"Ia adalah resort yang indah dengan kolam renang peribadi, kira-kira 30 minit pemanduan dari Pusat bandar, terminal feri terdekat adalah terminal Nongsa dan bukannya Pusat Batam. Persekitarannya cantik dan biliknya luas, saya tidak sabar untuk kembali lagi lain kali. Satu-satunya perkara yang berhati-hati ialah tepi tangga di dalam kolam renang peribadi itu sedikit tajam, kanak-kanak kecil perlu berhati-hati apabila berenang di dalam kolam renang peribadi."

"Berikut ialah ulasan saya untuk turi beach resort, sebagai pengembara solo pertama saya. Penduduk tempatan bagus, lokasinya juga bagus. Dengan minuman selamat datang sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar masuk hotel (yang saya tidak minum kerana saya sibuk mendaftar masuk tetapi kelihatan lazat 🤤). Ia bagus untuk berehat, untuk merehatkan kesihatan mental anda. Kakitangan memberi saya bilik yang bagus yang membuatkan saya lebih dihargai. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak okay ialah tiada losyen di dalam bilik yang membuatkan saya sedikit sedih kerana saya menjangkakan untuk memilikinya. Tetapi pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus. Saya suka tempat itu dan kakitangannya ramah. Saya juga suka matahari terbenam dan matahari terbit. Terutama di restoran bar pulau. Saya pasti akan kembali ke sana"

"The hotel setup is just nice, not so big and not small. The room is clean and just perfect for family of 3. The pool is huge, the free transport to and from ferry terminal was great. The breakfast spread was awesome. The main breakfast offered different menus every single day, with amazing indonesian food; weatern food, indian and sushi is available, too! The french toast was the best! Don’t miss the french toast if you have breakfast there. The hotel location is the closest to plaza lagoi which allow you to walk or you can use hotel’s bicycle, too. The beach is just at the backyard and the pool is huge. The bar/beach club offered a good choices of food. Overall it was a great stay, really value for money. "I had such a wonderful 3D2N stay at The ANMON Resort Bintan with my bff. It was the perfect short escape from the city. The glamping tents were spacious, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly well-equipped with air conditioning, making the whole experience feel unique and cozy. The resort itself is very aesthetic and Instagram-worthy. Every corner was beautifully designed, so we ended up taking lots of photos. The staff were warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. 5stars for their Buggy service was convenient, making it easy to get around the resort, always arrive within 1min.. Breakfast had a good variety, and we also enjoyed dining at the resort restaurant. The food was tasty, although slightly pricier than outside restaurants, which is expected for a resort. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, and simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was a great place to slow down, unwind, and spend quality time together. A small thing to note is that because it's a glamping tent, you may occasionally hear noise from neighboring tents, and there might be a few insects if you leave the door open. It didn't affect our overall experience, but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, I highly recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan for couples, friends, or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing weekend getaway."

"We had such a fun and relaxing stay at Kiki Resort. It’s a perfect place to get away from the city and just enjoy island life. Special thanks to Andik, our guide—he was very accommodating and made our experience even better. We really enjoyed the free activities like playing in the tidal waves and catching crabs. The island tour was definitely the highlight—we even had the whole island to ourselves! The locals were also very kind, treating us to fried bananas and fresh coconut straight from the tree. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway 🌴✨"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better."

"Tempah hotel untuk lawatan satu malam ke Bintan untuk majlis hari jadi. Hotel ini berusaha keras untuk membantu menghias bilik apabila diminta dan mereka juga menyediakan kek hari jadi yang lazat ! Itu sangat manis dari mereka dan saya sangat menghargainya. Bilik ini juga sangat bersih dan penghawa dingin menjadi sejuk dengan cepat. Ia adalah pengalaman 10/10."

"Lokasi sangat hebat! Perkhidmatan dan kakitangan sangat ramah. Urutan terletak di lokasi yang strategik di dalam bangunan hotel dengan harga yang berpatutan. Kemudahan gimnasium juga bagus. Kolam renang ditutup untuk penyelenggaraan semasa lawatan kami. Satu perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian ialah terdapat 2 masjid berdekatan dan tetamu mungkin dapat mendengar solat pada awal pagi. Satu perkara negatif tentang bilik ini, kami menginap di sebuah apartmen 2 bilik tidur dengan dua tandas. Sistem saliran untuk kedua-dua tandas teruk, dengan banjir berlaku selepas mandi, terutamanya bilik mandi di ruang tamu. Banjir berlaku disertai dengan bau busuk dari saliran dan kami memutuskan untuk hanya menggunakan tandas di bilik tidur utama. Mungkin malang jika bilik mempunyai tandas yang teruk, tetapi selain itu, semuanya hebat!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Mövenpick Bintan – Special Mention to Michelle! This was my first time visiting Bintan and also my first stay at Mövenpick Bintan, and honestly, choosing this resort was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The resort is huge, and since there is so much to explore within the property, they provide buggy services to bring guests around, which is really convenient. As Bintan doesn’t have a huge variety of attractions to explore outside the resort, we specifically wanted somewhere that could keep us entertained for 3 days and Mövenpick definitely delivered. We stayed while the resort is still under soft opening, so naturally there may be a few minor things that are still being fine-tuned. However, what impressed me the most was the service attitude of the entire team. Every staff member we met was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile, proactively approached guests to check if we needed anything, and even took the time to have small conversations with us. I’m also a hotelier myself, so I can confidently say that the team here is doing a really great job, especially considering they are still in their soft-opening phase. A very special mention to Michelle, who assisted us during check-in. From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a smooth and seamless experience throughout our stay. We did encounter a minor room issue during our stay, but she immediately followed up and made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. What I appreciated even more was that she didn’t just solve the problem and walk away. Throughout our entire stay, she would proactively approach us and check whether everything was okay and whether we were enjoying our stay. That kind of genuine care really makes a difference. Michelle is honestly one of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered, and I truly hope the management recognises her efforts. She is definitely an asset to the resort. The Kids Club is huge, and our kids absolutely loved it! They even have a sleeping room and movie room for the little ones, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The resort also has multiple swimming pools, including the ocean pool, kids’ pool and the pool at the beach club, so there’s always somewhere different to enjoy. I personally loved all the little details around the resort, especially the kids’ amenities. Even the shower amenities provided for children were so thoughtfully prepared. It’s these small touches that really show the resort has put a lot of thought into the family experience. We also absolutely loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of choices, including plenty of pastries, desserts and even ice cream! One of my favourite touches was the kids’ corner, where children can actually get their own food. It may seem like a small thing, but it made breakfast more fun for our kids and was definitely a plus point for us as parents. Overall, despite still being in the soft-opening stage, we had a really wonderful 3 day stay at Mövenpick Bintan The combination of the beautiful and spacious resort, family-friendly facilities, thoughtful little details, great food and most importantly the genuinely warm service from the staff made our stay memorable. For our first trip to Bintan, I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. If you’re looking for a place where you can simply stay in the resort, relax, enjoy the facilities and keep the kids entertained for a few days, Mövenpick Bintan is definitely worth considering.
