Our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Stephen could not have been more obliging, sorting out accommodation for my mum and upgrading us to a room with a view overlooking the harbour. The breakfast was ample, the room spotless and hospitality exceptional. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation when visiting Bangor.

Excellent service We were going to the local golf club for an event , instead of a taxi staff took us and collected us in the hotel courtesy bus. We didn’t get to use the done to time constraints but will deffo go back to experience the spa. Super breakfast and excellent service. The room was v comfortable.

We started our UK journey from Northern Ireland. This hotel is located beside a bus route. There are several good restaurants nearby. Clean and helpful staff. Basic breakfast but okay. Recommended.

Bathtub alot of hair at there. Used towel hang at the toilet door behind. Look like the staff cleaner didn't clean up probably. Pillow wet and smelly. Location was great, parking free. .

I cant fault the staff or the food but the hotel itself looks tired especially the bedroom and the swimming pool and would be incredible if it was refinished to a higher standard. For example, the shower head was covered in lime scale, the hair dryer was broken and some of the second fixings are worn and broken. Despite this, I would stay there again as we had a very enjoyable visit.

Traveled there especially for a very exclusive event and also stayed overnight. Castle hotel with a view of the water. Art in the park. Pool and wellness. Arrival from Belfast city airport by train (towards Bangor). Only a few meters walk from the platform to the hotel.
