Понравилось абсолютно все!! Новый отель,чистота, постель , полотенца , удобная кровать, сейф, прекрасные завтраки. До достопримечательности пешком 5 минут. Встречают чаем и местными сладостями. Заселение в 15, но мы прибыли в 12 и нам сразу разрешили заселиться. Повысили класс номера без дополнительной платы. Когда узнали что у мужа день рождения, принесли в номер комплимент от отеля, изюм и орехи. Вечером на террасе с видом на старый город мы заказали ужин. Кроме нас никого на террасе небыло, получилось очень романтично- старый город, вкусная еда и луна. Работники отеля поздравили с днем рождения и подарили бутылку вина. Нам очень понравился отель и обслуживание, все на высшем уровне. Спасибо большое

The best hotel in this area. Reasonable and rich breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Small but warm swimming pool. Friendly personal. It's better to get a taxi to reach the old town (worth seeing) - unexpectedly cheap.

Очень удобное расположение отеля - находится в старом городе, но не в самом центре, а на окраине, при этом до центра 3 минуты пешком. Из-за такого расположения в отеле достаточно тихо. Дали номер с балконом на втором этаже, из которого о коыааося прекрасный вид на старый город. Но номер и ванная очень маленькие, постельное бельё свежее и новое. Завтрак скудный и холодный, но достаточно вкусный. Зернового кофе нет. В отеле есть терраса, с которой открывается красивые в виды на город.

シャワーのお湯も温かかった
歯ブラシやシャンプーなどのアメニティは一式揃っていた
朝食もバラエティ豊かで美味しかった
タクシーからの電話でロシア語が分からず代わりに対応いただき大変助かった
また泊まりたい

The location was good, however the bathroom in my room smelt very bad, getting worse on my second day. Additionally the shower head holder was broken. The breakfast was also not that good. Otherwise the room was comfortable enough, however I wouldve expected a bit more attention to detail for the price

安宿だと思っていたましたが、着いたらお城でした。チェックイン時間より早く到着したので、30分ほど待ったのですが、シャンデリアの下のソファに寝転んで雑誌をみたり、プールサイドでブランコに乗ったり、とても優雅なウェイティングでした。
部屋もきれいでバスタブもありました。
イチャンカラへは無料の送迎があります。出発時間等が決まっているわけではなく、いつでもOK。帰りも電話をすればすぐにピックアップに来てくれます。
朝食会場は噴水前の別棟です。中はゴージャスな結婚式場でした。バラで飾られたバージンロードを見下ろす2階で、種類豊富なビュッフェの朝食をいただきました。
スタッフは英語も堪能で親切でした。

매우 잘한 선택이었다. 이찬칼라 안에 위치한 호텔이라 옥상에서 본 성 안의 모습과 명절이고 비수기라 고요했던 밤하늘은 잊지못할것이다.
유네스코행사가 2개월전에 있었기때문일까? 대부분의 성안 호텔이 깔끔하게 단장 한채 겨울을 맞았다. 올드시티안의 모든 내부는 리모델링된것같았다.
칸스팰리스의 내부도 정갈했다. 타일이 깔린 복도 바닥과 욕실바닥은 따끈따끈한 온돌이라 추위에 언 몸을 금 새 녹여줬다. 반짝이며 따뜻한 로비는 맨발로 다니고 싶었다. 실제로 주인집의 어린 아들들이 맨발로 다니고 있었다. 레스토랑의 가구들도 새것이었으며 독특하여 내 눈길을 끌었다.
방안에서 특히 좋았던 것은 침**다 콘센트2개~^^
그러나 한가지 단점은 욕실의 선반이나 옷걸이 위치가 너무 높아서 나처럼 키가 작은 사람은 불편했다는.... 그럼에도 불구하고 빳빳하고 정갈하게 제공되는 타월이 있어 만점이다.

La struttura è in posizione centrale vicina a tutte le attrazioni. Ali è un ospite gentile e disponibile per tutto. La camera doppia è essenziale dotata di tutti confort. Buona la colazione preparata al momento. L'hotel ha una terrazza da cui ammirare lo splendido panorama

Amazing stay, hotel is right at the center of the old town, next to great restaurants. The family that runs it is lovely. Good little breakfast. Room was very clean and smelled nice.

PPaul Adrian JonesThe quality of the hotel (for the price I paid) was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and I wouldn't recommend skipping or missing.
The hotel is a thirty-minute walk from the main Khiva city, which I didn't mind at all, but bear in mind that there are no restaurants in the area (they're all in the main city).
Staff were very helpful. I booked a trip to the Aral sea and the hotel staff organised it with the driver so I could be dropped off at Nukus airport.

ばばばばーばThe rooms are spacious, there's Wi-Fi, and the hot water never runs out. It's located in the old town, and although there was one power outage during my two-day stay, it was quickly restored. It's also in the Ichan Kala district, the heart of Khiva's tourist area, so you can easily go to see the nighttime illuminations from there.

BBeijingtupangziIt is located in a residential area about 300 meters outside the west gate of the ancient city. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is not on the main road and is very quiet.
The decoration is quite good. It feels like it is a new hotel. It can almost catch up with Atour in China. The facilities are very good, which is rare when traveling in Central Asia. The bed is big and comfortable, and the room is spacious and bright.
The service attitude is excellent. There are people greeting you when you enter and exit. They are very enthusiastic and provide various snacks for free.
The breakfast restaurant is also quite good, but the food is hard to comment on. After all, I don’t like local food. It doesn’t look too rich, but there are very few people, so there is probably no need to make it complicated.
Overall, it's well worth a stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is very convenient – it's in the old town, not right in the center, but on the outskirts, yet it's a 3-minute walk to the center. Because of this location, the hotel is quite quiet. We were given a room with a balcony on the second floor, which had a wonderful view of the old town. However, the room and bathroom were very small, and the bed linens were fresh and new. The breakfast was meager and cold, but quite tasty. There was no coffee beans. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful views of the city.
