Location is good, a stone’s throw away from SM MINDPRO. The bedroom floor needs polishing, it feels wet/sticky and dirty. We had to buy bedroom sleepers at the reception otherwise u cant walk barefoot inside the room your soles will turn brown. Hot shower doesn’t work. But otherwise okay. There is unlimited complementary water, u just have to get it from the hallway with a provided pitcher. Aircon works well. And I appreciate that they allowed early check-in with minimal fee.

I enjoyed staying here, their staff is very welcoming ❤️🥰 Location is good, near Sm, you will find many food stall and restaurants. So many choices! I’m happy that I chose ur good establishment, Keep up the good work guys! Surely we’ll be back again soon.

The hotel service, location and cleanliness are all excellent except for the wi-fi or poor internet connection.
I booked a De Luxe hotel for my parents who are seniors so they can relax and enjoy watching fave movies, series, browse internet while resting and most importantly that we can easily connect to check them thus, the room has a poor wifi connection.
Both were unable to use wifi during their 5 day stay and need to use their own data. They can connect to hotels wifi but need to go near the room door, least expected to a De Luxe Room.
We were expecting that they will have a good wifi connection as its a De Luxe Room and an expensive room.
Kindly improve your internet connection especially to your senior guests who wish to chill and relax only and can no longer use other amenities for their safety.

It's good, better as a budget hotel. Only lacking some amenities inside the room, and the location is quite far from the proper city. There is a nearby store so no problem if you forgot to buy something.

The hotel is located in a busy city, shopping and eating is convenient. A bit far from the airport. You can take 70 pesos on a tricycle. I didn't have a peso at the time. The police uncle helped me with the tricycle driver and spent a dollar to the hotel. The front desk service was not bad, and the room given was not listed online. The guard led to the nearby building. There was no window in the room, and it was requested to change the window. It took an hour to get it. The room is very spacious, the health is not bad, the building is very old. The shower is a family-style electric shower. It is equivalent to the level of hotel guest houses in China. The noise outside the window is too loud. The cars that run are jeepnets or trucks. The population density of Zamboanga is too high, and it is estimated that there will be no quiet hotel wherever you live.

The water supply is very good, amenities as well.
It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city.
Areas for improvement:
Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in.
We waited quite a long time to attend.
The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time.
The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable.
Words of appreciation to the management:
We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking.
We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city.
Overall, the place is still recommended.
I will consider it in the future and include to
Plan the transportation.

The unforgettable experience, the room that I booked was given to walk in customers which ended up me and my children sleeping at the hotel lobby waiting for 7 hours (1 am to 8am, I pre alerted that it's an early check in due to our travel time schedule).
Thanks to the night shift staff (I forgot the lady staff name, but I still remember her face) who ensured that we would get a clean room by 8am. It was the day shift staff that released my room booking.
Still we will book again in the future.
Recommendable. Just need to call one day before arrival to ensure booking is secured.
Service rates as good for the lady staff that assisted us.
Recommendation: pls invest in changing all the towels and bedsheets it is obvious that need to replace to look clean.
