Nice luxury hotel. Reception and service are excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is also good and very customer friendly. Breakfast was good but may vary. I would surely come back.

I had a wonderful experience at the this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! First of all, the price is very cost-effective in the capital of Kinshasa, unless you want to stay in a local small hotel; secondly, it is not as other reviews said (maybe improved), the staff are very enthusiastic, and if you have any questions, the lobby manager downstairs will help. Help solve the problem; as for the lack of breakfast varieties, I think it’s okay. It’s not a big problem if you’re full. There are breads, fruits, and staple food. After all, it’s free; the food cooked by the chef is delicious, and the price is okay. It’s only 20 US dollars for a full meal. Well, no problem at all; the facilities in the guest room are a bit lacking, there is no mineral water, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, etc. You need to contact the guest room staff. . . Overall, I felt that I was very happy staying here for two days. I recommend trying their various masalas, which taste really good. . .

Good location easy to get around

The first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.

Stella was a good hotel but recently the service leaves to desire , we hope it will innovate and rise up the hill .

I really liked the hotel's entrance. The welcome was great, and the staff is very competent. The room was well-equipped, and the hotel is well-located.

Overall acceptable but one of the frontdesk re eptionist is very agressive and not helpful .. the other receptionists were nice . The hotel doesn't have any amenities , gym is in bad condition , swimming pool is more of a fountain than it is a pool
