"Saya memilih Montigo Resort Nongsa untuk meraikan hari lahir pasangan saya, dan sejujurnya, mereka menjadikannya istimewa. Saya meninggalkan nota yang menyatakan bahawa ia adalah hari lahir pasangan saya dan pasukan itu benar-benar berusaha keras untuk mengejutkannya pada waktu petang dengan kek hari jadi dengan lilin yang sedia ada, malah ucapan ”Selamat Hari Lahir” yang manis ditulis dengan bunga di atas katil kami. Ia adalah sentuhan yang bernas, sokongan besar kepada pasukan untuk usaha itu! Pemandangan dari kolam renang peribadi kami pada waktu malam adalah menakjubkan. Ia begitu damai dengan langit yang penuh dengan bintang dan kami dapat melihat lampu Singapura di seberang air dari bilik kami. Lokasi resort tidak begitu selesa kerana ia terletak di luar kawasan pusat Batam di mana semua pusat membeli-belah berada, tetapi ini pastinya tempat untuk percutian hujung minggu yang tenang dan santai. Satu-satunya perkara yang tidak begitu sempurna ialah sajian sarapan pagi dan air. Sarapan pagi adalah di bawah jenis standard yang buruk dari segi rasa dan pilihan yang tersedia untuk resort pada titik harga ini. Lebih penting lagi ialah kami melihat beberapa serpihan hitam kecil terapung di dalam kolam, dan air untuk tab mandi mempunyai warna kuning ini (kami biarkan ia mengalir selama 20 minit dan ia masih sedikit kuning, dan air yang mengalir keluar menjadi sejuk selepas 20 minit). Walaupun, ini bukan masalah besar kerana kami berdua tidak menggunakan tab mandi, tetapi ini adalah sesuatu yang saya fikir resort ini harus dikaji dengan serius jika mereka meletakkan diri mereka sebagai resort mewah. Secara keseluruhannya, walaupun terdapat masalah, penginapan kami di Montigo Nongsa adalah hebat. Perkhidmatan yang menakjubkan, terutamanya kejutan hari lahir yang indah itu, dan pemandangan malam yang luar biasa itu benar-benar memenangi kami. Jika mereka boleh menyelesaikan keadaan air, ia akan menjadi yang terbaik. Kami sudah memikirkan bila kami boleh merancang lawatan seterusnya!"

"Berikut ialah ulasan saya untuk turi beach resort, sebagai pengembara solo pertama saya. Penduduk tempatan bagus, lokasinya juga bagus. Dengan minuman selamat datang sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar masuk hotel (yang saya tidak minum kerana saya sibuk mendaftar masuk tetapi kelihatan lazat 🤤). Ia bagus untuk berehat, untuk merehatkan kesihatan mental anda. Kakitangan memberi saya bilik yang bagus yang membuatkan saya lebih dihargai. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak okay ialah tiada losyen di dalam bilik yang membuatkan saya sedikit sedih kerana saya menjangkakan untuk memilikinya. Tetapi pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus. Saya suka tempat itu dan kakitangannya ramah. Saya juga suka matahari terbenam dan matahari terbit. Terutama di restoran bar pulau. Saya pasti akan kembali ke sana"

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, relaxing, and well taken care of. The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place for a short getaway. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the overall ambience and the opportunity to slow down and simply enjoy the surroundings. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. We also appreciated the convenient location and the lovely facilities. Most importantly, it was the perfect setting for a memorable weekend getaway. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and left feeling refreshed and happy. "This trip is to celebrate both me and my nephew's Birthday. As per request, the resort put in their very good effort to decorate up our bed with birthday greeting words and complimentary cake. The front desk staff, upon arrival, are very polite, friendly and gave warm greetings. Rooms are definitely good to stay and is a unique experience for the whole family. Desk counter is there to enquire and purchase about activities outside of resort and in the resort. Overall a very happy stay and we will be back again."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kiki Beach Resort! The location is stunning, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You can really tell the workers take pride in making guests feel at home. The food was another massive highlight—absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a treat! If I could make one tiny suggestion for an otherwise perfect setup: since the toilets have a beautiful open-concept design, it would be amazing if the resort could consider placing a bottle of bug repellent in there for guests to use. Thank you to the amazing team at Kiki Beach for an unforgettable getaway. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better."

"Benar-benar pengalaman baharu kerana anda menginap di kabin kapal sebenar.. kru hotel mengatur lawatan di dalam kapal ke pelbagai petak , kami berpeluang melawat bilik enjin di dek atas dan banyak lagi bilik lain yang biasanya terhad untuk penumpang dalam kapal layar. Sejarah kapal diterangkan dengan baik oleh Krew Hotel.. Makanan yang dihidangkan juga sedap. Secara keseluruhannya ia merupakan tempat persembunyian yang bagus daripada kehidupan bandar yang sibuk dan sibuk"

"Lokasi sangat hebat! Perkhidmatan dan kakitangan sangat ramah. Urutan terletak di lokasi yang strategik di dalam bangunan hotel dengan harga yang berpatutan. Kemudahan gimnasium juga bagus. Kolam renang ditutup untuk penyelenggaraan semasa lawatan kami. Satu perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian ialah terdapat 2 masjid berdekatan dan tetamu mungkin dapat mendengar solat pada awal pagi. Satu perkara negatif tentang bilik ini, kami menginap di sebuah apartmen 2 bilik tidur dengan dua tandas. Sistem saliran untuk kedua-dua tandas teruk, dengan banjir berlaku selepas mandi, terutamanya bilik mandi di ruang tamu. Banjir berlaku disertai dengan bau busuk dari saliran dan kami memutuskan untuk hanya menggunakan tandas di bilik tidur utama. Mungkin malang jika bilik mempunyai tandas yang teruk, tetapi selain itu, semuanya hebat!"

"Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Mövenpick Bintan – Special Mention to Michelle! This was my first time visiting Bintan and also my first stay at Mövenpick Bintan, and honestly, choosing this resort was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The resort is huge, and since there is so much to explore within the property, they provide buggy services to bring guests around, which is really convenient. As Bintan doesn’t have a huge variety of attractions to explore outside the resort, we specifically wanted somewhere that could keep us entertained for 3 days and Mövenpick definitely delivered. We stayed while the resort is still under soft opening, so naturally there may be a few minor things that are still being fine-tuned. However, what impressed me the most was the service attitude of the entire team. Every staff member we met was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile, proactively approached guests to check if we needed anything, and even took the time to have small conversations with us. I’m also a hotelier myself, so I can confidently say that the team here is doing a really great job, especially considering they are still in their soft-opening phase. A very special mention to Michelle, who assisted us during check-in. From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a smooth and seamless experience throughout our stay. We did encounter a minor room issue during our stay, but she immediately followed up and made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. What I appreciated even more was that she didn’t just solve the problem and walk away. Throughout our entire stay, she would proactively approach us and check whether everything was okay and whether we were enjoying our stay. That kind of genuine care really makes a difference. Michelle is honestly one of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered, and I truly hope the management recognises her efforts. She is definitely an asset to the resort. The Kids Club is huge, and our kids absolutely loved it! They even have a sleeping room and movie room for the little ones, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The resort also has multiple swimming pools, including the ocean pool, kids’ pool and the pool at the beach club, so there’s always somewhere different to enjoy. I personally loved all the little details around the resort, especially the kids’ amenities. Even the shower amenities provided for children were so thoughtfully prepared. It’s these small touches that really show the resort has put a lot of thought into the family experience. We also absolutely loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of choices, including plenty of pastries, desserts and even ice cream! One of my favourite touches was the kids’ corner, where children can actually get their own food. It may seem like a small thing, but it made breakfast more fun for our kids and was definitely a plus point for us as parents. Overall, despite still being in the soft-opening stage, we had a really wonderful 3 day stay at Mövenpick Bintan The combination of the beautiful and spacious resort, family-friendly facilities, thoughtful little details, great food and most importantly the genuinely warm service from the staff made our stay memorable. For our first trip to Bintan, I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. If you’re looking for a place where you can simply stay in the resort, relax, enjoy the facilities and keep the kids entertained for a few days, Mövenpick Bintan is definitely worth considering.
