We stayed at the Tel Hotel for 1 night and it was a wonderful experience! Edouard and his mother Mounira welcomed us with great kindness and humour, and full of advice on restaurants and shops. The hotel was impeccably kept, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Mounira's breakfast was the best we had during our 2 weeks in Jordan. We highly recommend it! And it's very close to Madaba town centre and St George's church. Thanks again to both of you!

Kempinski Ishtar exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable. The stay was much better than expected. The rooms are very comfortable and have a balcony, facing the Dead Sea. The choice between 5 pools is really great, as well as direct access to the Dead Sea. In line with the legendary Jordanian hospitality, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, thanks to our longer stay, we got to know some of the staff members better and, therefore, we would like to thank Tamih for wonderful bellydance shows every evening – they were very entertaining and it was amazing that she invited people to dance with her – very fun! Our trip to Petra and back to the hotel with Adnan, the driver, was very entertaining, and we learned a lot about that part of Jordan. There were also had very kind and friendly lifeguards – Hani and Mousa – who made sure that we have everything we needed for our stay by the pool. In addition, there were some great waiters – Jan, Suhaib and Elias – who brought us fresh and tasty orange juice and Turkish coffee. Floating in the Dead Sea was also great thanks to Jalal, who made sure we have the information we need. As we consider the Lebanese cuisine restaurant Rehan the best out one in Kempinski Ishtar, we went there of ten enough to thank Chef Abu Eiles, Omar, Mousa, Bajes and Ahmad – who made sure the food was delicious and we were properly served. But Blu and Obelisk also served delicious food.

Le personnel a été plus que top ! J’ai rencontré des problèmes avec mon bagage qui était resté bloquer à l’aéroport de Istanbul. Le personnel a été bienveillant, compréhensif et à l’écoute. Un grand merci au patron de l’établissement qui a pris le temps de m’aider dans les démarches ! De plus l’hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville. Les différentes activités et les lieux d’intérêt sont tous facilement accessible à pieds. Je recommande vivement !

The hotel is really beautiful, very modern and new. The rooms are a great size. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The hotel is located very close to the center of Madaba. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of different dishes. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, the wonderful swimming pool was the best addition. We liked our stay here so much that we returned for another night at the end of the trip.

Отель очень хороший , здесь замечательно расположены номера все с видом на море , виды потрясающее!!!Отличный бассейн с морской солью , это очень важно он не хлорированный ☝️и так же с видом на море , вечерами тут очень красивые закаты 🌆 Рекомендую ! Это лучшее предложении цена-качество !

Great hotel, big and very comfortable room. It was very silent. The buffet was good (dinner and breakfast). The staff was very polite. The public areas are very nice too! However, the shower was terrible, barely working, at least in our room. I suggest you to test it before getting comfortable so you can change the room if necessary.

This hotel was a very comfortable stop on our 2 week holiday in Jordan. The room was very spacious, the decoration was lovely and it was well supplied with toiletries, water, tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay very easy. We didn't use the restaurant apart from breakfast but there was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was good. I must recommend the small gift shop in the lobby which had an excellent range of gifts at very reasonable prices. Madaba itself is great, unlike Amman you could walk around easily, there were lots of tourist sites but also a chance to experience a bit of Jordanian daily life. I would definitely recommend a visit to Madaba and a stay at the Mosaic City Hotel.

Dreamy location, shame about the hotel. The surroundings are amazing but the hotel itself is dirty, unmaintained and very disappointing. -mouldy showers -broken lights -slimey pool -broken lift -faulty electrics We decided to leave early and go to the hilton hotel 30 mins down the road.

Mariam Hotel is definitely a bit dated, but in general it’s not a bad hotel. There were a lot of positive aspects during my stay, but I have to be honest about the negatives too, which I will elaborate on later. Firstly location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, and you’re surrounded by a multitude of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. I didn’t really converse a lot with the staff, but everyone seemed friendly enough. Breakfast was quite substantial, and I really liked that most items were clearly labelled. There are filtered water stations throughout the building where you can refill your water bottles for free. WiFi was very good. My room was spacious, comfortable, and despite being a little worn around the edges - it was clean. Bedding and towels smelled fresh. Now for the negative issues, which I feel I need to be honest about so you can make an informed choice about booking based on facts: I was there for 2 nights, during my stay I had 4 showers - 3 of which were freezing cold. I thought maybe this was due to the water being heated by solar panels, as the only time I had a relatively warm shower was at around 4pm. If this is the case, good luck during the winter months! The wardrobe/cupboard had a damp musty smell. I was going to hang some clothes up, but decided not to. There was also a blanket in there which I was going to use, but that smelt like mildew. Maybe I just got unlucky with my room, as plenty of other people seemed to really enjoy their stay. But because of what I experienced I would not stay here again, not unless the management could guarantee these issues had been resolved.

Stayed here for one night in May 2023. Pros: 1) The place is 15 min walk to the town centre. There are several restaurants nearby. You can reach all important sights by walk. 2) The wifi was free with good speed and connectivity. 3) The tariff is cheap. 4) The room and bathrooms were clean and spacious. 5) Bathroom had all modern amenities. 6) The front desk staff spoke good English. 7) There is parking available behind the hotel. 8) The place is quite at night and sleep quality was good. 9) The breakfast spread was decent (not great). And the breakfast is served early 7:00 am. Cons: 1) The quality of breakfast could be improved. The food did not seem very fresh.
