Hotel Dengan Pools di Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil

Location is good however you will have strange experience when you want to store your luggage for few hours after you checked out, cause you need to pay 30 local dollars for this service. I never have this experience before.

People at the converge were very nice and helpful specially Gabriel been very nice, helped us with any question and demand we had, we were so happy that he was there solved many of our problems and helped out with every thing even when our uber stopped working he was so nice taking uber from his app for us  Made our trip much more comfortable  He definitely has to be promoted by Hilton

Excelente ubicación en el centro cerca de todo caminando puedes ir a lapa y a escalera selaron y los bares y la movida nocturna de Rio J espectacular !! El buen desayuno variado exquisito desde las 6.45 hasta las 10 am espacioso con buffet delicioso recomiendo 100% a los que quieran un hotel bueno bonito barato !! Ah otra cosa: la habit excelente Las camas las toallas el aire acond ufff que relajante la ducha una delicia !! Excelente…100% contento Somos una flia de Paraguay y estamos muy agradecidos Con atlantico bussines centro muchas gracias !! Volveremos sin duda !!!

Eu e meu Esposo já somos clientes neste hotel em cabo frio, há muitos anos porque sempre éramos bem atendidos. A localização dele é boa , os quartos são muitos bem limpos e cheirosos e o café da manhã também é bem servido no restaurante. Mas desta vez deixou a desejar no atendimento na recepção , fomos muito maltratados o recepcionista muito grosseiro, sei educação para tratar as pessoas que são hóspedes do hotel . Ele ainda falou pra mim e meu Esposo tanto faz vocês cancelar ou não as diárias, como se a gente fosse ninguém me sentir muito mal com essa situação porque fomos pra curtir e não se aborrecer e isso nunca aconteceu comigo. Pedimos pra falar com a gerente Alessandra que nem deu importância a nosso caso e ainda falou que é porque ele o recepcionista é novo . Enfim faltou educação e empatia com o atendimento aos hóspedes desse hotel. Fiquei decepcionada !!!

Great location, close to the beach and local shops. Highly recommend if on a budget and want to be close to copacabana. Only real negative is there online booking which doesn’t really accommodate non Brazilian guests. Tried to do before arriving, received about 10 emails to do this! And even then it would not accept without certain information that only Brazilian nationals have. And when we got to the hotel, they asked us to do the online check in too, which took 45 mins or so for them to realise there is a fault with it. And then checked us in within 2 mins.

Quarto grande, toalhas e roupas de cama novinhas, piscina ótima, como chegamos 18h , ainda entramos com criança na piscina, pena que a aquecida hidro é paga e bem puxadinho o valor. Ótima localização bem no centrinho, não precisa pegar o carro pra passear. Banheiro bom. E bem escuro e silencioso pra dormir. Voltaremos outras vezes.

The hotel has a nice location on the beach, but the property could do with some updates. The first room I went into had a funny smell, so I reported it to reception. The male receptionist looked at me, and as if he doubted my word After I insisted, he assigned me a new room, but it was left to me to move my luggage. . No support was offered and I couldn’t be bothered to ask. I did ask if there would be any complimentary water put in the room. He said he would get housekeeping to put some water, but I’m still waiting two days later.  Power outlets in the room are limited and not designed for modern travel. No USB points. The TV is old and not smart or Internet connected. There are no cable channels so nearly all of the channels are local language apart from one CNN news channel in English.. The hotel is quite noisy and dogs. The walls are thin and guests scrape furniture across the marble floors. This is relatively easy to remedy if the hotel cared. The rooftop pool was disappointing as it’s quite small and normally full of kids. The restaurant is closed after breakfast. There is a bar, but it’s never open.. The biggest problem I had was the Internet. It did not work properly in my room and kept cutting out every few minutes. I had to stand in the corridor or come down to the lobby in order to get any decent coverage. I complained to the staff, but they did nothing and just told me it works.. This was extremely frustrating and I certainly wouldn’t come back to this hotel again.

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived! This hotel offers money exchange (from USD). The location is perfect with lots of restaurant options around the area. Favorite part in this hotel is the buffet breakfast. Lots of options to choose from! Will definitely recommend to family and friends visitng Rio!

Некоторые сотрудники стойки регистрации не рады гостям отеля, совершенно не внимательны, отвечают с одолжением. Я попросил меня переселить в другой номер, мне сказали что завтра утром приходитете и мы вас переселим. Утром другой сотрудник сказал что никуда он меня переселять не будкт, мест нет и он не знает кто и что мне обещал. Другая сотруница меня отправила в химчистку-партнера отеля, когда та была закрыта (хотя уверяла что в воскресенье она точно работает).
