호텔 정원과 시설이 매우 예쁩니다.
위치가 정말 좋은데 시끄러운 도로에서 아주 살짝 들어가서 밤과 낮에 조용하고 편안한 휴식을 갖을 수 있습니다
직원들 모두 친절하고 편안했어요.
객실은 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았어요
다음번에도 100프로 다시.이용하고 싶고 다른 분들에게도 추천하고 싶을 정도 입니다.

酒店距離城市中心非常近，附近餐廳也很多。晚上特別熱鬧，房間的隔音一般，在房間裏可以清晰的聽到外麪嘈雜的聲音，我男朋友覺得有些吵，但我還挺喜歡偶爾聽聽這種熱鬧歡樂的氛圍的。酒店有一部電梯，但我們的房間衹能從樓梯走，如果你有個很重的行李箱的話這其實不太方便。我們房間門口有一些座椅，幾個員工坐在上邊聊天，我們在房間裏可以清晰的聽到她們的聲音，我不確定她們是否也能聽清我們在屋裡的對話。並且第二天一大早她們就又在那裡聊天，我是被她們的聊天聲吵醒的。希望酒店可以讓她們不要在有客人入住的房間門口聊天。

This place is superb. A hidden location wirh private gates, parking, beautiful rooms so spacious. Staff very friendly. I loved that thwy used Dove bodywash and shampoo. The pool is beautiful and a bar with drinks and buffet breakfast. I would 100% return to this hotel. My children loved it

附近有飯店葯店，交通便利，對面的la bugger 味道還不錯，整體比較安全，視野比較好，房間不小，有冰箱，美中不足是淋浴噴頭不太好使，但是算是經濟實惠了

Bbm998I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day.
The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free.
While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience.
That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

EEe WanHotel location is good , rooms are big. On the first night the shower area drainage system was choked up but after we informed the hotel it was fixed within the day. Service is also good. The car park location is far from the hotel if you are driving .

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but very cozy, making them comfortable and inviting. Everything was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which I truly appreciated. The hotel has a lovely rustic design that creates a warm and charming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The only minor inconvenience was that the parking lot is located a bit far from the hotel. While this isn’t necessarily a negative aspect, it can be a bit troublesome, particularly when it’s raining.
Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

DDale StrackHotel staff are incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Parking is available and a must have when staying in San Miguel Allende. Breakfast from 9-11 included eggs cooked for you, not the usual you would have expected like cereal etc. The area is relatively quiet, we slept like babies. The location is an an easy and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel and the best way to travel back and forth from the city. Beautiful environment that lives up to its name, MANSION SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE!!!!

JJayyy3126Located on the intersection of the Panorámica street and Pozuelas Street . Areas look a bit sketchy but felt safe walking around. But still took precautions and got back early. The room was on the smaller side. Bathroom was very small. They don’t have 24hrs reception but you will be given a passkey to enter if you’re ever later than maybe 10pm. I usually got back before that. Getting to the city Centre is a 10min walk down the alleyway of the favelas. Keep going down and you will get back.

I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic.
Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

KKurzaIt’s great combination of price and quality. We like: 1) very quite rooms for nice sleep and 100% noise free despite location next to highway, 2) good hot water, which can be a problem in the country, but not in this hotel, 3) breakfast, which is not big, but has everything you need (check pictures), 4) friendly reception. Only problem was an elevator in the hotel (actually both elevators were problem), which wasn’t solved while our stay. Nice place!

GGuest UserRoom had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .

* There are 2 Holiday Inn Express in Silao.
* There are no buses from Guanajuato to BJX airport. Uber costs 400pesos. Take a bus to Silao(37 peso).
