Hotel Dengan Wifi di Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam

It just opened, probably before May Day, and many facilities are not perfect yet. Such a beautiful room has no dry and wet separation, many things in the toilet seem second-hand, and the hotel smells very bad. We slept with the window open all night, and the door handles and the place where the bath towels are placed are dusty. Also, when we went upstairs to have breakfast in the morning, the staff went in to clean without the guests' consent, and we left all our things in the room, which was very unsatisfactory! And the location is quite remote, you have to take a taxi to go to the attractions, and you ate fried snails nearby, which was a big rip-off😭

We had a marvellous stay. The reception is so efficient and helpful. Jenny and Joycee l are like families who helped us for transport and messages. The hotel also sent a cake to celebrate my birthday. The swimming pool, and bar on the 25th floor are good and the boys at the door are very prompt and hard working. The room services are priced reasonably and the hotel has a very good spa where you can find the best massage lady.

The rooms are beyond expectations compared to the price. We really enjoyed two nights here. The beds are so comfortable and we love the swimming pools with the view. So great! And also the housekeeper, she is so nice though. One thing that i didn't like here is ordering food delivery is so hard and take a long time. And if you order for breakfast. That was impossible no driver there.

The view from the room was amazing, and check-in was earlier than 14:00, but we were able to move it up to 12:00, which was great. There is a cafe on the first floor, where you can get ice cream and other things that are perfect for when it's hot. Check-out was also changed from 11:00 to 12:00, which was great. Motorbikes can be rented cheaply, and since it's not as crowded as Hanoi, even Japanese people can drive. But you do so at your own risk.

I traveled with my family and stayed for two nights. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from Maria Bay beach, which my little one absolutely loved. The host was also very enthusiastic in showing us places to eat near the hotel, saving us time.

The place was great. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety but not too much western food. The restaurants they had were great and the quality of food was great. The speedboats going to and from the islands are always operating which is very convenient. The only downside would be the spa, we booked a 3 hour package and it was not that great. They were not very well trained. And the bedroom we had seemed to have bedbugs. They offered for us to go see the clinic they had on site but we didn’t have enough time. It was a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again though. But the pools were beautiful and the little private beach made it worth it.

I was there for 3 days. In General service is good. Staff is nice. Room is really big and clean. noise canceling is excellent. I can’t hear anything even the hotel located near a bar. Minus: bathtub not really clean. Breakfast is not suitable with Asian.

The room was actually okay, but there was one issue that really frustrates me. I was traveling with three friends, and when we booked the room on Ctrip, it was configured with a king-size bed and two twin beds, which was exactly what we wanted. But after booking, we double-checked at the hotel, and it turned out they only had twin beds, not triple beds. We tried to book a new room, but they could only find it on a different floor, which was inconvenient. In the end, the three of us were squeezed into two beds, and we were charged an extra two or three hundred yuan for sharing a twin-bed room. What's frustrating is that I booked the room for three beds, but for that price, I only got twin beds, and only one room. Why is the room configuration on Ctrip different from the actual configuration at the hotel? I made a wrong reservation, overpaid, and my stay was compromised.

Hotel waiter, family hospitality, good. Unfortunately, the facilities are insufficient, the room floor tiles are too smooth, there are water traces that are not dry, it is easy to practice, plus the air is not circulating, there is a smell. But the price concessions are a good choice.
