Puntos negativos: internet con mala señal, elevador muy viejo y lento. La zona está maso menos , durante el todo bien pero en la noche es un poco feo ahí.

Muy céntrico y seguro, yo salí varias veces a las 6:30 am y estuvo super tranquilo y seguro, siempre encontré a varios policías por la zona en rondines desde muy temprano. 3 cuadras del zócalo, tiendas de 24 horas en la esquina y restaurantes muy recomendables en menos de 10 minutos.
La habitación es cómoda, limpia, cumple con lo solicitado, me encantó que tuviera un pequeño jardín. el único detalle que tuve es que las puertas son de cristal transparente y las cortinas son claras entraba la claridad en la noche en la habitación me hubiera encantado que las cortinas sean oscuras, pero este detalle no fue algo que afectara gravemente el descanso, de ahí en fuera todo fue excelente.
El trato que recibí en recepción fue muy cálido, agradable, amable, me encantó que me hayan dado información y algunas sugerencias, incluso resguardaron unas horas mi maleta aun que ya había hecho el check out, también me ofrecieron cafecito de cortesía y cuentan con refrigerador con venta de aguas y refrescos para no salir a la esquina
A 10 minutos se ubican varios puntos de movilidad del metro. Todo estuvo excelente y lo super recomiendo.

Nice staff. Very well kept property. Slightly older but kept well very well. Daily cleaning of room is a plus. Location is close to metro and the MetroBus stops. Lot of eateries and supermarkets around. Walkable to some attractions like the Angel of Independence. I would stay here again. Affordable price. Safe deposit box is available. Big toilets. Nice view of the street. The only negative is the thin walls which is an issue if you have noisy neighbours.

The Perfect Base for Exploring CDMX
A fantastic, high-value stay! This Ibis is the definition of 'no-frills' done right—everything works perfectly and all the essentials are included without any unnecessary fuss. The location is truly second to none; being right next to the Juárez metro and steps from Alameda Central made exploring Mexico City so easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. At this price point, you really cannot ask for more!

Simplemente EL MEJOR HOSTAL al que puedes llegar en CDMX,!!
EXCELENTES instalaciones (áreas comunes, dormitorios coworking, terraza, cocina ,baños, regaderas ,etc ), Excelente impieza en todas las áreas y se podría mejorar el área de regaderas ya que se llega a salir el agua cuando se está bañando y eso hace que no esté seco el piso al 100% para cambiarse,, pero lo más sobresaliente son su personal : las chicas de recepción ANAHI Y DANIELA , definitivamente son además de ser profesionales y amables al recibirte tienen la disposición de ayudarte en todo momento para que tu estancia y experiencia sea un 11 de 10..empáticas y super atentas para dar la mejor atención y servicio... !!
Así como la chica responsable de la barra en la Terraza KARIME, con ella además de tener una excelente actitud para atenderte y darte el mejor servicio también hace que el tiempo que estás ahí sea ameno y divertido 😃 .
DE LOS HOSTALES EN EL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO ESTE DEFINITIVAMENTE ES UN 9 DE 10... !!

I really liked the location of this hostel, incredibly safe and beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. The floors creak alot and you hear almost every move everyone makes in the whole building.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.
Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)
My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
