We had an amazing stay during my husband’s birthday celebration last week. We truly appreciated the staff’s thoughtful gesture of allowing us to check in early and check out late, even though we had not requested it. Their extra effort in setting up birthday decorations for my husband made the occasion even more special and memorable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to enhance our experience. All the staff members were respectful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary voucher for a free photo session, which was a wonderful added touch. What impressed us even more was the staff’s honesty and attentiveness. I accidentally left my phone behind, and they returned it to me before I had even realized it was missing. Their prompt action and care were truly commendable. We are grateful for the exceptional hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Stayed at Woda Villa & Spa Batam and had a generally pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the town area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants options. The 2-bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups. Toiletries were also well provided, with sufficient amenities for the stay. Cons: The private pool is on the smaller side, which may be a bit limiting if you’re looking to fully relax or swim. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, although the villa does provide repellent which helps. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of options. Overall: A good stay for those looking for a spacious villa in a convenient location, but with some minor drawbacks in facilities and dining variety

Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.

This is my second time staying at this Villa. Really love the room and the private pool. Except you have to be careful of the food left outside. Not sure it's the bird , squirrels or monkey that came to eat. Besides this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We communicate our needs through WhatsApp. And they were very responsive. The breakfast was served in house. Their hot chocolate is very nice. Nearby the Villa is the Lagoi Bay Beach, and a shopping area. There is a big Mustafa there, and Japanese Ramen Restaurant. They even provide driver to pick us up from the Ferry Terminal to the Villa. Will recommend all to stay here for a time of relaxation.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Oakwood Hotel Batam dan mempunyai pengalaman bercampur-campur. Lokasinya sangat baik, menjadikannya mudah untuk menerokai kawasan tersebut. Katilnya selesa, tetapi bilik itu sendiri agak kecil, dengan susunan almari terbuka yang mungkin tidak sesuai dengan keinginan semua orang. Sarapan pagi adalah kemuncak—terdapat pelbagai pilihan yang baik, dan kualitinya mengagumkan. Kelebihan lain ialah tiada deposit diperlukan semasa daftar masuk. Walau bagaimanapun, penghawa dingin adalah kelemahan utama. Ia tidak cukup sejuk, dan walaupun selepas meminta juruteknik (yang mengambil masa 30 minit untuk tiba), isu itu tidak dapat diselesaikan. Malam pertama kami tidak selesa hangat, menjadikannya sukar untuk tidur. Syukurlah, hujan turun pada hari kedua, yang membantu menyejukkan bilik secara semula jadi. I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again.

Staffs are friendly and kind to help whenever requested. Location is good as it is directly linked to Nagoya Hill Mall. Cons is that soundproofing is not good, can hear next door TV, chatting and other noises.

Hotel ini baru dan seminggu sebelum kami tinggal di hotel. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan tenang kerana tidak ramai pengunjung yang tahu tentang hotel ini. Walau bagaimanapun, hotel mempunyai beberapa kecacatan selepas pembinaan seperti tandas di unit itu bocor dan lampu tidak dapat dipadamkan semasa tidur. Butang lif penumpang terlalu sensitif kerana hotel menggunakan pengesanan haba menyebabkan lif berhenti di setiap tingkat apabila butang lantai mengesan haba anda dari tangan. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal.

Benar-benar pengalaman baharu kerana anda menginap di kabin kapal sebenar.. kru hotel mengatur lawatan di dalam kapal ke pelbagai petak , kami berpeluang melawat bilik enjin di dek atas dan banyak lagi bilik lain yang biasanya terhad untuk penumpang dalam kapal layar. Sejarah kapal diterangkan dengan baik oleh Krew Hotel.. Makanan yang dihidangkan juga sedap. Secara keseluruhannya ia merupakan tempat persembunyian yang bagus daripada kehidupan bandar yang sibuk dan sibuk
