RafalMHotel Aloft Riyadh gwarantuje udany pobyt w Rijadzie - kilka minut spaceru od stacji metra, niedaleko również dostępne bary szybkiej obsługi. Pokoje są duże, czyste i przestronne, do dyspozycji są wygodne łóżka oraz sieć WiFi. Pobyt przedłużyłem o jedną noc i nie było problemu z pozostaniem w tym samym pokoju, mimo oddzielnych, korzystniejszych rezerwacji. Rekomenduję i chętnie wrócę!

BANDAR13I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.
Check-in & Reception:
Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service.
Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service.
Room:
The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom.
Location:
The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers.
Overall:
The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

The hotel itself is under renovation.
The entrance is dusty and noisy.
The room was equipped with amenities that other hotels have, such as coffee, a kettle, and water.
The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.
It was unfortunate that it took so long to check in. I recommend bringing a confirmation letter in Arabic.

TONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

Guest UserThe hotel is old, and the hot water is unstable – it's either cold or scalding. The rooms aren't soundproof either. Breakfast was very mediocre. It felt like a hotel priced for Indian customers. I won't be coming back; it really tarnishes the Holiday Inn name.

Overall, the facilities are old, and there's no Chinese-speaking staff. The key cards often malfunction, and breakfast is very mediocre. There's hardly any service. The first floor is a mixed bag of people, and the location is just average. Not worth a 4-star rating.

Guest UserThe hotel is wonderful, including the staff's service and the location. I found that in some rooms, a disturbing pump noise was clearly audible, but the issue was resolved by changing to another room, for which I am grateful. My only minor comment is that I hope attention will be paid to checking the room before handing it over to the guest. I found the room without towels and had to contact reception three times to send them. Despite that, I waited about 45 minutes, and the towels didn't arrive until I left the room and looked for a staff member in the hallways, where I found someone who brought them to me. This was certainly surprising, but I trust it was an isolated incident. Therefore, I say that the hotel is wonderful, and I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Riyadh, God willing.

First off, this hotel isn't cheap, but its location, ambiance, and rooms are definitely worth the price. Initially, we were put on the ground floor, and the view outside the window felt like a prison cell. We asked a staff member to change rooms, and he quickly moved us to a higher floor with a much more open and expansive view. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block.
The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable.
The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it.
I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!
