"The hotel offered us a very nice experienced to stay in the classic yet cozy ambiance. With the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and patient to answer all my inquiry and misunderstanding. The hotel itself is very interesting for me to explore and the onsen experienced is very nice and marvelous. The river view very scenic and everywhere I captured the photo it always turn out so great."

"館内もお部屋も広く、清潔感がありました。 セルフチェックインの利用も初めてでしたが、スムーズにできました。 朝食サービスにパンがあると嬉しいのと、お風呂場の脱衣所及び洗面台前に髪の毛が落ちていたので、お掃除があると助かります。 湯畑にも徒歩圏内ですが、小雨だったので無料の送迎車を利用しました。 次回もまた利用したいです。"

"Sepasang pengantin baru datang untuk meraikan ulang tahun perkahwinan mereka yang pertama dan ia sangat sesuai!! Lokasi, Kebersihan, Kemesraan, Keadaan, Makan Malam dan Sarapan adalah makanan yang sedap, tetapi saya rasa ia mungkin tidak sesuai dengan citarasa Korea. Ia adalah bilik tatami Campuran Barat Zeppen. Ia adalah bilik yang sempurna. Khususnya, bilik itu mempunyai meja duduk ***a Jepun, dan meja dengan ruang untuk meletakkan kaki anda nampaknya satu-satunya bilik ***a ini. Terdapat juga tempat mandi awam dan tempat mandi terbuka. Tempat mandi awam dibuka sepanjang malam, dan mandian terbuka dibuka sehingga jam 12 tengah malam. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa masa bersih adalah dari jam 10:00 hingga 3:00. 3 minit berjalan kaki dari Yubatake Ia adalah yang terbaik dalam pelbagai cara! Saya pasti akan kembali lagi dengan ibu bapa saya."

"Title: Unforgivable service, ridiculous charges, and total lack of respect for guests. My stay at Kamenoi Hotel Kusatsu Yubatake was a complete disaster from start to finish. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. 1. Intrusive Wake-Up Call: On the second day, we were jolted awake at 9:00 AM by a phone call from the front desk just to ”confirm” our dinner time. There is absolutely no excuse for disturbing a guest's sleep for such a trivial matter, especially when a simple note under the door or a message on the phone system would suffice. 2. Dinner Reservation Fiasco: We had a confirmed reservation for the 9:00 PM dinner slot. When we arrived at the restaurant on time, we were rudely told we only had 15 minutes left to eat because the restaurant was closing. Why offer a 9:00 PM slot if you intend to close 15 minutes later? Their excuse was that they ”tried to call” to move us to a 7:30 PM slot. This is a lie—we were in our room all day and never received any call or message. Their poor internal communication and lack of a reliable system ruined our evening. 3. Sneaky Late Check-Out Fee: The hotel failed to inform us of the checkout time or the fees for late checkout. We were just 15 minutes late (at 10:15 AM), and they charged us 3,000 yen on the spot. This predatory fee was not mentioned during check-in, nor was it clearly stated in any visible policy. It feels like a scam to squeeze more money out of guests. 4. Useless Luggage Storage: After checkout, we simply wanted to store our luggage for a few hours before leaving town. They told us we had to pick it up by 12:00 PM noon. What is the point of offering ”storage” if it is only for an hour or two? This is an inconvenience, not a service. Overall, this hotel is run by people who seem to care more about collecting fees than providing hospitality. "Great location and overall a good stay. I would consider staying again. However, the soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and the neighboring room, including an alarm that rang for a long time early in the morning. If you are sensitive to noise, this hotel may not be suitable. 立地がとても良く、全体的には満足でした。また宿泊候補の一つです。ただし、防音がかなり悪く、廊下や隣の部屋の音、早朝のアラーム音がはっきり聞こえました。音に敏感な方にはおすすめできません。"

The room is quite spacious and features wooden flooring, so you’ll want to move carefully to keep the noise down. There’s a public bath available since the room doesn’t have a shower. The hotel also offers a continental breakfast. Staffs are polite and welcoming"

"Room was ok sized but a bit far from the main attractions. Had a bus that brings u around. Hot sring is very hot.would appreciate that temperatures were displayed in large numbers and a clock in the shared bath to track."
