I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Great stay if you are looking for a convenient location for public transit and clean amenities. Access to plenty of konbinis, cheap eats and shopping streets as well. The lockers were compact which made it challenging during our 5 night stay. Hope they will consider a packing stall area to make it easier when repacking. Also recommend a laundromat close by (Fuwafuwarando Omachiten Coin Laundry).

宿泊費のお手頃さとHOTELの朝食、夕食の内容も大満足できるホテルです。立地条件やホテル全体に開放感があり快適に過ごせました。強いて言えばトイレやバスルームが古かったり、便座が冷たいため勢いつけて座る点が少し残念でしたがトータルでみても満足できます。今度はブルーインパルスが練習している時にでもお世話になりたいと思います。

Amazing location. Just a very short walk from Sendai station and is 2 doors away for another 2 subway line. Hotel is very newly opened so its very clean. The breakfast variety is good and delicious too. For those who are planning to send your luggage to Narita Aiport (maybe its too far), they wont be able to help. Instead they will refer you to the nearest Yamato Transport office to drop off your luggage which is 2 blocks away (5mins). And if you plan to have great breakfast at Sendai Market everyday, the location of this hotel is perfect, its just a 3 minute walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Sendai a lot and this hotel played a great part. Thank you

Overall: A lovely, spacious stay! We had a very satisfactory stay here. The location is great—while it’s not right next to the JR station, it’s a manageable 7–10 minute walk even with a stroller. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. One of the best parts was the room size; at 24 sq.m., it felt quite spacious compared to the usual Japanese standards! The price was also very reasonable. The only minor downsides were the lack of a closet (not much space to hang clothes) and the limited breakfast variety. Still, we’d definitely recommend it for the value and comfort!

Everything is good and especially the equipment is very user-friendly! Also, the room size is big enough to open your luggage !
