この価格帯で、こんな酷い食事、部屋とは思わなかった。部屋は暖房が効かず特別に寒い日であったにも関わらず毛布一枚だけ、たまらず押し入れから布団を出してしまいました。食事は会場も暗い照明で活気がなく、バイキングなのに品数、味共に少なくファミレス並みで救いは浴場だけ。。。約50年ぶりに宿泊しましたが凋落ぶりに開いた口がふさがりませんでした。創業者が祖母の知人であったので残念でなりませんが再訪は無いでしょう。

The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

　私たちが盛岡市での宿泊先に選んだのは、東横イン盛岡駅南口駅前です。盛岡駅近くには二つの東横インがあります。わずかですが駅に近いのが「盛岡駅前」で、北上川沿いに近いのが「盛岡駅民味口駅前」です。私たちは盛岡に到着後、ホテルの駐車場に車を入れたまま、徒歩で森岡観光をしようと思ってたいたので、盛岡城跡公園などの見どころが近いこちらのホテルにしました。実際は、駅までの時間も、城跡公園までの時間も１分程度の違いでした。 　東横インですから豪華ではありませんが、こちらの東横インも、館内も客室内も明るくきれいで、快適でした。無料の朝食バイキングは客室に持ち帰っていただくこともできるので、朝食会場が込み合っていても問題ありませんでした。

I like this hotel because of the river next to the hotel. Make sure book a room overlook the harbour. Convenient location as about 10 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast not really impressive. With laundry service so is good. No onsen. Still a good choice if you wish to balance the cost and the location

Traditional Huge Hotel block located at the top of small hill, easy access by car and bit remote for OK 30mins walk from nearest Sanriku Tetsudo Railway Horinai station ,which is a nice scenic railway. 80s style interior but very nice clean quite environment and in good condition, staffs are polite and helpful. Most rooms can directly see the ocean through the balcony, I enjoyed a stunning Pacific Ocean sunrise , the semi-outdoor osens have the same oceanic view too, wonderful. Meal can be provided , reasonable price and good quality, u have to pre-order food while you check in. I had a wonderful stay in the hotel .

Our family of 3 adults and 1 kid, two miniature dachshund completely enjoyed this hotel. The seafood at the dinner was the best ever we have experienced all through our life when we live along the sea or oversea including US or Europe. Glass Bottle full of sea urchin is what you can enjoy at the sea, I believe, and my husband and my mom love UNi, sea urchin said that size and quality there will be unbeatable. Later on the same day I witnessed a smaller bottle of sea urchin in Morioka Station sold at ¥3980. It was my mom’s birthday and they offered us all drinks to celebrate it at the dinner:). the room is cozy and comfortable, clean, well maintained after reconstruction, the damage of 2011 earthquake and tsunami. There’s a corner on the first floor to memorize the disaster and tragedy plus how they have worked to rebuild the area and community. I’m not a local but this is my place of origin. We share the same value and belief to treasure the life, people and connection in Iwate.

Possibly the best experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. The ambiance when you walk in is peaceful and almost spiritual. The room I had was apartment sized with its own onsen and dining room for which we had a 9 course dinner served to us as well as breakfast the following morning. We had our own assistant who looked after us every step of our stay. The hotel had amazing central garden with snow covered forest surrounding which made it even more cosy. I decided to use the in house onsen to try the larger hot pools which was equally relaxing as our in room smaller one. The food, service and experience was out of this world and highly recommended.

Excellent onsen hotel located in 雫石盯. Easy to find but need a car better. The scenary is quiet and beautiful. Onsen itself is so good. The japanese style room is big and clean with a toilet. Tatami bed is very comfortable. Only downside is the room next to our room is a large room living 8 ppl, so easily listen ppl talking and walking in and out with door closing noise. But host is so helpful that he went to talk to them about the noise. Service is very good. Recommended.

久々にマルカン食堂にでも行くかー、の乗り思いつきで、この予約サイト見たらラッキーな事にツインルームが空いていたので速攻予約、部屋も最上階の南側だったので更にブラボー！ 部屋自体は安定のルートインクオリティ。 幹線道路が間近だけど全然うるさく無いです。空調も部屋ごとのエアコンだし空気清浄器もあってバッチリですね。トイレと一緒のユニットバスも広さは充分だし水量もグー、朝食はバイキングで赤魚の塩焼きと厚揚げの餡かけとヨーグルトが美味しかったです。品揃えもあってすごくまんぞくでした。まー、人それぞれだけど、ウチらにはヘッドがちと硬かったです。

平泉観光のために1泊利用しました。シングルルームでした。宿泊して良かった点、気になった点を3点ずつ記載します。 ■良かった点 （1）立地が良かった 一関駅西口を下りると、ホテルが見えます。駅から近いのは本当に便利でした。 （2）清潔だった 清掃はきちんとされており、清潔感はありました。 （3）喫煙可能な客室があった 愛煙家にとっては、喫煙可能な客室は必須です。こちらのホテルに決めた一番の理由です。これからも喫煙可能な客室は残して欲しいと思います。 ■気になった点 （1）スタッフの受け答えがマニュアル通り チェックインの際、翌朝のモーニングコールをお願いしました。スタッフはその質問に慣れているのか、間髪入れず「出来ないんです」との返答。客室から自分で設定するようにとのこと。仮にそのような運用になっているとしても「申し訳ございません」と最初に言ってから、フロントでは出来ないことを言った方が、随分と印象が変わる気がしました。 （2）朝食バイキングが中止していた 新型肺炎の影響で、朝食バイキングは中止していました。お弁当が用意され、他におにぎりやパンはありました。パンは1枚ずつラップに包まれていました。客室に持って行って食べることも可能です。ご当地らしいメニューはありませんでした。このご時世で仕方ない部分はありますが、ちょっと残念でした。なお、これについてはチェックイン時は一切説明がありませんでした。 （3）エレベーターが1機だけしかない 館内にエレベーターは1機しかありません。そのため、タイミングによってはかなり待つことになります。 以上となります。ビジネスホテルとしては十分に合格点だと思います。また宿泊したいホテルの1つです。
