"Como ocurre habitualmente con las instalaciones de los Paradores de Turismo, suelen ser excelentes: habitaciones grandes, camas muy cómodas y todo lo esperable en este tipo de alojamientos. No es el típico Parador ubicado en un edificio histórico, esta es una edificación más moderna, pero el pueblo de Sos del Rey Católico es precioso. El Parador se encuentra en uno de los extremos del pueblo y hay que andar un poco para llegar al centro, mas es un paseo muy agradable y con gratas sorpresas por el camino. El aparcamiento es muy sencillo y está en las inmediaciones. Comí en el restaurante del mismo Parador y está a la altura. El personal: muy buenos profesionales, simpáticos y cercanos. Sin duda, repetiría."

We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory."

"What an amazing find, we where very happy staying here. Rooms are fantastic, just as shown in the pictures, clean tidy, spacious, large bathroom minibar in the room with reasonable priced items. Check in was very easy and we left our bags as we where early, staff very helpful checking us in and offering directions of places to visit. Hotel located close to town, stations and eateries, we had a great base for exploring Zaragoza. Breakfast was good, plenty of items to choose from, good selection of food and coffee (via a coffee machine). The hotel is superb itself, not dated, not in need of updates its just perfect. We didnt use the in house restaurant as we ate out in plenty of the others in the area."

"El hotel se ve que va necesitando alguna actualización. Oa habitación era espaciosa, la cama enorme y cómoda, pero algunas partes de las paredes estaban descorchadas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (pese a indicarlo en recepción y seguramente por órdenes de arriba lo tenían apagado). Pero no, seguía sin funcionar (al menos en la habitación 118). Y las paredes son un poco de papel. Se oye todo: habitación de al lado, cañerías, etc. El personal es muy amable, eso sí. El desayuno es muy normal, básico, y recomendaría cafe de mejor calidad que del que sale de las máquinas. No se podía tomar, muy amargo. Es un 4 estrellas. Se paga por un hotel de esa categoría. No es barato y uno espera algo más. Por eso estas indicaciones o quejas. Insisto en la amabilidad del personal. Pero una reforma le vendría bien."

Aucun papier ni menu n'est en français non plus Extérieur terrasse spacieux propre et agréable avec la vue sur la montagne On vous déconseille de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel . Personnel très gentil qui lui parle un peu français mais nourriture complètement inmangeable . Nous avons payė 51€ pour deux buffets. Horriblement cher pour la qualité de la nourriture . Du coup nous avons annulê le petit déjeuné du lendemain matin ! Il est décrit une piscine extérieure alors que celle ci se trouve tout en bas de la station dans un autre hôtel du coup nous n'y sommes pas allés. Nous avons juste fait la petite piscine couverte . Le Hammam était éteint Achat de bonnet de bain a 2€ En résumé pour dormir c'est bien mais n'y manger pas ! "

The hotel front desk helped me call a taxi to the train station. The breakfast was OK. The hotel is not far from the cathedral, which is convenient for travel. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the commercial street. The hotel environment is good.

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

There are McDonald's and local restaurants next to it, a dia supermarket is a five-minute walk away, and it takes about 19 minutes to walk to the Church of Our Lady. Parking is very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is right by the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The facilities are relatively basic, but I guess most European hotels are similar. What really stands out is the excellent location, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel corresponds to 4*. The city center is 20 minutes walk away. The hotel has a parking lot in the building for 13 euros/day. The rooms are spacious, very quiet, good soundproofing. Breakfasts are normal, no fresh vegetables, pastries are not tasty. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioner copes with the heat. A good option for its price.

Hotel in a quiet area, modern, well located, near the shopping centre of Gran Casa and about 20min walking from the centre and the basilika of the Pilar and with tram stop at the door. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough for two people, good temperature of hot water and good pressure of water that is very important for me. The bathroom was a little deteriorated, with typical silicium a little dark and regularly remasted, as well as the crystal, always insufficient in most hotels so that the water does not leave the bathroom. We can't comment on breakfast because we only take accommodation (there are enough places around to have breakfast at a reasonable price).

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!. The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.
