The property is absolutely out of pokhara and very close to nature. To reach this place is tough but once you reach it, you will enjoy it. Awesome beautiful property. Nice polite staff and ready to help always. The swimming pool is superb. Over-all very happy

Security personnel proactively greeted us and took our luggage to the front desk. Manita at the front desk was very welcoming, and we extended our stay for two more days. Although the breakfast was mainly Western food, I, being accustomed to Chinese food, found it acceptable and satisfactory. We plan to visit Lumbini, and if we return, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros: You can see the Fishtail Peak from your room/hotel rooftop on the mountainside. You can enjoy the sunrise alone, but it takes more than half an hour to walk to the observation deck. The hot water is very hot. The breakfast is good. Cons: The waiter is perfunctory (they are evasive when asked about the sunrise time). It is far from the lake area and you can only ask the front desk to call a taxi. The price is about the same as going to the airport, and the hotel’s taxi call is more expensive. There are only two shuttle buses (10 am and 4 pm) and it is not free, with an extra charge of 1500.

I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.

An Oasis of Comfort and Warmth in Pokhara I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lake View Hotel in Pokhara! The cozy cottage I stayed in was perfect – comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed to provide a sense of calm and privacy. After a long trek, it was exactly the kind of retreat I needed. The bathtub was spectacular, offering a luxurious way to relax and soothe tired muscles. The extensive breakfast spread was another highlight – from fresh fruits to warm pastries and hearty options, it catered to every taste and set me up perfectly for the day. The location is ideal, and the serene environment makes it a perfect place to recover after a trek. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore Pokhara, Lake View Hotel provides an unmatched blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pokhara – I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating.  The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality.  Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained.  The towel rail was fitted  askew.  The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet.  I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings.  Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’. Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

The following is the real pictures and videos I took when I stayed at the hotel in Bokhara, Nepal, on February 14, 2024. Room 202 was checked in that day. Hotel location: Bokhara is more convenient for transportation, but it is within walking distance. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, it was taken on the same day. The bedding and linen look at the picture, the bed is quite comfortable. No disposable slippers are provided (generally not provided abroad). Hotel decoration: look at the picture for yourself. Toilet: Not dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the picture for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel very service-conscious and very willing during my stay. The picture of the hotel matches the picture of the actual room.

ok The environment is still very good, the habaozi, clean and tidy, no~ This is really the focus before seeing the big big in other hotels~ Do you know how scary it is, Baozis?

Late review from starting of Nov. Hotel Mountain View, Pokhara. The location is beside Fewa Lake and close to the airport, bus terminal, and Damside. Aarati is just a 20-minute walk away. The staff, especially the host Dhiraj, was friendly and accommodating, and the room design was simple and authentic. My overall experience during my 12-day stay was good! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and calm atmosphere for a long stay. And yes, the mountain views are stunning! The best seasons to visit are from March to May and September to November.

I returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues.  If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful.  The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).   Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized. In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and friendly service.
