Staying at Hotel Andian Dream was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms are well-appointed and provide stunning views, making it a serene getaway. A special shout-out to Rocio, the receptionist and tour seller, who truly made our stay remarkable. Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests. Her knowledge and passion for the area made exploring a delight. Thank you, Rocio, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay at Hotel Andian Dream so special! Your dedication to your guests is truly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

Отель расположен очень удачно, рядом остановки, такси, магазины и кафе, номер был 508, чистый, но немного убитый с паутиной на окнах и неприятным запахом, кровать удобная, тепло, горячая вода есть, в наличии кусочек мыла и шампунь. Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак - шведский стол, из горячего - омлет, бесподобный фруктовый салат, йогурты, мюсли, чай-кофе, булочки, сыр, ветчина.

If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

マチュピチュに行くのに前泊の予約をしました。 フライトが遅れて結局泊まる事は出来ませんでしたが、チェックアウトの日にクスコ空港に到着したので3日後に宿泊する事をお伝えしたらこころよく荷物を預かってくださいました。

За свою скромную цену, пойдёт. Был один в хостеле, было тихо. Вода, душ, туалет исправно работают, чисто. Без отопления! Три одеяла, не замёрз )

値段に対するクオリティがとても高いです。 ベッドはしっかり分厚いマットレスですし、 ドライヤーなどはありませんがしっかり熱いお湯が出ます。 マチュピチュの前に泊まり、マチュピチュの後クスコに戻ってきて、リピートしたほどです。 リピートした時に間違えて予約を1ヶ月後にしていたのですが、 ホテルの方達はわかってくださっていたようで、 「あなたに予約ミスを伝える方法が分からなくて心配していた」と言ってくださいました。 部屋もダブルベッドじゃなくていいのか、など気を遣ってくださいますし、 私たちは利用しませんでしたが朝食も提供してくれます。 オーナーの方々はあまり英語が話せませんが、 翻訳機などを使って熱心に根気強く話してくれます。 クスコについてすぐの時はマップをくれて、 おすすめスポットなども全て書いて説明してくれました。 内装も可愛いです。 またクスコに来た時は利用したいと思います。 オーナーのおばさん、おじさん、本当にお世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。

酒店沒有電梯，攜程要注意跟酒店溝通，默認給老中三樓最靠後房型窗子採光都很差。甄選房寫的窗子和陽台床凳和麪積不符。跟前台嚴重argue之後恢復到了二樓主間。

This venue was perfect. In the high altitude of Cusco, there isn’t a better option! No stairs or high hills to climb to get to this hotel and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the plaza d’armas! It’s perfect. The old architecture and design is so cool! The bed was comfy, bathroom updated, it’s a great place! We wish we knew about this place for our initial stay in Cusco!
