Enjoyed my stay here in my single room. Was clean and reception staff were friendly and kind. All facilities worked and some good places to visit in the area. Would stay here again if visiting Osh. The only thing that could be slightly better was the breakfast.

Нам семьёй очень повезло с выбором отеля, мы даже не ожидали что в городе Оше есть такого уровня отель. Остановились в стандартном номере, но в нем было все, что нужно гостю начиная от зубной пасты заканчивая жай намазом. Понравилось очень в спа комплексе, делают отличный массаж, парилки, нам все понравилось семьёй. Благодарность за отличный отдых всем сотрудникам отеля

Stayed here in June 2023 with friends and family. Hotel is located in the centre of town and is close to the Osh Bazaar, as well as lots of restaurants. There are also banks nearby for money exchange. The hotel is clean and staff are efficient. We checked into a room with extra bed already laid out…it was on the floor, but that’s fine as it was comfortable. Room was large and faced the street, but still quiet. Bathroom could’ve been bigger, and better set up. Lobby has a “bar” but they only serve non-alcoholic drinks…but the staff is happy to help with everything. Breakfast was in the restaurant at lobby level and was fairly standard for Kyrgyzstan. WiFi was uneven. Overall, it’s the best hotel in Osh.

I realize this is Osh and not a large city. But the Classic must have been a nice hotel a while ago ; clearly the standard has not been kept up. There was no provision in our room to open a couple of suitcases, the bathroom and amenities were really poor, towels a scary grey. Breakfast very disappointing. Maybe the pandemic knocked the business around, but they need to make a serious effort to do better.

オシュ観光の拠点として利用させていただきました。 宿は閑静な住宅街にあり静かに過ごせます。近所に商店がいくつもあり買い物にも便利です。世界遺産スライマン=トーも良く見えます。 女将さんはとても優しく親切で、国境越えで疲れている私の為にたくさんの心配りをしてくれました。かわいい息子さんと遊んだ事はこの旅の一番の思い出になるでしょう。 私は8人部屋に泊まりました。しっかりした壁とカーテンで囲われているのでプライバシーは守られます。トイレもシャワーも清潔でした。 素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。 また会う日が楽しみです。
