The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian). Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte. Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.

The room was very clean. Flexible check-in and out. We arrived there very early morning, hoping to leave our luggage, but Hakim, the owner, let us have the room instead. We really appreciate it because we left our home at 4am and were so exhausted. WiFi was good too. My friend and I had to work remotely for a few hours on our checkout day, so we did it in a waiting room(shared space) with cosy sofas. and there was no problem with WiFi. About 10 mins walk to the town centre and a small local shop (Morrisons) is within 3 min walk. Overall, we’d like to thank Hakim for a warm welcome!

The hotel has an excellent location (1 minute from the sea). There are good £15 breakfasts and evening dinners with a quiet large menu for hotel restaurants.

We thought the rooms were great and roomy. The shower pressure on the top floor was very poor so we had baths which filled up nice and hot and quickly! The lift was out of order the whole week which was a bit of a pain, literally as my friend has a very bad ankle injury. But, overall very happy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Christina, the boss was delightful. No breakfast supplied so cook your own in your kitchenette. The hotel is nicely located and there is parking available. Would definitely recommend.

非常到位的服務，前台很熱情，客房服務也很到位： 1.每次打掃房間後都會幫忙摺好睡衣，補充水和食物，並留下打掃者的姓名 2.前台接電話很快。我們遇到了三個問題，都在5分鐘之內解決。 3.地理位置極佳，距離bus station衹有3分鐘路程，背後就是市中心（central market），距離所有網紅餐廳都很近（除Oyster box等在海邊的餐廳外） 4.酒店很乾凈，客房大，設施新，尤其是衞生間，配套設施很足且用的Th White Company套裝。

My wife and I always stay at this hotel, the staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel is well located to the town centre, bar meals and selection of drinks are well priced and good quality. It's always nice to return to a hotel and the staff remember you and greet you by name.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki ke pantai dan pantai mandi laut, boleh juga berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar, di tingkat bawah adalah restoran Michelin, sangat lazat. SPA di hotel ini dijenamakan bersama dengan laman web jenama kecantikan dan penjagaan kulit. Ia adalah perlu untuk membuat temu janji sehari lebih awal. Setelah mengalaminya, sangat santai dan santai. Terdapat perhentian bas di sebelahnya, jadi sangat mudah untuk pergi ke zoo.
