"Everything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel."

"Didn't expect THAT good experience! Location is great: close to the trains station, shops, and many restaurants. The soundproof is real: you can't hear your neighbors and I could sleep stress-free (I am a very light sleeper). The room is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I come back to Moscow – I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again!"

The hotel has a good location, and housekeeping is done properly. The staff is helpful and reacts quickly to requests, which is a big plus. The main downside is the breakfast: the food selection is quite limited, especially if you stay for a longer period of time. There also seems to be too much management staff, and a cleaner constantly sweeping the floor, creating an artificial sense of activity. In addition, the hotel does not have its own SPA center."

"Хороший исторический отель. С наружи здание очень красивое есть чем полюбоваться. Но номера конечно на любителя. Входная часть для жителей гостиницы это конечно ужас. Чемоданы приходиться подымать на высокую стойку для проверки. Везде квест старых лестниц. Гости все приезжают с тяжелыми чемоданами и приходиться все тащить и подымать на руках. Это 5 звезд, ощущение внутри отеля 3 звезды и то с натяжкой. Одну, две ночи потерпеть можно, но не более. Завтрак есть что выбрать, голодным не останешься."

"Район Измайлово , как же мне здесь понравилось 😊 я специально выбрала этот отель, чтобы здесь побывать! Когда я фотографировала и выставляла фотографии, спрашивали это где!? Так многие этот район не посещали! Какой же там классный парк, кремль , рынок ! Я однозначно рекомендую посетить это отель и погулять по территории рядом! Шоколадный час с 16-00 до 17-00, в лобби баре за кофе машиной угощают пирожными, ставят шоколадный фонтан (включено в стоимость). Потом можно пойти на массаж (за дополнительную плату) или посетить бассейн, сухую и мокрую сауну (включено в стоимость). Отдельное спасибо отелю за центрифугу для сушки купальников в спа-зоне и резиновые сланцы! Ресторан тоже очень вкусный. Завтраки богатые и интересные. Можно заказать 1 горячее блюдо в дополнение к буфету. Игристое вино включено в завтрак."

At check-in, I was surprised when I was initially told they couldn’t check me in because they needed my previous hotel invoice due to a supposed 7-day stay regulation, even though I had only stayed for 3 days. A few minutes later, the receptionist apologized and explained it was a misunderstanding, and the check-in was completed without any issues. The only downside is that the hotel does not provide a shuttle service. Although it is close to the airport, taxi fares can be quite expensive, which made transportation a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was good."

The hotel is very close to Leningradsky Railway Station by metro. If you take exit 3 and look right, you'll see the hotel. You'll pass a shopping mall, which has a good-sized 24-hour supermarket on the first floor. If you take exit 4, look right and you'll first see the yellow tower, and the hotel is right next to it. (If you have a lot of luggage, use exit 4 because it has an escalator; exit 3 does not). I was given a king-size bed, which felt at least 2 meters wide – plenty of space for two people without touching each other. The room was large and spacious. I was on the 20th floor with a view of the yellow tower, which was nice. The shower water and toiletries were just okay, but otherwise, there were no downsides, and the value for money exceeded expectations. At the 24-hour supermarket across the street, near the fruit and herbal tea aisle, I met an older, short-haired, plump woman. I'm not sure if she's always assigned to that section. This lady spoke excellent English and was very enthusiastic. I asked her to recommend some herbal teas, and she was very thorough, even telling me which ones she personally enjoyed. The teas I bought based on her recommendations were a hit with everyone.

great location close to metro, trams and buses. halal restaurants are available with a short distance walk. space to relax is wide enough. luggage storage is amazing with big space and safety. toilets are many. staff are helpful and cooperative with your demand and questions. I like to stay for a short time.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a half-hour walk straight to Red Square, practically a single road. The surrounding neighborhood is clean, and directly across from the hotel is the small Turgenev Memorial Museum. For getting around, the main option is the Park Kultury station on Metro Line 1, which is about a seven to eight-minute walk away. There are also M5 and M6 bus lines nearby. The hotel has a rather vintage decor. The single room is small but well-planned; a 20-inch suitcase can be opened flat. Breakfast is good, mainly Western fare, but there are options like braised chicken or fish, and you can DIY your vegetable and fruit salad. If I had to pick a downside, my room this time faced a small courtyard, and the hotel kitchen's exhaust fan in the courtyard could be a bit noisy. I think a street-facing room might be quieter.

The location is good and the price is reasonable. The rooms are fairly clean. It would be even better if more bathrooms were available. However, what really disappointed us was the staff’s attitude (the woman working at the reception on the night of February 11 and the morning of February 12). She was not helpful at all. On the morning of February 12, we had a flight to catch and had trouble booking a taxi to the airport because we don’t speak Russian. We were very worried about being late. We asked her for help (either to book a taxi or speak to the driver for us), but she was unkind and rude. She showed no concern for our situation. As foreign travelers, we actually received a lot of help from Russian strangers on the street. In contrast, as paying guests, we expected at least basic support from the hotel staff. Her attitude really showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic compassion.

Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival. After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room. What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response. The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

This veteran five-star hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast spread is generous, and they even added an extra bed for our party of three. The location is excellent, very close to Arbat Street, and not far from Metro Lines 3 and 4, making getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the front desk speaks fluent English. If you're looking for a hotel not far from Red Square, I highly recommend this one; it offers great value for money. During our stay, it happened to be my son's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, which was both delightful and touching!

We stayed for 2 nights in Moscow. So 1) location: The hotel is in a great location - almost center of the city 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal English 3) Service: The hotel does not have an elevator and we were on 3rd floor - so luggage had to be taken by self. 4) Overall experience: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia: no courtesy, no support/ no extra help of any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help—just cold, transactional behavior. At least in the hospitality business like a hotel - you should be hospitable, welcoming, supporting. Russia needs to learn basic hospitality.

Very convenient hotel, great location! The staff is very polite and helpful. Lots of leisure options... there's a spa but I didn't use it. The hotel offers every opportunity for both mind and body to relax. The rooms are comfortable and, generally, I have no complaints. One minor thing: I would fully close the shower curtain in the bathroom to prevent water from spilling out. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Patriarshy Ponds and Arbat.
