A very nice hotel, with lovely ambiance and staff is great. Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities. Food was good quality and value. The 13th floor lounge overlooks the kingdom centre with nice views. Highly recommend it for business travel or leisure.

The hotel's single room is well-equipped, but the mold is large. The double room is small, and there is no washstand, just a wall-mounted washbasin. There is a mosque next door, and the loud speaker on the minaret starts shouting before 4 a.m. every day. People with poor sleep quality are not recommended to stay here

Honestly, everything is nice, even breakfast. However, the club is bad, but it's not a problem. I'm a member of a club outside the hotel, but everything is nice. There's nothing wrong. I rented two different rooms, one on the sixth floor and the other on the seventh. We were two groups. Honestly, the receptionists were comfortable, helpful, and very respectful.

The hotel is fantastic overall, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful. It's wonderfully quiet, with absolutely no noise or disturbances. They were also very accommodating, allowing us a generous late check-out on our departure day. We truly appreciate all the services provided.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Around the subway construction, the entrance is a high speed, crossing the road is dangerous. Crossing the road is the King's Tower.
It is estimated that the traffic will be OK after the subway is completed
Breakfast does not match Chinese taste.
The service staff was ok.
The air conditioner in the room was very cold and cold, and the cups were quilted and very thin.

The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.

EErtiaohuleBecause I booked the wrong room type, I asked Ctrip to help communicate and change the room type as soon as I made the reservation, and confirmed that it had been changed. However, when I arrived at the front desk, it was still not changed, and finally I was given an extra bed.
WIFI is very slow and unstable.

But in Saudi Arabia, you don’t need to walk, and it is best to have your own car, so this location is actually not too far away. I think this is a very good location, but I stayed here for more than ten days. The room the hotel gave me was directly facing the large terrace, where some people watch football at night, so I had to draw the curtains all the way, otherwise there would be privacy leaks. At first, I didn’t realize there were people downstairs. Only later did I see that there were so many people watching football there. I asked the hotel to help me change the room, but they may not have understood, so they kept saying that because I wanted a double bed, other The double beds are all similar in layout, so they didn't change them for me. However, in general, their service is quite good. It's just that the work pace in Saudi Arabia is slower, not as fast as in China, but there are people providing normal service. For parking, they can help us park for free, which is very convenient. The food in the hotel is actually quite expensive. If you order breakfast in advance, it costs about 100 yuan per person, and it will be more expensive if you order it separately, so I think the price is still on the high side. But anyway, for Saudi Arabia, the price is acceptable in one aspect. But if you have a choice, I suggest you eat out or bring some food that suits your taste. GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.
