Room is expected of a Japanese hotel. The room is slightly bigger in fact, and very clean. The hotel in conveniently located near Takasaki Station with direct pedestrian bridge access. Vending machines in hotel and conbini is nearby.

A super awesome hot spring hotel. The front desk and staff in various areas are very warm and considerate. We booked a Japanese-style room, which is super big. It is no problem to do free gymnastics in it. After dinner, the staff helped us lay out the cloth, which was so soft and comfortable. We also saw the beautiful and warm sunrise the next morning. After arriving at the hotel, we added a buffet dinner (unfortunately, the Kaiseki meal set was already booked). It was the first time to experience pushing a cart to get the buffet and making marshmallows by myself. The selection was very rich and the food was delicious. After dinner, we added a hot spring project, which was semi-open-air. It was a super experience and fun. The hotel room rate also includes two breakfast buffets. The variety of breakfast is very rich. It turns out that natto and raw eggs are so delicious when added to rice. The freshly made pancakes here are also very delicious, and the pudding is also superb. You can also see koi when soaking your feet on the first floor. In short, it is a great and unforgettable experience!

It is a clean hotel close to the station. I used it in the parking lot with my family. Three-dimensional parking lot の waiting place が smoking place になっており and when i get on and off my family's car, i'm going to have a smoker I was worried about the smell of cigarettes.

The hotel has a good location, very close to the bus station and Shiduan Street. The hot springs have gold and silver hot springs, as well as open-air hot springs. The food is also good, and the waiters are very responsible.

This hotel service is very in place. Because the road on the mountain is iced, it is impossible to ride forward. There are more than ten kilometers to the hotel and it has begun to go dark. I have to withdraw to the convenience store near the foot of the mountain and call the hotel for help. There is an English-speaking waiter. When the clerk is asked to explain the location to them, Send a car to pick us up at the hotel immediately, and although it was already more than 8 pm when we arrived at the hotel, we still prepared dinner for us! Check out the next day and send us back to facilitate super business pick-up. This kind of hospitality, I will definitely come back next time!

Environment: The room smelled of kerosene. I had a headache and sore throat. I asked to change rooms in the middle of the night. It was much better after changing to another room, but the corridor also smelled of kerosene. Service: The meal time was too fixed. The latest in the morning was 8:00. If you couldn't get up, you could only eat cold breakfast. In addition, dinner was on time at 18:00 and the stall had to close at 19:00. If you arrived late, you still had to eat cold dishes and cold rice. We booked for 5 days, and the side dishes were almost unchanged. The main dishes were basically the same. It's okay to stay for 2 days, but it's not recommended for more than 2 days. The hotel is not very flexible.

It's close to Takasaki Station, about 8 minutes away. The price is higher than other hotels. Breakfast was also very good. I'll use it again next time.

I really liked the Comfort Hotel. Great location, easy access from maebashi train station and quick walk to shopping areas. The room was just what we needed with helpful amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.
