recepción.
