GGuest UserWe had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. Thank you for the welcome.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

ZZhonggongxiaoxinzongThe surrounding area is really bad; it's hard to find places to shop or eat, and you always need a taxi. The hotel's service attitude was also poor. I checked out a day early, and they refused to refund the price difference, even with Ctrip's intervention. What's more, I left a power bank worth over 300 RMB in the room, and they didn't bother to inform me, it was just overlooked! I ended up losing over 1000 RMB, including the room fee and power bank. I will never book a hotel under Accor again. Even as a Gold Accor member, I'm utterly disgusted with their hotels!

At first, I didn’t realize there were people downstairs. Only later did I see that there were so many people watching football there. I asked the hotel to help me change the room, but they may not have understood, so they kept saying that because I wanted a double bed, other The double beds are all similar in layout, so they didn't change them for me. However, in general, their service is quite good. It's just that the work pace in Saudi Arabia is slower, not as fast as in China, but there are people providing normal service. For parking, they can help us park for free, which is very convenient. The food in the hotel is actually quite expensive. If you order breakfast in advance, it costs about 100 yuan per person, and it will be more expensive if you order it separately, so I think the price is still on the high side. But anyway, for Saudi Arabia, the price is acceptable in one aspect. But if you have a choice, I suggest you eat out or bring some food that suits your taste.
