"New hotel but upkeep not good . Onsen is excellent and restaurant dinner and breakfast is good . The major and most cannot accept part is my room heat system doesn’t work . The hotel only provides two small heater in the room. I am paying $100,000 yen for a private onsen room and outside tempos -9 degrees at night . You told me the heat doesn’t work , that’s a joke ."

"A relax and nice view in Kusatsu. The hotel is located a bit far from bus terminal. However, there is a free shuttle bus service which connected with bus service. I strongly encourage the private onsen package where we can taste three different type of onsen in the hotel. My platinum ring changed colour, may be due to the acidity of onsen water😂. The dinner and breakfast inspired and it is good for family trip with a number of accessible service for elderly with physically limitations."

"If you want to experience authentic Japanese tatami-style accommodation and stroll around in traditional yukata, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located near all the hot springs, and accommodations here include a rich dinner and breakfast. It’s highly recommended for families or couples traveling together. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. 1. Intrusive Wake-Up Call: On the second day, we were jolted awake at 9:00 AM by a phone call from the front desk just to ”confirm” our dinner time. There is absolutely no excuse for disturbing a guest's sleep for such a trivial matter, especially when a simple note under the door or a message on the phone system would suffice. 2. Dinner Reservation Fiasco: We had a confirmed reservation for the 9:00 PM dinner slot. When we arrived at the restaurant on time, we were rudely told we only had 15 minutes left to eat because the restaurant was closing. Why offer a 9:00 PM slot if you intend to close 15 minutes later? Their excuse was that they ”tried to call” to move us to a 7:30 PM slot. This is a lie—we were in our room all day and never received any call or message. Their poor internal communication and lack of a reliable system ruined our evening. 3. Sneaky Late Check-Out Fee: The hotel failed to inform us of the checkout time or the fees for late checkout. We were just 15 minutes late (at 10:15 AM), and they charged us 3,000 yen on the spot. This predatory fee was not mentioned during check-in, nor was it clearly stated in any visible policy. It feels like a scam to squeeze more money out of guests. 4. Useless Luggage Storage: After checkout, we simply wanted to store our luggage for a few hours before leaving town. They told us we had to pick it up by 12:00 PM noon. What is the point of offering ”storage” if it is only for an hour or two? This is an inconvenience, not a service. Overall, this hotel is run by people who seem to care more about collecting fees than providing hospitality. The room is quite spacious and features wooden flooring, so you’ll want to move carefully to keep the noise down. There’s a public bath available since the room doesn’t have a shower. "Generally the hotel has been renovated so it has clean and new facilities. However, some items like the TV is dated. It had a large carpark (free) if you are driving. The onsen is clean and modern. You can make use of their sister hotel’s onsen just next door. Free coffee and pastries provided in the afternoon. The hotel also provide Yukata and Japanese style slipper for guest. It would be better if they provided a basket instead of plastic bag for guest to carry their belongings around when going for bath."

"酒店非常豪華，可能是我住過最豪華的温泉酒店了。從進入大堂就被驚艷，房間和各處設施也都非常寬敞高級，居住體驗極其舒適。出酒店走十分鐘左右就能到草津湯畑，晚上特別漂亮，值得體驗。早晚餐都是自助形式，餐品口味非常好。以酒店的標準評價，這家能拿滿分。 但想提一點建議。作為温泉酒店，考慮到酒店房間特別多，住客量也特別大，相比之下温泉池數量少，池子也不夠大，也沒有私湯，這就導致温泉池總是很多人，泡湯體驗不夠好，匹配不上酒店的其他部分。如果能多開幾個私湯，或者公共浴池再大一點，環境再豐富一點，可能會更好。"

Hiasan adalah hiasan mewah Jepun yang biasa Ia tidak membuatkan orang berasa mewah, tetapi butirannya sempurna. Ia adalah hotel yang baru diubah suai. Rakan-rakan yang suka hotel baru mesti tidak ketinggalan. Khususnya, terdapat dua orang kakitangan dari Nepal yang mesra, mesra dan memberikan perkhidmatan standard. Mereka mempunyai kualiti yang sama seperti wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang menerima saya. Mereka patut digalakkan. Sarapan pagi dan makan malam adalah sangat mewah dan bahagiannya sangat besar sehingga saya malangnya tidak pergi ke bar snek berhampiran untuk makan apa-apa. Ia hanya berjalan kaki selama tiga minit ke pusat bandar. Kolam air panas hotel ini sangat bersih dan kemas. Secara keseluruhan, walaupun harganya lebih mahal, ia pasti berbaloi dengan wang yang dicadangkan untuk rakan-rakan yang sukakan kebersihan untuk memilih hotel ini."
