Hotel Dengan WiFi di Daerah Selatan, Israel

First as we got to the hotel we were greeted with a huge smile by the receptionist, the check in process didn't take long and was quit fast. Not much to say about the rooms, but they are quite nice and clean, the view from the room is amazing as you can see take a good look at the deaf sea. More then that the dining room is pretty big enough even it's fully occupied. Me and my partner loved to sit by the windows cause you have a nice view of the sea, very relaxing especially at dinner, just a small detail that personally was a nice touch. How can I forget about the food and the service, the food is great with a big variety, anyone can find something tasty to enjoy and if not you can always ask for help and the food and beverage manager, she will aways be happy to help, I booked a vacation there at my partners birthday and I wanted to do something romantic and nice but did know at that time where can I now go and look for stores to buy stuff, so she helped me very much and my partner really loved the surprise. Although one of the days we had some issues with the air conditioner but the the technicians where able to fix it fast so it wasn't a problem

We arrived for a short visit - one night . The first impression was good. A Large hotel, very close to a beautiful beach and a beautiful large pool. . The room was very nice and clean, The view was beautiful, the furniture a little old fashioned and there is a smart TV. Breakfast was also good, with fresh salad and omelette .

Ziva at the front desk is amazing. I booked a room with a pool. It was room 103. The access to the pool is right of the room but it is not handicapped accessible if you need that. The main pool is. My wife and I are people of size and we found the shower area to be problematic. Unlike many hotels where there is a curtain for the shower, this has a glass door that opens INTO the shower reducing the available space until you close the door. My wife was barely able to close it and I could not close it at all. I tried to do my best to keep the water in but there was a pool of it on the bathroom floor which is a hazard. My wife mentioned it to Ziva because I don't speak Hebrew and she was able to change our room to one that has no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom and is designed to have the water squeegeed into the drain, They even provide the squgee. The breakfast buffet is very nice with an omelet station and if you want to bring food to your room they will give you a box. My wife and I don't travel to Eliat frequently but we would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed the location (close to the dead sea) and the salt water pool in the spa. We had everything we needed but for the amount we paid, the hotel was a disappointment on every level. Service - we arrived right at check-in time and our room still wasn't ready. We were told it would be ready in just a few minutes so we sat in the lobby which was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready, and 45 minutes later we finally got our keys. Cleaning - In the morning we went to breakfast and returned 2 hours later to find our room was still not cleaned, and only when we specifically asked them, they ”cleaned” but didn't even replace the towels. Towels - while clean towels are provided at the outdoor pool, you collect them from a laundry bin where they are not even folded, just straight out of the laundry room (we were skeptical they were even clean but multiple staff members directed us there for clean towels). Dining experience - there is a buffet available for all meals, but at the first dinner we had to go track down a staff member to bring us clean forks because none of the tables were fully set. At the second dinner, we waited 30 minutes just to get a table to sit at. Kind of ridiculous. The food itself was just okay... Again, would definitely expect at least a little more considering the nightly rate here. I still had a great trip and got everything I truly needed to enjoy myself but the hotel facilities definitely did not contribute to the experience and I would not stay here again. When you pay so much per night, you should at least get folded towels at the pool and not have to chase staff down just to get clean forks at dinner.

The hotel is very well maintended great decoration and giving you the feeling with real luxary. The SPA area is wide with many options. Roooms are very elgant and modern and bad is super comfortable and above all the stuff is very kind and helpfull. I can tell this hotel.is well managed

Great staff, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, well organized. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The only thing that has nothing to do with the hotel is the heat. Don’t come in June, July…. It is so hot, the sea is boiling hot so you can only stay in the hotel. Lucky it is so good

The bed is very comfortable. The choice of the food in the dining-room is very rich - it is always possible to find the food that suits you. The team replies well to the customer's requests. One can always get the taxi from here to other hotels.

前一晚在埃拉特凱撒糟糕的體驗，第二天早早的就轉到了海王星。工作人員熱情接待，雖然房間還未完全準備好，但是熱情的前台工作人員先幫我們辦妥了入住，並告知房間準備妥當後會電話告知，房間雖然不大，但是很乾凈。下面有很大的泳池還有私人海灘。因為紅海沙灘實在是磕腳，我們最終選擇在酒店泳池游泳。早餐豐富，酒店距離長途bus stop也很近。趕在週五安息日前趕緊回特拉維夫。

We enjoyed a five-day trip filled with great fun. The food was exceptional, and the spa, the sea, and our room were incredibly enjoyable. A special thanks to Victoria and Valentina from the Traklin; their service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel, and registering as a VIP is definitely worth it.

This was an incredible experience from the check-in!! The hotel and surrounding botanical gardens are absolutely stunning everywhere you go on the property. From the massive pool to the botanical tour I was given by Daniella, everything was amazing. The Synergy Spa was like an oasis of calm, with a wet sauna, a mineral pool, and an outdoor pool overlooking the mountain scenery. The breakfast was beyond expectations with every single thing you could want or imagine. I can recommend this place highly to anyone and everyone. I will be back.

We stayed at the Vert Dead Sea for 4 days at the end of August 2024. Overall impression: the hotel facilities are tired and clearly they need to invest in more maintenance. There was mold and peeling walls and ceilings both in the bedrooms and public areas. They need to have more cleaning staff for the busier periods. There was food from previous meals on the floor in the dining room, elevators were filthy during the day, and the pool was full of hair, sweet wrappers etc. On Sunday, they did a major clean up. I’ve stayed at many Israeli hotels, and unfortunately the breakfast at the Vert did not compare favorably to those. Not a lot of variety, or imagination. The dinners on the other hand were first class: tasty, with a lot of choice and imagination. Many of the reception staff were downright rude (Ruslan and Tal are 2 exceptions to that, who were really nice and helpful), and gave misleading information. One senior member of staff kept me waiting 15 minutes while she went to have her photo taken with some important dignitary who arrived (I was watching from the side). The pool restaurant did not operate on Sunday which was a pity. The staff told me it only works on Friday & Saturday. Finally note that the hotel doesn’t have enough parking. So they arranged parking offsite with shuttles, which was not convenient, and did not operate all the time. Overall, our stay there was pleasant enough and we had a good break, but would not go back until they do a major refurbishment.

For health reasons we were in the area and were happily surprised to find availability. We so enjoyed the hotel staffs warmth, generosity of spirit, and focus on ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, that we are already planning our return. The hotel is spacious, clean with lots of areas to explore, sit and enjoy, , full of surprises and lots for kids and kid-at hearts. This is not a pretentious place but was pleasant, clean, decorated tastefully, It appeared well maintained. Reception was smooth as we came early, put our luggage in their storage room, so we could enjoy the plethora of accommodations. The spa, pools, jacuzzis, sauna, health club, beachfront was amazing. The food was plentiful, fresh, tasty, presented aesthetically in a buffet style. Something for everyone. The coffee was amazing. We saw they were refreshing rooms, and ours was well sized, clean, comfortable - with the fluffiest pillows. ( no mold, or broken tiles etc. ). There lacked a bathtub plug, but an overturned cup did the trick. The shower head shrieked, which we reported but it really didnt bother us. There was plenty of hot water and we felt pampered every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was good. Good bed and kitchen,we were family of 5 and we had everything we need .Of course we brought from home what we did not expect that will be in this flat like shampoo ,soap,oil for cooking,salt,fan. There were a fairy and new sponge for washing dishes. We liked everything and I recommend this apartment to everyone .

I stayed at the hotel between 17.5 and 21.5. The hotel is outdated, the dining room is reasonable and the pool is standard. However the customer service is very poor. We booked a room for 2 people, arrived two co-workers, got a room with a double bed. We were told to call room service and they would come and split the beds. We called, the guy who arrived said that the beds can not be changed because the base does not allow it in the room and if you want you can arrange the sofa bed as a bed - in the same breath he recommended calling the reception to change our room. I went to the reception, I mentioned the situation, the clerk could not help and referred me to the hotel manager - she just shouted at me that I should not come to her or contact her, I told her that the receptionist referred me to her so I came - it did not really interest her. Realizing that another room I was not really going to get, I asked the room service to arrange the sofa for the bed. Room service arrived again and brought us a blanket sheet and pillow. I called customer service, said I did not pay less than any guest at the hotel, why should one of us sleep on a couch ?? The employee told me she had nothing to do, I asked a principal to get back to me. To this day (after the holiday) I am waiting for the same call. We slept with two adults when one was in bed and one on a couch (that could not be opened!) For an entire vacation. Another point, you can also get- Room with a view of the garbage cans and a wake-up call at 7 a.m. with a truck coming to evacuate them.

The hotel itself is decent enough and in a good area and all the major areas of Eilat are accessible, with shops and restaurants well within walking distance of the hotel. The room was decent and fairly sized and all the in room amenities were good. The breakfast was also nice with a wide variety and well presented. Where did the hotel fall short. When our room was serviced the beside were not made the duvets were just thrown out over the maters not at all remade. The main thing and it’s simple to fix , the staff were rude , disinterested and barely smiled. I would say they scowled more then anything. The front desk staff were the nicest of the lot but the lady that requested your room number for breakfast was literally so rude I was shocked. The other negative was the parking area for the hotel and the reception area outside of the hotel were filthy. Litter everywhere and no care that it’s the hotel grounds. For what you are paying I thought it was genuinely average.
