It's quite clean. And the staff is nice. The water is not hot all day,, but warm anyway. Maybe because of too many people. They don't have a place to hang the clothes, but you can pay for the dryer machine. You can get a discount for the Japanese food next door If you live in this hotel. That surprised a bit. The noodle is delicious, But the rice is not.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed 5 nights in the hotel. It’s a standard hotel room size. We booked Mountain View room, can see some part of the water. It’s not too near about city center, will take some time to walk to Salamanca Market. If you have a car instead, it’d be great as there is free car park. It’s a nice hotel with great service. And ****** is next to it, can play during your stay.

Had a great stay at Best Western Hobart. Staff were very kind and accommodating - they stored my luggage after check-out. Room was clean and way larger than expected. Design of the bathroom wasn’t that good, the water from the shower area would spill onto the area by the bathroom floor. There was also a laundry room - so convenient for long stay travelers. Room also had a smart TV so Netflix was available.

Very nice place, but I expected more of the location. It seemed to be a busy street, but even in the weekends, everything closed up real early. There was no staff present during checkout, so I handed the roomkey to the cleaning staff.

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.

Basic but clean place. Value for money if you are passing through (I was heading for Cradle Mountain). Staff were nice. Platypus viewing in the lake just down the road in the evening was a bonus. Waterfall is literally just across the road. Breakfast was just cereal and toast but was included so can’t complain. Recommended for budget travellers.

Great place, looked old but was very functional. Staff from the very first to the last I met were helpful, professional, kind and resourceful- especially Mr Puneet. Housekeeping was tip top, kudos to the housekeeping team👍

While it’s located a bit far away from the CBD (~15 mins walk, with slope), the amenities were sufficient, just like a small apartment. Quiet environment, good for resting and sleep. Easy access to a supermarket nearby. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Housekeeping every day. However, there were lots of ants around the bathtub and a spider hanging on the ceiling of the bathroom in an early morning! I informed the reception staff to remark and clean my bathroom asap when they are open (the front desk not open for 24 hours but receptionist reachable by room intercom call). They have dealt with the issue for me and responded quickly. The staff there were helpful and friendly. They helped me to book a local taxi to the airport at early morning (cheaper than uber).

Situated at a beautiful central location with easy access to many of the city's historic buildings, restaurants, and information centre. Room and bedding were comfortable. Very prompt and courteous customer service Potential safety hazard for kids with very hot water supply in the showers. Continental buffet breakfast was good, and the kitchen as well as staff kept pace with the service. Has secure paid parking onsite.
