Enjoyed our stay in Bintan and it was a great choice to choose Four Points. Breakfast at Rempah Restaurant has a great variety. My kids enjoy the kids club and activities provided. We didnt really travel out to explore bintan as we wanted the kids to chill and enjoy the pool and beach. Nearest food options and small shopping area at plaza lagoi is just 5mins walking distance. Cons: we actually booked cabana king room for our stay as we wanted more space for the kids to move around, it was featured at 50m2 room which is bigger than normal room. When we first checked into the room we paid, the room seems a bit run down and to make it worst, the outdoor cabana was soaking wet! We requested for a downgrade to normal room without a cabana. And the price difference for both room for 4d3n is $200 plus. I tried asking for any meal vouchers or dining credits in view of the stark price difference, but didnt get any. 😣

Sarapan boleh menjadi lebih baik dengan lebih banyak jenis. Makanan yang baik walaupun. Kakitangan boleh dilatih dengan lebih baik. Saya mempunyai beberapa masalah untuk menyewa pelampung kanak-kanak. Tetapi, kakitangan yang ramah. Ia boleh berjalan kaki ke kedai dan kafe berdekatan. Berhati-hati pada waktu malam kerana jalannya agak gelap. Menyediakan tuala kolam boleh membantu. Sila kekalkan perabot dan fasad kerana kita dapat melihat bahawa ia semakin tua dan berkarat. Ia akan menjadi lebih teruk pada masa hadapan jika tidak dikekalkan. Nikmati kedamaian n ketenangan. Tetapi kelab berdekatan boleh menjadi terlalu bising pada waktu malam sehingga 2 pagi. Saya melihat seekor ular kecil di bawah salah satu vila. Jadi berhati-hati sahaja. Ia adalah tempat alam semula jadi.

Sebagai sekumpulan empat orang rakan, perjalanan ini adalah tentang relaksasi dan berehat seketika dari kesibukan Singapura. Ia merupakan percutian yang sempurna untuk berehat dan bersantai. Kami menghabiskan sebahagian besar masa kami di dalam vila, terutamanya kerana kami mempunyai kolam renang peribadi kami sendiri, yang sangat kami kagumi. Suasananya sungguh menakjubkan, dan kami suka bagaimana kami dapat menikmati ruang pesta kecil kami sendiri. Kemudahan dan kemudahannya cantik dan menyenangkan dari segi estetika. Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Memandangkan ia adalah hotel baru, biliknya sangat bersih dan selesa. Satu perkara yang mengganggu saya ialah tingkap bilik mandi dengan tab mandi tidak boleh dibuka, jadi terdapat bau berkulat yang tidak menyenangkan (saya membuka tingkap di bilik lain pada siang hari untuk mengudarakan bilik). Selain daripada itu, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat selesa. Kakitangan sangat sopan dan tidak ada masalah dengan perkhidmatan, dan sarapan pagi sangat baik, dengan pelbagai pilihan dari makanan tempatan hingga barat!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Staffs are friendly and kind to help whenever requested. Location is good as it is directly linked to Nagoya Hill Mall. Cons is that soundproofing is not good, can hear next door TV, chatting and other noises.

Hotel ini baru dan seminggu sebelum kami tinggal di hotel. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan tenang kerana tidak ramai pengunjung yang tahu tentang hotel ini. Walau bagaimanapun, hotel mempunyai beberapa kecacatan selepas pembinaan seperti tandas di unit itu bocor dan lampu tidak dapat dipadamkan semasa tidur. Butang lif penumpang terlalu sensitif kerana hotel menggunakan pengesanan haba menyebabkan lif berhenti di setiap tingkat apabila butang lantai mengesan haba anda dari tangan. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal.

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy. One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark. If you are looking for a romantic escape, peaceful retreat, or simply a unique experience in Bintan, I highly recommend Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. It was a memorable celebration with my wife, and we will definitely come back again.
