Ia berjarak 45 minit hingga 1 jam pemanduan dari lapangan terbang Di seberang jalan adalah jambatan Kingdom Tower Sky Terdapat kedai serbaneka yang besar dan pasar raya berpatutan dalam jarak 10 minit berjalan kaki, yang sangat mudah.

Close proximity to malls and some coffee shops. Area isnt very crowded unlike many parts of riyadh but close to many good places which i find is a plus.
Reception was fluent in English, room is clean and we got an upgrade which is very much appreciated as our previous available assigned room was a non smoking room but located in a smoking floor.

The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

The hotel location is in a area under construction and there is a lot of dust.
There isn’t many visitors, therefore, the restaurant doesn’t prepare an open buffet, the bring the breakfast to your room according to what they have.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, the overall experience did not meet acceptable standards. The cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the room, was below expectations. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the housekeeping standards did not reflect the level of quality expected from a hotel of your reputation.
Moreover, the service was extremely slow. Requests were not handled in a timely manner, and there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness from the staff, which further affected the overall experience.
I believe that cleanliness and service quality are fundamental aspects of any hotel stay, and regrettably, both were lacking during my visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the level of service for future guests.

At first, I didn’t realize there were people downstairs. Only later did I see that there were so many people watching football there. I asked the hotel to help me change the room, but they may not have understood, so they kept saying that because I wanted a double bed, other The double beds are all similar in layout, so they didn't change them for me. However, in general, their service is quite good. It's just that the work pace in Saudi Arabia is slower, not as fast as in China, but there are people providing normal service. For parking, they can help us park for free, which is very convenient. The food in the hotel is actually quite expensive. If you order breakfast in advance, it costs about 100 yuan per person, and it will be more expensive if you order it separately, so I think the price is still on the high side. But anyway, for Saudi Arabia, the price is acceptable in one aspect. But if you have a choice, I suggest you eat out or bring some food that suits your taste. It's not expensive to buy it in the supermarket. Other things are relatively ordinary, but it is a very good hotel for business trips. If you are on vacation, I don't recommend choosing here, after all, it is not suitable for a vacation atmosphere.
