"Terletak di Chinatown. Kawasan yang sangat sibuk, banyak kedai dan restoran. 30 minit berjalan kaki dari Intramuros: Katedral Manila, Fort Santiago, tapak UNESCO Gereja San Agustin dll. Deposit 2000PHP diperlukan semasa daftar masuk dan dikembalikan semasa daftar keluar. Uncang teh dan kopi tidak disediakan di dalam bilik. Cawan, cerek, peti sejuk, kit pergigian, sabun, pengering rambut, syampu dan gel mandian serta tuala disediakan. WiFi percuma. Simpanan bagasi disediakan. Lobi yang sangat bagus dan luas. Terdapat sebuah restoran di seberang lobi. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu."

"The Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance. Lacking points from my personal experience: 1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges. 2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future? The good parts: 1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality. 2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm. 3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this."

"We booked a Deluxe Room with a king-size bed at Manila Prince Hotel for our 3rd wedding anniversary celebration (3D2N) for 2 adults and 1 toddler. First of all, I'm grateful that I found a great deal through Trip.com, almost 50% off with breakfast included! As I've mentioned in a previous review for another hotel, I'm generally not a fan of older hotels. However, Manila Prince Hotel pleasantly surprised me. The property is very well maintained and has an excellent location, with popular attractions such as the National Museum, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, and even Chinatown nearby. What stood out to me the most: The Service The staff were amazing! Everyone was attentive, courteous, and pleasant, from the guards and concierge to the receptionists and room service staff. I could tell they are well-trained and professional. Special shoutout to Sir Ivan for taking such good care of us and even taking the time to play a little with our son. You truly made our day! Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they were. I needed a needle and thread to sew a piece of clothing, and they were able to provide it promptly. The Buffet Breakfast There were plenty of options, everything we tried was delicious, and it offered great value for the price. The Room The room is definitely old, but it was clean and came with complete amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary items provided, such as bottled water, coffee, and tea, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing I would suggest to management is to gradually replace some of the older fixtures and items that are already showing signs of wear. For example, the bathroom rubber mat had some mold spots, likely due to moisture, and the toilet paper holder had a bit of rust. Other than those minor issues, we had a really great stay. Highly recommended for families!"

"Saya menggunakannya buat kali pertama dan sangat menyukainya sehingga saya mendaftar masuk dua kali minggu itu. Adik perempuan dan anak-anak saya pun check in dua kali. Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi tahun ini. Selamat berkenalan"

"We stayed for one night. When I booked the room, it clearly indicated that the maximum capacity was 3 people, and my booking was for 3 guests. The breakfast was also indicated as being for 3 people. However, the booking stated that we could check with the hotel upon arrival if the additional person would be free of charge or subject to an extra fee. I honestly wouldn’t have minded paying for an extra person’s breakfast. However, when we arrived at the hotel and were checking in, I was charged for the third person, even though my booking clearly indicated 3 guests. Apparently, the third person was not included in the amount I paid through Trip.com. It was a bit confusing because what was indicated on the app did not seem to match the actual booking at the hotel. It clearly showed that my reservation was for 3 people. Anyway, we were already there, so there was nothing much I could do except not let it ruin our mood because we just wanted to relax. Now, when we entered the room, the TV was another issue. Almost none of the channels were watchable because the signal was so poor. It felt like we had to search for a signal just to get a clear picture. Nakakaloka! Thankfully, the Wi-Fi worked, and I was able to connect my Apple TV, so at least we were still able to watch something. Another thing happened when my companion accidentally dropped their charger. When they looked under the bed, they found two oranges that seemed to have been left behind by the previous guest. That made us wonder if the rooms were being cleaned properly. There were also no power outlets near the bed and no outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer, which was quite inconvenient. As for breakfast, it was ₱799 per person. But the options were quite limited: rice, eggs, hotdog, corned beef, potato wedges, two kinds of fruit—papaya and watermelon—pandesal, and sliced bread. At one point, the bread almost caused their microwave to catch fire! They also had coffee and juice. I was honestly disappointed because, considering the price, I expected more. For the same price, you can find all-you-can-eat breakfast options with a much wider variety of food. In terms of service, though, the staff were very nice and helpful. That’s something I really can’t complain about. The hotel itself is already quite old. I understand that it may be considered affordable, but even if the hotel is old, I still hoped that the overall experience would feel worth the price. For me, the breakfast was definitely not worth ₱799 per person. For comparison, Manila Prince Hotel, which is more affordable than Bayview, exceeded my expectations. The hotel is also quite old, but the quality of their service—especially the breakfast—is on a completely different level. Anyway, we still enjoyed our stay because we were there to relax and spend time together. But would I book again? Probably not, unless I really need to stay there because of its location and accessibility to the places I need to go."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely designed, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Ps. I got upgraded to bigger room at the residence side as my previous room having an issue from the noise of the maintenance. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, with something to suit different preferences. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Their attitude and hospitality were exceptional across every area. Everyone was warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always welcoming. The level of service really made the stay feel special. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again in my next visit during October."

"Walaupun kakitangannya baik dan sopan, ia tidak dapat menyembunyikan dan mengabaikan kepentingan kebersihan di dalam bilik. Saya datang dari penerbangan yang jauh & saya menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan, walaupun mengetahui bahawa saya hamil, saya mendapati ia membimbangkan kerana sebaik sahaja saya tiba, ia tidak dibersihkan dengan betul. Walaupun hotel ini tidak baharu, kebersihan harus diutamakan dan terdapat bahan kimia untuk kotoran dll. Gambar-gambar ini diambil SETELAH SAYA TIBA dan ia membuatkan saya sedih. Saya menginap di sini sebelum ini tetapi tidaklah seteruk ini.. Saya telah menginap di hotel yang berbeza tetapi malangnya ia telah penuh ditempah jadi saya memilih hotel Go tetapi saya harus katakan saya kecewa & saya takut untuk kembali lagi Cadar juga sudah bernoda. Saya paranoid kerana ia tidak dibasuh dengan betul Saya sendiri bekerja di kapal untuk katering, sebab itu saya sedar bahawa perkara ini boleh dielakkan atau diperbetulkan Tetapi pujian untuk kakitangan yang hormat dalam cara mereka menyapa dan bercakap.. Saya juga memberitahu kaunter penerimaan tetamu bahawa bilik lain di sebelah saya bising & dengan sopan meminta bantuan untuk memberitahu bahawa saya tidak boleh tidur. Saya perlu bangun pada pukul 3 pagi untuk membuat persediaan perubatan saya & saya juga melanjutkan penginapan saya tetapi keadaannya sama kebersihan benar-benar perlu diambil serius"

"Solid stay, especially if you're hitting up MOA or a concert Honestly, the location alone makes this place worth it. It’s super close to the Mall of Asia, MOA Arena, IKEA, and SMX—you can easily just walk over, which saves you the massive headache of dealing with grab traffic or parking after an event or concert. It’s also just a quick 15-20 minute ride to the airport. The rooms are surprisingly huge with tons of space to move around, and the beds are really comfy. Plus, having a 12:00 PM checkout is a major lifesaver if you want a relaxed morning and don't want to rush out early. The breakfast buffet has a pretty good spread of local and Western food to fuel up for the day, and the staff here are genuinely nice and helpful. The only downsides are that the property is starting to look a little dated in some areas (wallpapers, older TV setup, etc.), and the Wi-Fi can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on your room. The pool is also a bit on the small side with not much shade. But for the price, space, and convenience? It’s a great value. Definitely a solid, hassle-free choice if you need a spot to stay near the arena or airport. Would stay here again!"
