We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the La Venta Park Museum featuring ancient Olmec artifacts,. It is in a commercial-industrial area, quite far from shopping, other atractions and restaurants. Its own restaurant is basic and modest, but plentiful. Unfortunately, the La Venta Park Museum is beyond its best days and looks quite shabby. The hotel staff would not go out of their way to help. They would not deign to mail us, at our cost, some clothing forgotten in a closet. Although they advertise putting their shuttle at the guests' service (given their remote location) within a radius of 4 km, we still had to pay for a taxi to the ADO bus station within this radius.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. The front desk staff were all very helpful even when we made some mistakes in our reservation.
The rooms are well cleaned, and if you meet the cleaning ladies, they are lovely friendly people. They can add towels and water if requested.
The fitness room seems complete and the swimming pool great. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy it since we stayed during the cold week in the city and there is not much direct sunlight to the pool.
The food at the restaurant is good, every day different options. Probably it is worth adding the breakfast next time I book there.
Highly recommended!

環境：很喜歡這裏的庭院，但是蚊蟲太多，我過敏了，很難受😣吃了3天葯才減輕
服務：熱情周到，尤其前台頭髮完全紮起來的白色衣服女生，她幫助了我很多，她的耐心和笑容讓我度過了愉快的8天～非常感謝她！雖然我離開時依然沒有勇氣詢問她的名字，但是我會想念她的！

La atención del personal es muy bueno, pero las habitaciones tiene muchos detalles, la tarjeta de acceso y los contactos de luz no siempre funcionan, los aparatos electrónicos son muy viejos y hace ver la habitación muy descuidada.

Tattered conditions. What i can’t understand is that even a badly rundown ironing board was provided in my room. Is that so difficult to replace it with a new or at least an intact one?
