The hotel is very well maintended great decoration and giving you the feeling with real luxary. The SPA area is wide with many options. Roooms are very elgant and modern and bad is super comfortable and above all the stuff is very kind and helpfull. I can tell this hotel.is well managed

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

For health reasons we were in the area and were happily surprised to find availability. We so enjoyed the hotel staffs warmth, generosity of spirit, and focus on ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, that we are already planning our return. The hotel is spacious, clean with lots of areas to explore, sit and enjoy, , full of surprises and lots for kids and kid-at hearts. This is not a pretentious place but was pleasant, clean, decorated tastefully, It appeared well maintained. Reception was smooth as we came early, put our luggage in their storage room, so we could enjoy the plethora of accommodations. The spa, pools, jacuzzis, sauna, health club, beachfront was amazing. The food was plentiful, fresh, tasty, presented aesthetically in a buffet style. Something for everyone. The coffee was amazing. We saw they were refreshing rooms, and ours was well sized, clean, comfortable - with the fluffiest pillows. ( no mold, or broken tiles etc. ). There lacked a bathtub plug, but an overturned cup did the trick. The shower head shrieked, which we reported but it really didnt bother us. There was plenty of hot water and we felt pampered every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Dan Panorama from 12/23 to 12/26. I had two rooms for myself and my three children. First, the positives: The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. My understanding is that the hotel is less than 20 years old. I have stayed in many upscale hotels all over the world. The breakfast at Dan was something truly extra-ordinary. The variety of the food was stunning. I visited during the busy season at the time of war in Israel. Despite that, there was plenty of staff to do what needed to be done. The part that I did not like was the parking. The hotel advertises free parking and that was the only reason that I booked the hotel. When I got there, I was told that their parking garage is full and parking space is given on a first come first serve basis. The entire time that I was there the parking was full. I observed cars coming out of the garage and despite that the ”parking full” sign was there. I got the feeling that the free parking was only for their senior staff and VIP guests and not for the general hotel patrons. If you expect free parking, as it is advertised, you will be disappointed.

First as we got to the hotel we were greeted with a huge smile by the receptionist, the check in process didn't take long and was quit fast. Not much to say about the rooms, but they are quite nice and clean, the view from the room is amazing as you can see take a good look at the deaf sea. More then that the dining room is pretty big enough even it's fully occupied. Me and my partner loved to sit by the windows cause you have a nice view of the sea, very relaxing especially at dinner, just a small detail that personally was a nice touch. How can I forget about the food and the service, the food is great with a big variety, anyone can find something tasty to enjoy and if not you can always ask for help and the food and beverage manager, she will aways be happy to help, I booked a vacation there at my partners birthday and I wanted to do something romantic and nice but did know at that time where can I now go and look for stores to buy stuff, so she helped me very much and my partner really loved the surprise. Although one of the days we had some issues with the air conditioner but the the technicians where able to fix it fast so it wasn't a problem

The place is a little run down there's an update it wasn't clean I felt like I need to shower every time get out of the bed because the she's had some kind of stains it wasn't enough towels have to ask for extra. Couldn't even open the window because at night the restaurant under the window was smoking barbecue

We enjoyed the location (close to the dead sea) and the salt water pool in the spa. We had everything we needed but for the amount we paid, the hotel was a disappointment on every level. Service - we arrived right at check-in time and our room still wasn't ready. We were told it would be ready in just a few minutes so we sat in the lobby which was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready, and 45 minutes later we finally got our keys. Cleaning - In the morning we went to breakfast and returned 2 hours later to find our room was still not cleaned, and only when we specifically asked them, they ”cleaned” but didn't even replace the towels. Towels - while clean towels are provided at the outdoor pool, you collect them from a laundry bin where they are not even folded, just straight out of the laundry room (we were skeptical they were even clean but multiple staff members directed us there for clean towels). Dining experience - there is a buffet available for all meals, but at the first dinner we had to go track down a staff member to bring us clean forks because none of the tables were fully set. At the second dinner, we waited 30 minutes just to get a table to sit at. Kind of ridiculous. The food itself was just okay... Again, would definitely expect at least a little more considering the nightly rate here. I still had a great trip and got everything I truly needed to enjoy myself but the hotel facilities definitely did not contribute to the experience and I would not stay here again. When you pay so much per night, you should at least get folded towels at the pool and not have to chase staff down just to get clean forks at dinner.

This was an incredible experience from the check-in!! The hotel and surrounding botanical gardens are absolutely stunning everywhere you go on the property. From the massive pool to the botanical tour I was given by Daniella, everything was amazing. The Synergy Spa was like an oasis of calm, with a wet sauna, a mineral pool, and an outdoor pool overlooking the mountain scenery. The breakfast was beyond expectations with every single thing you could want or imagine. I can recommend this place highly to anyone and everyone. I will be back.
