I came here with high expectations and they were met and superceeded. The hotel, the services and especially the staff were exceptional! In the nights the entertainment program was a highlight and I would like to especially mention Sara who with her warm personality made the visit unforgettable!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel, tout s’est bien passé. J’ai failli annuler mon séjour en voyant les commentaires mais je ne l’ai pas fait et j’en suis heureuse. Il est vrai que l’hôtel n’est pas un hôtel de luxe mais niveau qualité prix rien à dire. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine couverte et chauffée et la nourriture était très bonne.

The Apartments were very nice but the Maintenance and readiness were appalling. These things I noticed when entering the apartment. No sink Plugs in the kitchen or bathroom. Television didn't work, socket in the lounge didn't work. Door to Veranda falling apart. Kitchen draws broken and crooked. Bedroom dressing table stool broken and dangerous. Very nearly all the windows/doors were very badly fitted, making the the whole place very drafty those that I could open anyway. The Kitchen cutlery was of such poor quality that the forks bent when eating anything. I stayed there out of necessity but I would never spend a holiday in one Worst thing was, that I left a kitchen bowl there by mistake. I went back latter that day and asked about it's return and was told that it had been thrown away?? It took 4 visits and 3 days for the Director to arrive and agree that they would replace the bowl.

Hello i come to this hotel with my family i find alot beautiful things here specially animation they do alot of fun and partys and alot of good things that made us happy and for restaurant is good too but the food is 50/50 and the service too and about the room i didnt like it is kinda bad but its fine and they have a good pool is so big i enjoyed it so yea bye thank ya for your good work.

Imbattable rapport qualité prix 32 euros pour demi pension literie de qualité les chambres au 5ème étage entièrement rénovée avec goût literie top douche avec un super carrelage petit déjeuner très copieux un personnel aux petits soins la Tunisie comme on l aime depuis 1984 je voyage en Tunisie je retrouve à chaque fois dans cet hôtel l hospitalité Tunisienne merci

صراحة من أفخم الفنادق الموجودة في تونس، سواء من حيث شساعته ومكانه الرائع بقربه لشاطئ البحر، وكذا موضعه الذي يسمح يتواجد أشعة الشمس طيلة اليوم، كما يتوفر على مسبح كبير يتوسط الفندق بشكل رائع، بالإضافة إلى ديكور وهندسة عربية مميزة تكسوها أشجار النخيل، كل هذا يضاف إليه الإطعام الرائع والخدمات الأخرى المتوفرة مثل قاعة الرياضة والمسابح المرفقة. برافو للقائمين على الفندق.

Hotels really lovely and the staff are very friendly. Farah & Manar made sure I was well informed and had activities to do. Theres a great range of food to eat. Overall it was a great trip and I couldn't be more grateful to the staff for looking after me.

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain. We had the most amazing time at this resort… it could definitely do with a bit of a make over with the fittings and fixtures. Our bath has definitely seen better day and the taps could do with a deep clean! HOWEVER … the entertainment staff are absolutely incredible. They work incredibly hard and are so friendly! They speak really good English as well and try to understand and learn about your culture. Special shout out especially to BEBO!✨ but also to Bruno and Joe! They all have amazing communication skills and are great at making bonds with the guests! They encourage you to take part in activities and it’s easy to have fun and be around them! They have definitely made our stay 100 times better!! Before my husband (getto Pete, renamed by Bebo) and I left Bebo and Bruno made sure to take time to say goodbye to us even though it was after their shift! I’ll definitely miss our chats with Bebo! I don’t think they get the full credit that they deserve! They’re just amazing people, always happy to see you!!🫶🏼 Bebo, Bruno … we will see you again in the near future!🤞🏼🫶🏼 We also done a 2 day excursion trip to the colosseum and the Star Wars set.. truly magnificent! Our tour guide Farra, was incredible and went out of his way to make our tour the best experience possible for everyone! I would say that if you’re going to do it, book a longer stay because they’re long busy days but, absolutely totally worth every minute!!

Hotel decent enough, came in the winter so wasn’t what I’d expect but still had a good time, the staff from all areas of the hotel made it worth the while, from the animation team right down to the cleaning staff, especially Hanin, she’s fantastic, rooms are of a good standard and clean, shower was hot, all I would say is the food was repetitive which is to be expected when quiet. Going back on Hanin, she’s a very bubbly, hard working woman who would go to the edge of the earth for you, I watched her do almost a 24hr shift blowing balloons around the hotel to make Valentine’s Day special, she must have been exhausted but battled through! What an amazing woman! Much love to all hotel staff
