It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality. However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. The experience was really good. The room is quiet, so I get to sleep well every day. There is common spaces for socializing and working. People there are very friendly and nice. This is why I like this kind of accommodation when it comes to solo traveling. On the check out day, the staff at the counter even gave me an Indian dessert🥹🥰✨

The maintenance is good, clean and new property. the room size is very small and they have only one lift, so sometimes we need to wait for a long time. The staff are really humble. The washrooms are clean

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Despite the renovation of the lobby, it was not noisy or dusty. Service was impressive especially at the breakfast buffet. Chef came to our table every morning for special requests! We had an extra bed in our room and it was spacious to accommodate us! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Would stay again. Highly recommended! 👍😉🤩💕

Its good to stay hotel. Good rooms comfortable bed and bathroom. The room equipment like tv, kettle are not great but its doesn’t matter much to me for overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

Small room but clean, the staffs are helpful and friendly. Will continue to stay with them on my next visit to Bangalore. Breakfast spread is okay with me.
