Our stay at the he Ramada was one of the best hotel experiences we have enjoyed. The room amenities are outstanding the kitchenette is fully stocked, dishwasher microwave, washing machine, dryer, excellent shower and vanity. The bed and beddings is very comfortable. Our greeting at reception as well as a seamless check-in and checkout were very much appreciated! Kudos to front of office and housekeepers! Ramada Wellington has set the bar very high .

The location and room type were fantastic! Being right next to the train station and ferry was so convenient, and I loved being able to walk along the beach. However, the room had a very unpleasant, damp odor—almost like old carpet or pet accidents. It didn’t feel clean at all, and I actually had to buy my own room spray to make it bearable. Great spot, but the room hygiene needs urgent attention.

We enjoyed our stay here at Tryp. The staff were friendly the room was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Wellington.

I stayed at Travelodge Hotel Wellington and overall had a good experience. The hotel is located right in the city centre, with a very convenient location. You can access the hotel from two sides — from Lambton Quay by taking the stairs up, or by car via Gilmer Terrace. The hotel has a small gym and a restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was tidy and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a good option for staying in central Wellington.

This was a short stopover in Wellington to board the early morning ferry to Picton as the hotel location was perfect for the city and ferry.. However we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Movenpick. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you would expect and more. We were delighted with the complimentary chocolate buffet at 4pm most unexpected but delicious. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

I opted for a private king room and it was pretty great. Very well equipped with a small fridge, a large king bed and its own bathroom. Moreover, being also a hostel then you have access to the kitchen and laundry room even when you're enjoying the privacy of your own room. The location was great too. A quick 5 minutes walk to Tepapa Museum which is itself a destination while in Wellington. În general you can walk to the nicest spots in the city within 10-20 minutes. Oh, and there's a big New World supermarket right across the street. I definetely recommend it and I'll come back to it.

Absolutely loved staying here. Great welcome by staff, excellent room with a congratulations gift for our 20 year anniversary. The decor is cutting edge the whole pkacebus high quality. Absolutely recommend the onside restaurants too.

An excellent choice in Wellington. Plenty of restaurants down the street a block from hotel. Fruit and small grocery across the street from front door. 500 meters from Cuba street and lots of eclectic shops. Excellent value , room was large and nice. Love the staff there. IQ of staff was higher than mine.

Easy to locate and is inside the airport. Handy for those late night arrivals and early morning departures. Have booked to stay again on my return home to Australia
