La habitación es grande pero las valdas del armario estaban rotas. El baño con el lavabo roto y el desagüe atascado. Las toallas de ducha pequeñas y gastadas. El secador de pelo roto y sucio. Los portarrollos del papel higiénico también rotos. Colchones sin funda. La habitación no la limpiaban hasta las 5 de la tarde

Escolhemos o Parador de Zafra porque viajávamos por Espanha e ficava na localização certa para descansar nessa noite. Mas esse não foi o único critério: era um edifício histórico, muito bonito, com condições e bons comentários. Não ficámos desiludidos! Ainda que num ambiente de castelo , tem todas as condições de conforto, o atendimento foi muito simpático. O estacionamento foi pago.

Espectácular , no se puede poner ni un pero aunque hubiéramos querido comer en el Comedor pero moramos la puntuación de las reseñas y eran muy bajas pero el resto impresionante 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍. Muy muy muy recomendable .Y lo decimos con conocimiento de causa porque veo viajado en todo el mundo y este es de los mejores .😍😍Diseñado sencillo pero muy elegante y con un gusto esquísito , obras de arte esculturas , amabilidad y servicio del Hotel increíble , terraza muy bonita por no hablar del Spa que está muy dotado de todos los servicios de masajes de chorros , sauna, baño de vapor y unas maravillosas y cómodas tumbonas. Agradecemos a todo el personal por haber hecho un lugar increíble e inolvidable ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍. Gracias

Ssusan ᐝThe hotel is very new, the decoration style is both classical and stylish, located in an old house in the local area, just on the edge of the old town, it is very convenient to walk. It is not enough for the surrounding commercial atmosphere, there is no state-owned castle hotel and NH hotel chain on the other side of the old city. The room accommodation is also good, very comfortable, there is a mini balcony, you can open the glass door to breathe. The only regret is that the hotel breakfast is expensive and the price is not high, because the variety of ingredients is not rich enough and the service efficiency needs to be improved. It feels that the new hotel and the new team need time to run. The facilities need to be improved. I originally planned to stay for three days and handed over the coat to the hotel to wash. The result was told that the washing machine was broken!

SSantiMMFor convenience, I decided to have a snack at the NH Oquendo cafeteria with a client, taking advantage of the fact that I was staying there.
Service at the level of any franchise cafeteria found in suburban shopping centers in any city.
Once we were served, I asked for a little oil for the bread and honey for the cheese. In the photos you can see what they took and what they charged.
In some respects, nh Palacio de Oquendo does not live up to the city in which it is located or the prices it charges.

NNo_return_dateVery basic accommodations at a reasonable price. I paid $40 USD 20 minutes before I checked in. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station but there are not many hotels close to the train station so that is not really an option. The room is good for the price as the bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserWe chose the Zafra Parador because we traveled through Spain and stayed in the right place to rest on that night, but that was not the only criterion: it was a very beautiful historic building with conditions and good comments. We were not disappointed! The hotel has a very comfortable accommodation in a castle environment, but it has been very friendly and the parking was paid.

Unfortunately, the atrium garden is being renovated, otherwise the accommodation experience will be better. Although it is not easy to go to the room, you have to turn to an elevator and a few stairs, but it is worth it! There is a large balcony to enjoy the Mudhar-style monastery building! A hotel and town worth experiencing again!
