The room is precious. Location is right with a walking distance to shopping malls and good restaurant nearby. Staff are friendly. We even get the meal box when leaving the hotel super early on the morning (we paid for breakfast but got 8am flight).

Sebuah hotel yang bagus yang boleh digunakan sebagai persinggahan. Kakitangannya sangat responsif, sopan, dan fokus kepada pelanggan. Terdapat sebuah gimnasium kecil (mesin kabel yang agak, ehem, biasa-biasa sahaja, beberapa treadmill, rak dumbbell 15 kg, dan tikar untuk senaman ultra-fizikal). Sebuah restoran yang bagus dengan makanan yang lazat dan kakitangan yang sopan dan cekap. Perlu diingatkan bahawa kalis bunyi yang lemah di dalam hotel—bunyi dari lorong jelas kedengaran.

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

Sememangnya hotel terbaik di Medan! Sarapan pagi yang luar biasa dengan kopi ais terbaik yang pernah saya nikmati. Perkhidmatan sangat baik dengan sekurang-kurangnya 3-4 kakitangan datang ke meja saya untuk membawakan saya telur yang dibuat mengikut pesanan, roti bakar Perancis yang dibuat mengikut pesanan, kopi, dan sebagainya. Brian sangat hebat!

Kami menginap di Medan sebagai formaliti dan memilih hotel ini kerana terdapat tawaran yang baik. Kami menerima perkhidmatan 5 bintang dengan harga yang sangat berpatutan. Ia adalah hotel yang dikendalikan oleh keluarga di mana acara sentiasa diadakan, atau sekurang-kurangnya itulah pengalaman kami sepanjang penginapan kami. Ia bukanlah jenis tempat penginapan yang kami cari, tetapi dimanjakan sekali-sekala adalah perlu. Hujan lebat pada hari kedua kami di sana, jadi bufet, jaraknya yang dekat dengan pusat membeli-belah, dan ketersediaan pengangkutan sangat mudah. Ini adalah pemandangan yang luar biasa dari bilik tempat kami menikmati hujan, sejuk, kering dan hangat.

Tempat terbaik untuk tinggal untuk penerbangan awal. Bufet sarapan pagi yang baik yang bermula pada pukul 5 pagi. Katil sangat selesa. WiFi yang bagus. Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu diperbaiki ialah mempunyai cahaya yang lebih terang di dalam bilik

Hotel baru dibina. Servis bagus. Sarapan pagi ada pelbagai pilihan, bahagian mie ayam kegemaran saya.

Our family of four stayed at deSatu Hotel during a short trip to Medan, and it was a pleasant surprise! The location is unbeatable right next to Centre Point Mall and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around with kids super convenient. The rooms were compact but clean, with cold AC and strong water pressure in the shower a must after a long day exploring the city. While the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, we found plenty of food options nearby, including local favorites like Soto Sinar Pagi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering tips on where to eat and how to get around. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but nothing that kept us awake. Overall, it’s a great value for families looking for a clean, central, and budget-friendly stay in Medan.

We have stayed here multiple times and continue to return because of its affordable pricing, convenient location, and consistently clean rooms. The apartment offers good value for money, especially for travelers or families looking for a comfortable place to stay without spending too much. The location is also practical, making it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and main areas in the city. Overall, our experiences here have been positive, and the cleanliness standards have been reliable during our stays. The only downside we have noticed is that the lift can be quite slow, especially during busy hours, which sometimes requires extra waiting time. Despite this minor inconvenience, we still consider this serviced apartment a dependable and worthwhile choice whenever we visit Medan.
